What can I say about BBK other than they are the BEST when it comes to customer service! I always feel special when I enter. I am offered coffee or water, asked if I want my jewelry cleaned, & then they ask what I came in for - all of this before knowing if I want to buy or just browse! I am in love with Kendra Scott jewelry & BBK always has such a nice collection of her pieces. If anything needs to be ordered, they will do so right away & there is no shipping charge if sent to the boutique. I love how enthusiastic the gals are when I try on the jewelry - but they are all very honest about what looks best. I trust their judgement as they are the professionals! We are lucky this beautiful jewelry store is close to home, the other pieces they carry are unique & top of the line, you won t see them anywhere else.
