Recently, I elected to add additional side diamonds to my wedding ring in order to help enhance the overall appearance. The jeweler I chose to work with was not from our community. Upon receipt of my ring, I was stunned at the poor quality and short cut methods the jeweler had taken to add the two side diamonds. In addition to the poor craftsmanship, the stones were also loose! So, I went to BBK (fully aware that their reputation in the community is top notch) and met Christine. As it turned out, that's all it took to make me very happy with my ring. With her guidance, a gentleman by the name of Ed reinstalled the diamonds properly, replaced old prongs with new, enhanced the appearance of the band and polished it until it looked brand new. We are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary next June, so my ring it truly my most prized possession. Thank you to the staff of BBK, you deserve your five stars, actually in my mind you're a perfect 10!
