Becky and her team were absolutely wonderful in helping me choose a new setting for my engagement diamond. We talked about several options, they were very quick and thorough in coming up with drawings, in resizing, in polishing, and also appraised my ring when they finished. I had been given a new wedding band for my 20th anniversary and Becky helped make my engagement ring just beautiful for my 21st anniversary. I have used Becky for years and never have I felt rushed, pressured or dissatisfied. Stephanie Hogan was instrumental in helping me feel confident and made sure I had a great time too.
