My fiancee and I went in months ago to look at engagement rings, mainly for me to gauge what she liked. We were happily helped by several employees who answered all of our questions and let us look at anything we wanted. We compared many styles, materials, gems, etc. Months later I came in with my final ideas on the custom ring. They still remembered my face after months and we're just as happy to help again. The custom design turned out beautifully with the help of the staff, and if I had any issues with it, they quickly made CAD changes and got back with me. The final ring turned out beautifully and she said yes. Thank you BBK for all your hard work, couldn't have asked for anything more.

I may be a little biased towards my own ring, but I m pretty sure these are the whitest/clearest diamonds I ve ever seen! My husband did a great job picking it out, but I know he had some help and guidance from the Sales Associates too. They are very knowledgeable, super helpful and very friendly! This was my second time in Becky Beauchine Kulka, specifically to purchase Alex and Ani bracelets. Both times I was greeted with a warm welcome and sincere willingness to help me. This most recent visit I was helped by Abbey. She was so patient, as I walked up and down the counter to determine the perfect bracelet for a gift for my mother. Never once did she rush me on picking out that bracelet. Abbey was kind and provided thoughtful advice to help me pick out that special bracelet. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase. However, because of her and the store's warm welcoming, sincerity, patience, willingness to help but not pressure and of course beautiful jewelry, I will definitely go back and recommend this store to everyone.

What can I say about BBK other than they are the BEST when it comes to customer service! I always feel special when I enter. I am offered coffee or water, asked if I want my jewelry cleaned, & then they ask what I came in for - all of this before knowing if I want to buy or just browse! I am in love with Kendra Scott jewelry & BBK always has such a nice collection of her pieces. If anything needs to be ordered, they will do so right away & there is no shipping charge if sent to the boutique. I love how enthusiastic the gals are when I try on the jewelry - but they are all very honest about what looks best. I trust their judgement as they are the professionals! We are lucky this beautiful jewelry store is close to home, the other pieces they carry are unique & top of the line, you won t see them anywhere else. For the first time, I was having a custom piece made. I had called in advance to ask some questions and every interaction I had with the designers and ultimately with the store staff demonstrated a high level of customer service. When we met, Christine thoughtfully guided me every step of the way. She listened to my ideas, and as we discussed options, she was always clear about how my choices may affect the style as well as the price, so there were no unexpected surprises. I felt consulted and included vs feeling like just another sale. Outside of the design process, I received regular and prompt updates on the status. The only true surprise was my reaction to the finished product. It was even more stunning than I could have imagined it to be from the CAD images. Back in May of 2015 my (now husband) started the process of proposing to me. Everyone here at BBK did everything they could to get him the ring that he wanted. His first trip in he didn't find what he was looking for, so they asked him for ideas, they were preparing for a trip to a jewelry show in vegas and they came back with two rings! After he proposed they re sized my ring for me within a week, got us a deal on the perfect wedding band, soldered my rings together within 3 days! They've answered every annoying question we've had, I would recommend them 1000 times over!!!

Recently, I elected to add additional side diamonds to my wedding ring in order to help enhance the overall appearance. The jeweler I chose to work with was not from our community. Upon receipt of my ring, I was stunned at the poor quality and short cut methods the jeweler had taken to add the two side diamonds. In addition to the poor craftsmanship, the stones were also loose! So, I went to BBK (fully aware that their reputation in the community is top notch) and met Christine. As it turned out, that's all it took to make me very happy with my ring. With her guidance, a gentleman by the name of Ed reinstalled the diamonds properly, replaced old prongs with new, enhanced the appearance of the band and polished it until it looked brand new. We are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary next June, so my ring it truly my most prized possession. Thank you to the staff of BBK, you deserve your five stars, actually in my mind you're a perfect 10!

I recently went to another store in okemos and was told that my setting was compromised and I would need a new setting. I picked out another setting and then went to BBK to compare. They advised that the ring only needed a simple repair-under $300! I saved about $4000 and my ring looks as beautiful as the first day I received it. Thank you for your integrity BBK! Rhodium playing already fading after 10 days. Not sure what amount of "cleaning up the ring" bill was the plating cost. For four hours of work I'm surprised the settings couldn't be more uniform and I'm not sure the ring will continue to snag scarves and knits as I'm not wearing daily as it's rhodium playing is fading and I had hoped it would last much longer. Paid almost 600.00 and hope it was worth it.

I had a pendant designed during their custom design event. They were fantastic during the entire process and were just as emotionally invested as I was. BBK handcrafted my mens 14K gold wedding band with with 7 diamonds channel mounted together on top with groves going around the ring on each side of the diamond. BBK was only given a internet picture to work from. BBk completed my ring in three weeks and had it shipped to me while I was vacationing in Florida. The ring was absolutely stunning and I could not have asked for better service from the sales ladies. Thank You BBK!
