I had a pendant designed during their custom design event. They were fantastic during the entire process and were just as emotionally invested as I was. The product turned out to be exactly what I wanted and the entire staff was so helpful and nice. I want to give a shout out to Christine who was especially nice the entire time even helping me to pick out the necklace to go with my pendant. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have a special piece of jewelry designed.
