If you are a tourist, carefull with the taxi drivers. They make you enter in their taxi and harass you in all ways. They will offer the ride at a very high annoying level and start to get angry if you refuse. Get a group transfer there! Much better and cheaper than taxi in Chile. Don't even think calling Uber there because they will yell at you. You have to get out the airport so you can call Uber.

Good overall attention of all staff. It is spacious, clean and with good indications and information. Good variety of shops ... missing more typical contemporary crafts for tourists. Congratulations

The main international airport of Chile. It's not close to Santiago so you'll need to take a cab into the city. Don't get a cab from a random person who walks up to you outside the airport. Go through the proper channels and you'll end up with a better rate.

What a wonderful airport Santiago, Chile has.

What a wonderful airport Santiago, Chile has.
Wonderful spaces.
Roomy waiting areas by the gate.
A good variety of stores and restaurants.
I loved finding a Juan Valdez coffee place as well as a McDonalds with a dessert section.
Congratulations!

Very busy airport. Easy on arrival. Nightmare when departing as difficult to find checking counter for your specific flight. For Latam flights you have to line up in one line irrelevant of the flight you are on. Give yourself plenty of time for checkin before your flight.
Allow your self at least 2 hours to travel from cruise terminal to get to the airport and 1 hour for checkin.

It is appreciated that they still work in these circumstances, but it seems unusual to me that almost none of the officials today, even those who prepare food (telepizza cooks and cleaning staff)
for example) use the proper protection and hygiene supplies. I think that as an airport they should ensure that these protocols are followed and that the companies that hire these workers provide and require the use of masks, gloves, etc. Mainly in situations like the ones we are experiencing today. On the other hand, everything is in very bad condition and dirty, I hope the 'new airport' is better.

Airport deviating slightly from the standards of Europe's largest, but all in all there hard for something to complain about. There is only one terminal and quite readable information, so it's hard to get lost. I spent the night there before flying to Rome, but it survived despite the cold and limited seating. During the day there is a big crowd and chaos, but it's probably the norm in these parts of the world.

Probably the worst international airport in the world. Essentially when you go there it's a communications black hole. You can't contact anyone and they can't contact you for however many hours you are at this airport. You can't tell your family you arrived safely before boarding your next flight. Your family can't contact you either. There's no obvious free WiFi to connect to and phone roaming is also not guaranteed to work either with their awful provider (if it does work you'll be paying $10 per MB or $8 a minute with roaming). Usually you have to go buy something from Starbucks and they give you a WiFi code for half an hour or 50MB of usage. Completely ridiculous.

The airport should offer an obvious free WiFi hotspot which works across the entire international departure lounge. The name should be something obvious like "SANTIAGO AIRPORT FREE WIFI". You could also have different names in Spanish and Portuguese as they also travel through there. There should not be a stupid sign in process with your browser where the aiport shows ads and other stupid stuff about Chile before you can connect then it disconnects you every 10 minutes. Travellers should be able to just connect to the WiFi and it works. If there's too many travelers using the WiFi, just rate limit everyone to 1MB/s bandwidth. That is plenty for email, calling, WhatsApp etc. If travelers need a faster option, let them purchase a faster speed. However they already paid a fortune in flights and I'm sure the airport is clipping the ticket by charging the airline. It is absolutely pathetic that there's no decent WiFi at the main international airport which is the gateway to South America.

Another stupid thing is that they search all your bags to confiscate water from you just before you board the flight. This is even if you bought the bottled water in the international lounge area. Chile must be really desperate to steal traveler's water because their local water is so bad. Or they are scared of the water bombers. H2O is really dangerous you know.

My final suggestion is to have a quiet area with some couches or reclining seats where people with a long layover can catch a bit of sleep before their next flight.

Good airport, very complete and well connected to the city, although the metro service still does not reach it. There are several food stores and to buy other things. The zones are well signposted and the information is correct. There are also rest areas for passengers in transit. The staff very friendly and correct except (to personal opinion) the Chilean migration that was somewhat arrogant.

In terms of size already too small in my opinion. Although we had our luggage quickly but then the way to the exit is a cramp because you have to return with bad luck where you already ran past.
Have found everything in a timely manner because everything is small and the annoying taxi driver has done with a bit of practice and fast. Who ever was in Thailand knows that it is even worse! The traffic to get down from the parking lot was the naked hatred ... So driving a car at rush hour is not fun here!

The order and well designed for the huge flow of people traveling daily, all well indicated, the only thing that perhaps when they speak loudly, officials lack good vocalization, sometimes they are not understood ...
