A convenient and beautiful place away from the subway station

The hamburger for lunch is hearty and delicious. It was a bit hard to eat because the size was large. In spring, you can eat while looking at the row of cherry blossoms that lead to the US Embassy from the seat at the window.

It is a high-rise office building. Honestly, there are few tenants compared to similar buildings in the neighborhood. There are few events. There are few private rooms per toilet.
But the garden is nice. Some flowers are blooming according to the season. There are also wild birds such as Japanese white-eye. There are several shops where you can buy take-out coffee, so I think it might be a good idea to buy it according to your pocket (Lawson-Starbucks and other cafes) and take a rest in the garden.

In fine weather, you can have lunch on the bench under the cherry blossoms or on the mountain.
