I recently went to another store in okemos and was told that my setting was compromised and I would need a new setting. I picked out another setting and then went to BBK to compare. They advised that the ring only needed a simple repair-under $300! I saved about $4000 and my ring looks as beautiful as the first day I received it. Thank you for your integrity BBK! I ll never go anywhere else again.
