Pizza is apparently the ONLY thing they're good at here...... including service...... ordered a jack and coke and got a tall w/o asking..... rookie bartender mistake..... waitress tried to convince me that it was a heavy poor and when I insisted on a short still tasted like coke..... waitress sucked..... stopped only once besides dropping food..... girlfriends chicken Caesar salad looked like they got the chicken from a road kill in front of the restaurant and a month old head of lettuce...... chips and salsa.....salsa was probably on the border from jar but the chips were GFS purchased by the crate.... waitress had personality of a deck of cards.... heed my warning.... beware!!!!

2nd time trying their mountain pie. First time was not good, but it was also at the Arvada location. But Idaho springs got it right! Nice and fluffy crust, with an initial crispy crunch! Mmmmmmm

The pizza at this place was A-mazing! We're not thick crust pizza people, but when you ask what's popular and the nice waitress tell you the mountain pie, that's what you get. No regrets! We ate at many places along the way on our vacation and this is the one we talked about the most. If we're within a 500 mile radius, we'll be back!!

COME HERE! Since I was little I have always gone here on my way down the mountain. Its The perfect pizza place. Great staff, and a perfect environment. And when you taste the pizza, trust me, you won t want to leave!

Looooooove this place. The pizza is to die for. They have the best crust they serve with honey. So good. I always get cream cheese on my pizza and it's seriously heaven in your mouth. Highly recommend this place.

this is a chain, a good one actually.

One of my all time favorite places to get pizza. The Idaho Springs location is hands down the best and the pizza always tastes better than in the city. The view of the mountain waterfall in the back is fantastic. My only complaint is the new 5 dollar "pay to park" nonsense everywhere near the building. But that's not Beau Jo's fault. Still worth it though.

Always a delicious choice. We've been to several of the stores by now and the original location is still our favorite. The atmosphere is cool and very Colorado. They recently updated the menu for a more streamlined selection experience and added more gluten free options for those who need it so that's a nice touch. It can look super busy sometimes but ask for the wait and it probably isn't very long because it's a huge establishment with lots of tables turning over all the time. They give you a buzzer so we use the time to shop nearby while we wait.

We had the traditional colorado mountain pie and loved it. The ambience is good and the staff is very friendly. I recommend anyone who is visiting Colorado (or has been staying there) to visit Beau Jo's.

Always so good. Have to get the mountain pies with the thick crusts... Then dip it in honey. Delicious. Service has always been good. Generally there is a wait but they move fast - great spot for apres ski on the way back to Denver. This is the original location.

Great food and a fun atmosphere in a nice area. The roads around town are under construction so that means navigating here and parking are tricky, but that's not on the restaurant. The beer selection is pretty nice. I went there with a large party and the service was pretty good considering that we had one server for 20 people. Seems like it's always busy, so a reservation is recommended

I make going here a priority when passing through. I salivate thinking about the hippie mountain pie. Its actually one of the best pizza places I've probably ever been to.

Vegetarian and gluten free friendly!

You guys. This. Pizza. Is. Wonderful.

Background, a friend of mine took us here to eat. First off the building is adorable. Inside is a little guy who s is mining downstairs (not really lol). It s pretty spacious and spread out on the inside. We waited about 30 minutes, but boy was it worth it. The pizza is wonderful, but when you get tot he crust, you re supposed to glaze it with the honey they have, which is absolutely tasty! (Huge honey fan) It s like dinner and dessert in every slice of pizza. Cannot pass up when in Idaho Springs!

Regular pizza is so flat and minimal on its CARB footprint.

This place has the fix with QUADRUPLE CARB MOUNTAIN HIGH PIZZA CRUST! Finally, a pizza that treats carbs with the respect they deserve!

Seriously though, if you want to eat a pizza and then eat the pizza crust for dessert, this is the place for you.

Great Pizza. Pay for parking in the back lot, (if the meters are working). Our order wasn't quite right, and the manager did nothing about it. If you're handicapped, it will be a long walk to the rest rooms.
