I loved it here. The staff was very polite and made sure we were taken care of. The pools are open, which was really great. They have beautiful trails, as well as paddle boats and kayaks. It was amazing place to go, and I would love to come back. With Covid finding a nice place to vacation can be difficult but they definitely put your mind at ease here. The only issue I had was towels we had to go to the front desk to have house keeping drop them off. We eventually ran out of towels and were just waiting for them, which was a little frustrating but other than that everything was great. Thank you Bear Creek Mountain Resort for a great time especially during Covid-19.

Went for a wedding and got a round of disc golf in. Good wedding venue and good disc course

I was a guest here once but never will i be one again. the staff is unbelievably rude and extremely pushy. i felt as if anything i had said went in one ear and out the other. as well as being completely ignorant, they were very messy and seemed as if they couldnt wait for their shifts to end. i had stayed as a guest for my aunts wedding, and as soon as the wedding dinner was over, the staff immediately started destroying the room and getting rid of all the decor. the guests hadnt even left the room yet. my food was always made terribly, cold and undercooked. all in all this was an awful experience and ill make sure to never step foot in this resort ever again. extremely disappointed.

Smaller than most moutains farther north but still a great place

Went for snowboarding. Runs are excellent as well as staff members were helpful.

Bear Creek is a quaint resort in the Lehigh Valley. Scenery is beautiful around the resort and offers a bed and breakfast feel. Therese is the Event Planning office works above and beyond. I recommend Bear Creek to everyone I know.

Been here for both a summer and a winter wedding and wanted to leave a review after two consistent and pleasant experiences. For the summer wedding I mentioned I was part guest and part vendor. My vegan meal was amazing, totally out of the box and not lazy! Super appreciate the accommodation. I love this venue because it's multi-functional and a destination without having to drive hours upon hours away. There were two events going on each night and each party was kept separate so each couple could feel like they had the place to themselves. My guest experience was wonderful, I loved the outdoor space where we could take a break from the dance floor and chill outdoors overlooking a beautiful landscape with a glass of wine in hand. The after party options are amazing! Getting to continue the party and go straight to your room is soooo low-stress. My last comment is that the indoor and outdoor ceremony options are both gorgeous. They do a very clever flip of the room during cocktail hour to transform it into the reception. The staff has been top notch both times! Looking forward to being back through 2020!!

Gem in a little town. Best place to get some cool pictures. Enjoy a bar experience and day n night skiing on the slopes. You will have an amazing time here and your family will thank you

Bear Creek has always been one of my favorite local spots, not only for winter mountain activities, but also for food and drinks.

Well maintained lodge and slopes. Good rental equipment. Great food in the cafe! Our favorite part of the day was relaxing with a drink by the fire pit after skiing.

Very good for at home Pennsylvania skiing or snowboarding.

We had our Daughter's wedding in the Mountain Ballroom and everything was as close to perfect as it could have been! From check in to check out, everything was beautiful, the food was great, staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. The Spa staff was fantastic! Theresa , her wedding planner, was amazing ! After party and breakfast a lot of fun and no one felt rushed to leave. If you're looking for a beautiful winter wedding setting, this would be it!

We came to Bear Creek Mountain Resort & Conference Center for a wedding. A couple of weeks before the wedding, our nearby staying-with-friends overnight plans fell through, and I called to try to get a room (online Bear Creek was completely booked). The Bear Creek front desk staff was amazing and helped me secure one of their 2 remaining cancellation-related vacancies. I assumed I would have to pay full price, since I'd missed the wedding block book date a little bit, but once checking in they gladly applied my room to the block and discounted it about $50. I was very pleased. At the wedding, I asked one of the servers about allergens in the appetizer she was carrying, and it led to her not only researching if her scallops and bacon had butter on them, but in speaking with the catering manager and the kitchen to make sure my steak and sides came dairy-free. They were amazing. I hugly recommend this place, and I rarely, if ever, write reviews. They were great.

I didn't stay at the resort; mine was a ski day trip. The best thing about this small ski mountain is its proximity to areas south of the Pocono mountains. It is a shorter drive and relatively close to Philadelphia and southern NJ. This is a good mountain for learning to ski, for beginners, and possibly for experienced skiers who want to tune up before a more serious trip. Lift lines can get long so go early and drive home before rush hour, both on the mountain and the road.

We love going snow tubing here. We try and go a few times a year

not all trails were open,but then ot wasn't very crowded so it worked out.

Visited for a couples massage, not an overnight guest. Very accommodating, nice locker room and great steam room. Already booked another visit, will be a regular.

Want here for a microbrew fest. Great venue. The room was amazing and it seemed like a great deal for what we got.

Our stay at the hotel was a great experience. The rooms were clean and staff was exceptionally great and friendly. Maddie and Riley at the Grille were wonderful bartenders. Definitely recommend Bear Creek to all.

We had great skiing yesterday, 3/8/16 - just did the easy slopes. While the runs are not exactly fast they are still snow covered. If you are looking for a fun day, sunshine, no lift lines, spring skiing - go for it!!

Spa day was fantastic. We used the outdoor pool and jacuzzi prior to our services. The steam room was nice too. Excellent service all the way around.

This place has everything you need for a resort! I personally love the hot tub and snow sports! The hotel rooms are neat and they don't scream cheap. The beds are very comfortable as well! My friend and I went snow tubing and it was a ton of fun! The food there is good as well. they have a great staff team; very kind and ensures very clear rules. Smoking is prohibited on any part of the property which keeps a good environment for people.

This resort does cost a ton of money (depending on what you rent), but it's really worth it!

It was a great day on the mountains. 2 inches of fresh snow, and good weather made conditions perfect! Bear Creek is a nice little mountain for family and friends. Can't wait to come back again! 1/23/15

Went here for work, beautiful resort. Nice rooms, clean rooms. Never got to ski the hill unfortunately. Staff are friendly.

One of the best smaller resorts with excellent base facility indoors and fire pits outside. Good variety of terrain for all levels spread out with modern lifts.

It was ok but they closed the pool at 10:00 pm and the indoor pool at 11:00 pm by 9:00 pm the kitchen is already closed and is expensive too but also there is nothing to do after 11:00 pm like literally nothing I was there for 3 days and they didn t clean the room not even ones and when I arrive the room didn t had any soap or shampoo the bed was not properly made and they never give us the code of the WiFi or the code for the security box and at the end one of the key cards didn t work the place is beautiful they do allow you to bring drinks to the pool and besides all of that we had a great time I just wish they make events like at night like put a little stage and hire some local musicians and have things to eat at a affordable price even hot dogs or something point been something to keep guests entertained at least until 1:30 am I mean if at 10:00 pm everything starts closing what is there to do we had to go out in lot of the times because there was nothing to do really I mean unless you consider going running as part of your relaxation I don t but the hotel does like I say I have a good time but it was not worth it but the place it is beautiful

Nice hotel especially the suites. The breakfast buffet was good (especially unlimited fresh squeezed OJ). I was there for a wedding and the reception hall upstairs was average but the downstairs one was impressive. Parking is a bit of a pain, especially if its bad weather as its tiered with quite a few stairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. It seemed a bit scattered to get around but after a day is easy enough to find your way around.

We expected more than what we experienced, service was slow,food was average,but over priced as you would expect. Layout of resort was neat
We experienced kids running in the hallway after 10pm( noise ordnance didn't start until 11pm). But was disturbed that after telling the front desk,that they were not worried about people getting run over. I'm not saying I wouldn't go there again, but it wouldn't be my first pick.

Nice place!! Food in snack bar was decent, little pricey but that's to be expected.

Decent place for skiing/snowboarding, in the grand scheme of winter sports resorts it s not that big or amazing but for eastern PA I would say it s ok. The prices are not to bad and they do have discounts just do your research. The hills are fairly small but still good fun when there s snow and the terrain parks are usually surprisingly well put together with nice features for beginners and more advanced riders. The lifts are kinda slow and the food like all resorts is way too expensive. Anyway maybe it sounds like I m being very negative but overall it s a pretty decent hill, especially for riders who don t have means of going to other places out West and new riders.

Went for snowboarding with my 4 year old. Staff was polite and helpful and the beginner trails were very nicely groomed.

Honestly, everything you need for an amazing spring break for the kids. The rooms are clean and well sized for the price, and the pools are absolutely amazing. The 2 outdoor and the indoor hot tubs were a highlight and the pool was very nice as well. Food isn't the best but it's fine. Amazing experience, would come again!

Live music on the patio, great food, and good beer. What's not to like? Glad we made reservations, because outside tables filled tonight.

Great mountain! There are a nice mixture of trails if you black diamonds and the terrain parks have a good variety of features.

Facility is really nice employees were friendly. We went snow tubing as a private group. It was extra fun to be there with teachers, staff parents and students from my daughters' school. It was a bit too warm for the conditions to be great. Some were glad for the warmth, I don't care for the slush.
Glad to go, would be glad to return.

Thanks for asking. First our banquet server was playing with her ponytail just prior to serving our entree. My wife's chicken was a little tough, and the.beef was good but being pre-sliced before serving tends to over cook the meat. Servers other than what I stated were pleasant and efficent. Clearing plates and replacing napkins each time we left our seats. Nice job from that aspect.

Went to bear Creek gordan a wedding. Really enjoyed the resort and plan on looking into going back in the future.

The room was excellent. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the amenities; it included safe, fridge, microwave and even a Keurig! Our room had a nice patio overlooking the pool.

Very nice and beautiful place. Great food and service. My only concern is that when the outside temperature is below freezing you can't raise the room temperature above 74.5 degrees. My room didn't warm up comfortably. I would like to go back during warmer weather.

I went snowboarding here with my friends. The slope is great and not too expensive.

I visited their Spa - which is always very nice - and this time it was even nicer, to see that great care was taken to adapt for our new normal. It was very much appreciated!

Great sloped. You can easily rent equipment and they even offer lessons!

We live a few minutes from this resort and have been here for multiple occasions. My most recent visit was for a family snowboarding event. The only recommendation I would make is food pricing is a little expensive for everyday items, as an example I bought a bottle of soda $3.25. Otherwise a fantastic place to go.

We had our wedding at Bear Creek and they where absolutely outstanding! Theresa was so professional and organized. She helped us with every one of our needs and concerns! Would do it there again if I could!

The slopes are perfect the pools are amazing all 3 restaurants are amazing (especially the grille) and I don t know what I could ever change about that place it is also a amazing play to bring you golf clubs and go putting or reserve a wedding
