My fiancee and I went in months ago to look at engagement rings, mainly for me to gauge what she liked. We were happily helped by several employees who answered all of our questions and let us look at anything we wanted. We compared many styles, materials, gems, etc. Months later I came in with my final ideas on the custom ring. They still remembered my face after months and we're just as happy to help again. The custom design turned out beautifully with the help of the staff, and if I had any issues with it, they quickly made CAD changes and got back with me. The final ring turned out beautifully and she said yes. Thank you BBK for all your hard work, couldn't have asked for anything more.
