Womens health is a great department, the doctor are great ...
I m sure I am not the only person that feel this way so instead of complaining of things that are out of control I will say it as it is.
First of all representatives are there to assist people! I received a discount but that doesn t matter because thanks to people like me that doesn t have insurance is that many people look for clinics of this kids to be seen as stay healthy. So for a representative of a clinic to act sarcastic be rude or think they have their power to threat you as you are less is inaceptable!!! If you don t like all this kind of people that come to the clinic simple find your self another job! And obviously they pay must be good enough to stay so do your job! Your job isn t to be rude or sarcastic to people when they as you a question.! This behaviour should be unacceptable and all though this sometimes is out of control since they are not monitore I believe it s important to atleast have a (hows your visit today) or something that can help improve . Since this is the first thing patience see as they walk in. Horrible will be the last time I come back to this place.
0 star. long wait time I took 2 of my kids in two different days to the pediatric this month and each time it took me more than three hours from my appointment time to finally leave the center. they made me wait more than an hour to call me inside the department and another hour to finally be able to see a doctor and for shots we had to wait another half an hour it's long wait especially when you are with children .it's even worse in adult medicine, the stuff are unfriendly especially an african american woman who works as assistance she gave you the impression that she hates you, and hates her job she is very rude. the dentist departement is a mess they don't pick up the phone and if they do you get an appointment within months,it's just ridiculous . I don't recommend this place to anyone stay away save time and energy .
i was scared at first because it is a community center but everything was great the whole front staff has been very nice also the girl at the pharmacy she has been very sweet. Thank you for taking care of me and my future baby
I was trying to make And appointment for the dentist , the girl that makes the appointment she always sick, I called her and they were not making appointments , I went today because I got tired of calling because she never answear the phone, I found out that she is very very rude with patients , also they only do cleanings.. not a good place.. not even try to go to the dentist here!
Just call the number and you ll realize how much of a joke this place is.

Can t get my perscription refilled, so called over 50 times, and never got a response !!
When I went last I was told my perscription was on auto refill till the end of 2018. Then why am I needing to go through all this again? Very important !!!
Waiting time to make a simple appointment takes just as long as 25 minutes and when they finally pick up they don t answer with the best suitable tone. Extremely rude experience.
So I tried this place 3 times, If I could rate 0 stars I would. I spent about 60 bucks each time, the first time I went my nails were okay, this Girl name Jessica did them they only lasted a week though, the sencon time they were horrible I got gel powder they looked so unprofessional the nails had streaks all over but I had to leave because I didn t have time to get them re-done and let me tell you it took this lady for ever to do them I was so upset, this other lady that was getting her nails done talk to me and told me give them another chance next time try TONY so I did, when I went in I told him I didn t want caffin I just didn t want them to square or round I wanted them natural shape , so he did his thing then I guess one of his customers came in he wasn t done with my nails he told her 10 minutes he rushed my nails left them all bulky then when I went to pay they charged me for coffin nails which they weren t even as near as coffin shape and to top it off that same night my nails were chipping I got gel color so I went in the next day so they would fix them which they did but the weren t to happy, and the maneger had the nerve to ask me for a tip for the lady who fix them when a day before I paid 65 and I left Tony a tip even when he rushed on me so it gets even worst the next day one of my nail falls off I had to go to another place because I wasn t going to come here anymore and I had to pay another 10 $ like it s freaking crazy and now it s been a week and a day that I came here and most of my nails came of except the other one I fix at the other salon , what kind of BS is thisss??!!?! . I know right why go for the third Time , you know what they say 3 is the last chance we ll im never ever coming here again.!!! Y all can come and spend your money here for nothing! I hate giving bad reviews but I m just so upset.
I HATE THIS PLACE. The wait time is ridiculous. They call you into the back to see the doctor but you ll wait about an hour before the doctor makes it to the room. This is in every department. You ll get excited to be called only to be followed by disappointment. The doctor spends about ten minutes and leaves.
Staff in adult medicine all look like they hate their jobs. Pediatric staff are friendly and so is the woman s health. Front desk turned me away when I came in sick because I didn t have appointment by a fairly new front desk receptionist. She gave me the address to urgent care clinic.
Two stars because the staff from pediatrics and woman s health are friendly. If it wasn t for the awesome staff in those departments I would leave one star because they don t have a zero/no star option.
Just not even worth the medical care. You ll be waiting at front desk in line for a while as the receptionist giggle and laugh with other clients causing delayed appointment times. Very unorganized and just down right unprofessional. Staff (even the doctors) can be very rude and dismissive of your concerns. Most of the medical assistants are inexperienced. Not all but almost. Go to an urgent care or other facility.
This is the worst health care provider I have dealt with in 25 years. They do the physical and never call back. I call them everyday and have to wait for 30 minutes and then they say someone will call back, which never happens. I have prescriptions that need to be filled but can t get anyone on the line. PLEASE DON T EVER GO THERE. TOTAL DISASTER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
While the non medical staff is great and very helpful, the actual doctors that you are trusting with your health are clueless. If you can stay as far away from this place as you can!
My experience with this clinic was horrible when I went with my daughter yesterday to remove the tick from her shoulder.
We had to wait in the waiting room for
1 hour, when they decided take my daughter.
The doctor who "takes care" of us didn't pay attention to much and didn't care at all.
It was difficult to understand what she's saying because she talked carelessly and barely spoke English. I was very upset when she send my daughter home with the half removed tick- she said that has to be like that because of the" Mother Nature".

I came last Monday June 4th, 2018 and I arrived 15 minutes before 3:00 PM finally spoke to the front desk stuff. I showed the lady my phone - text of my confirmation and the address that said Norwalk Community Health Center..... it is clear as crystal clear that I am in the right address and building BUT the lady who attended me said to me LOUD and CLEAR that I do not have appointment also that I am in a wrong address. She even said they are not link to the Norwalk Community Health Center.... I keep asking again and again to double check and she keep saying not the right address.... she sent me to another address which 15 minutes away from where I was.
The address she sent me cleared it to me that I was in the right address from the first place.
I fought for me to get back and get the schedule that day BUT unfortunately they have the power and I don t.... they reschedule for a little more than a week.... June 13, 2018 Wednesday..... then the week came, ( I rescheduled my other work just to get this done) they called me today June 12, 2018 Tuesday and telling me they have to cancel my appointment for tomorrow.
Frustrating .... sad, ... how lousy the system, management, the service that they offer.
I work 16 hrs a day, try to get all job available to support my family on my own ( as I am the only sole breadwinner of my family ) without depending on governments money as possible but most people who see how I work hard and struggling on my own suggested me to seek help from Norwalk Community Health Center.... which I am doing BUT yet these people/ stuffs will be the one to help me to get even worst to survive in this world.
Hope there will be a person who can change the lousy system they got in that Norwalk Community Health Center. Extremely poor as poor.
Wait time is no where near 20min. to what ever it says. Love my pediatrician for my kids but it's all depends on the day if you're in and out because I was there at one point for 4 hours going on to 8pm.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. My family has been with them for a good number of years and I am looking now to move some place else. They are very unprofessional and it appears that every year it gets only worse.
Writing this from the examination room. Over 45 minutes still no sign of doc, or anyone for that matter. I think they forgot that I'm here? I might just take some complimentary tongue depressors and leave.
BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. My biggest issue with this place is you can NEVER get a hold of someone. They say they are open on Saturday at 8 but when you call you get the automated message saying they are closed. When you show up in person BEWARE you get so much attitude from the women at the front desk. They act as if you are asking them personally for a favor to get you to see the doctor, um hello news flash THAT'S YOUR JOB. If you don't like it get a new one.
They do not have enough Parking Spaces, yet they overbook appointments. Also it takes them a very long time to answer the phone, even if you are calling to make a appointment.
People wait a longtime in the waiting room, yet they let walk-in people pass the front desk and tie up the adult medicine staff time.
The doctor are really good but the receptionist some of them have such a bad attitude, and top of that they are very slow.l can tell you for sure they need more training, they check in at 10 a.m. I was not taken care unit 12 pm and l think this ridiculous, they need to learn not to schedule people more than what they can handle.

Just to get labs done, it takes a whole hour for the lab nurse to take her break one day. That s understandable but the next day, I come back in because I couldn t get my labs done due to some issue with the order before, she takes an hour and 15 mins to get back in and another 20 minutes to prepare. So it was overall 1 hr and 35 minutes I had to wait to see her. Mind you the first time I came, her hour break took 20 minutes for her to get adjusted and prepare without letting her patients know about that 20 minutes. She never said that when she came back in. I have other appointments in the day. Plus this lab nurse had other patients to see who also waited patiently with me but were definitely unhappy. Also she couldn t even have her name tag printer working so she had to hand write everything for each vial. I did not feel confident getting blood work from this lady. She was chatting and taking her time with another nurse I do not know was in there for. I ve noticed that she takes her time talking on the phone in front of a patient. Talk about one-on-one patient care.

This place is horrible means horrible! Even the Costumer services is bad as hell, they word in their mouth most of the time is go the the emergency room.
I hate this place, they lost my blood tests to check for down syndrome in the week it was needed, they couldn't do it, they didn't send me to the 32 week ultrasound, I had preeclampsia symptoms and they ignored me I had Silas purple and they said I was cold! I lost my baby because I was diagnosed with preeclampsia in the hospital at week 39 I hate them

Called to make an appointment. An when someone decides to answer the phone. They hung up. So I called back and hold on for another 15 min ... smh either they need more help or more training. & after holding another 15min the phone hangs up. Only reason they got 3 stars is because the Doctor's that I've seen so far are pretty good. Every else gets no stars.
Their referral department will assign you to an out of network facility, so that you need to pay out of pocket. Be very careful for whatever arrangements they put on you.
People in pharmacy section are very rude and unprofessional.
Went here for the Depo shot at the Women's health center. The shot is every 3 months, the doctor messed up and told me my appointment would be in 4 months, and when I call to check in on my appointment they say she didn't even make it and that she messed up that I was supposed to go in June not July. At this moment my menstrual is alll messed up and painful because of her. Now when I tried to make another appointment they said I can't and have to wait another 2-3 weeks for an on phone appointment after I NEED this shot for my pain. Great front desk help but doctors are super irresponsible for this. Shouldn't have messed me up THIS bad. So don't recommend this place, irresponsible and obviously don't care about their clients or their health.

Please don t go to this clinic. The service here is the worst, they are unreliable and you get no help. I started my prenatal care here because it was the closest to me and it s been horrible. They never pick up the phone, forget appointments and have the worst receptionist. Please don t go to this clinic, it s been hard for me to try and move now.
The call center are never answer the phone. I been calling since 8:36am and is 9:05am and no answer all I get is an automated message saying goodbye.

The doctors there was really sweet and this place is super busy. People expect the front desk and doctors to do everything. ( as I have over head conversations) and expect to pay nothing. I give this place 5 stars because I know they all try their best.
