Pratt Brown & Associates is one of the best firms to work with if you have to find a job in the IT industry. They know hot to get the right candidate and then get them the right job. They act very swiftly once they are convinced that you are the right match for the position. This is the firm which has great contacts and great value for people whom they work with. Cindy knows her job very well and she is the most capable person whom you would enjoy working with !

From the first phone call Pratt Brown has been excellent. They were interesting in getting to know me personally to ensure they could find a good environment that suited me well. They did a tremendous job in preparing me for my interview. And, I already considered my self a seasoned interviewee. But, the information they provided was fantastic! And, I landed the job! Now that I'm working Pratt Brown continues to stay in contact with me to ensure things are going well. They, by far, are the best recruiting firm I have ever worked with. Job well done!

Pratt Brown and Associates are a delight to deal with and are genuinely interested in delivering a win-win outcome between prospective employers and employees. They take the time to understand both sides of the hiring equation and truly attempt to make the best candidate-employer match instead of a pell-mell, numbers game of sending any recruit that slightly matches a job description. In a word, they care. While I am not normally one to be effusive about recruiters, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for help recruiting or as a recruit. Like many people out there I've had to endure countless moments of disappointment and anger when dealing with the many so called "employment agencies" or recruiters. You almost want to simply quit taking their calls and not answer their emails. Enter "Pratt Brown & Associates"!!.... This company is the only one of the dozens I've dealt with that have their act together.
I can't say enough good things about them. They give a damn about you getting a job. The do what they say they're going to do. They called me when they said they would and took my calls. Unlike all of the others they even suggested ways to polish my resume and look more professional. Simply WOW! - Needless to say they and I got me the great job I currently have.
Why can the rest of those jokers out there be like these guys? My advice is that quit screwing around and get in touch with these guys. If the job is there and you qualify, they will get you in or at least put up a good fight for it.
