Visited there for a pre-ski season Patrol Event. It is definitely the kind of ski/hotel combination that makes for a wonderful vacation if you are a skier, and want all the amenities within the same complex. Clean as a whistle. Reminds me of some of the resorts in northern New England.

The service was great. We ordered the triple dipper. All three dips were great, Especially the hummus. My wife got the shrimp pasta dish. I ordered the prime rib special. I can not speak highly enough of the food. Everything was great. We will definitely be going back again.

I stayed at this resort for 2 nights on the labor day weekend with my husband and two of our friends. We had an amazing couples getaway. We got to see the fire works on Sunday night and they were expectacular. The food was expensive but worth it. I truly recommend this resort. Is a cute getaway. The grounds and views are beautiful. Loved it ! And i am a pretty picky person.

Took my 7 and 5 year old there for the first time this past Saturday and the kids loved it. They had great snowboarding lessons and a lot of fun. For me as an adult, the drive from Philly was short, the parking was easy, getting the lift tickets was also easy, and the lessons were well run. The lift lines weren t that crowded, given all tickets were sold out and it was a holiday weekend Saturday. The dining facilities were really clean, as were the bathrooms, so much so that my 7 year old daughter raved about them. I appreciated the cubbies for storage, as well. Everything about the trip felt easy and nice, which I appreciated, with 2 young kids in tow. I ll forever remember the trip as the time everything clicked for my daughter and she began making her S turns down the mountain, which meant she didn t want to leave. I ll probably get season passes next winter and make this place our winter home base for the kids.

It is a beautiful destination and the lodge design is very well executed throughout the entire compound. The facility can accommodate things such as corporate events and wedding receptions. It has a great restaurant and lounging areas featuring a beautiful landscape overlooking the mountain. During winter it offers great skiing and snowboarding runs as well as less intense winter activities such as tubing. Though, for those looking to relax, there is an incredible spa with a plethora of revitalizing treatments as well as a year round heated pool and hot tub with a heated perimeter so no one is never cold walking the exterior. There are also as many off season activities as well, in the form of incredible trails and bike paths. Regardless of the season, the hotel offers many great rooms if you'd like to stay overnight for more than reasonable pricing depending on the room type and time of booking. Bear Creek is simply a wonderful place to stay year round. I just love it

Stopped in for dinner and drinks for a sibling's birthday. The entire resort was nuts, as it had snowed the night before. Still, service was friendly and efficient (definitely glad we had reservations though). Meals were okay for the price, certainly nothing to rave about, but also nothing terrible. Desserts were fun and had nice twists to them.

went here for open day and the beginner slope was awesome. did hit a green slope but the weather didn't allow for them to make too much days before. Over all the facility is new clean and great place to ski with the family bathrooms rock and clean and large. all the workers more than helpful in some cases they talked more than me LOL trying to be nice but heck that's awesome. def a 5 star for me and the people that train the staff must be doing there job. Def my type of ski area

LOVE LOVE LOVE this resort! Never overly crowded like Blue Mountain, lift tickets are reasonably priced, the trails are well maintained, staff is friendly, food in the lodge is great, love the fireplaces for everyone to warm up at, and overall beautiful resort. I live close enough to come for the day but I m excited for our stay scheduled here next month! Highly recommend!

Dining atmosphere was very nice. Plenty of friendly staff on hand and our food and drinks were brought to us in a timely manner. I had the filet Chesapeake which was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly with just enough seasoning. However, for the price, I felt the portion was a little small. The filet was around 4oz and had just enough crab to cover the surface. There were 10-12 whole green beans. Again, cooked perfectly but I would have liked more. I think a slightly larger filet and a few more beans would have made this meal an excellent value.
