The hamburger for lunch is hearty and delicious. It was a bit hard to eat because the size was large. In spring, you can eat while looking at the row of cherry blossoms that lead to the US Embassy from the seat at the window.

It is a very beautiful office.

It is a very beautiful office.
There are many delicious lunch spots around the area.

The restaurants on the building itself include Starbucks (small in the store) and Western restaurants on the front side of the 1st floor.
An Italian cafe behind the building.
There are ramen, chicken dishes, Japanese restaurant operated by mentaiko maker, Hawaiian cuisine, and convenience store in the basement.

The weekday lunch market around is around 1000 yen.

Housing, office, hospital, ATM, convenience store, restaurant, bar, cafe ...
It is an almighty complex.

There is a lobby which can be relieved a little in the back of the second floor, and a breath in the garden.
It is a modern and luxurious space.

Sometimes I also do an event.

The first floor is lost when going for the first time.
It seems to be conceptual that the outside green is good, but the store on the 1st floor entering from outside is narrow. In particular, there are many times when Starbucks are narrow and it is not possible to enter it if it is 4 people.

There are many restaurants on the basement and on the first floor, and it is crowded with office workers during the daytime on weekdays, but the surroundings are beautiful, and I think it's nice to take a walk on weekends.
The parking lot is also cheap here.

It's not so big, but the ceiling is high, and the bright glass interior is very refreshing with the black interior and the greenery outside! When the weather is nice, you can enjoy your meal on the terrace.
You can order the pizza sold by weight as you like with a salad or soup and drink.

It is a landmark of the Akasaka / Toranomon area that opened on September 29th, and has various facilities such as cafe / restaurants, offices, clinics, and nursery schools.
It is conveniently connected to Tameike Sanno Station, and there are many green areas such as promenades on the premises. It is a complex facility where you can feel nature even in the middle of the city.

Because it is directly connected to Tameike Sanno station, you can go without getting wet even if it rains.
There is free wifi and it is early.
There is also a black sofa and lounge where you can sit freely.
It is good to eat in the lounge because there is a courtesy bread and coffee stand if you shift it off at 12-13 o'clock during the lunch time because it is an office worker.
In warmer months, the park behind is also recommended.
Even if you are outside, you can eat it on the bench with a lunch box because it enters wifi of Intercity.

We disturbed this building for the first time!
After all, the new building is envy-
It was understood that the building was developed by Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate, but I remembered that the company was doing a commercial! The building that appeared in the commercial was not here (laughs) )
We arrived at this building using Akasaka Station, but I think that it is within the range of Tameike Sanno Station and Roppongi 1-chome Station. In addition, I remembered that Kasumigaseki and Toranomon are close and quite convenient places!

There is Lawson on the basement floor, but it is not open 24 hours, and it is open only on weekdays.
There is a toilet and a smoking room opposite the Lawson diagonal.
Wi-Fi is also flying on the basement floor, there are also chairs and tables.
There are multiple restaurants.

It is a high-rise office building. Honestly, there are few tenants compared to similar buildings in the neighborhood. There are few events. There are few private rooms per toilet.
But the garden is nice. Some flowers are blooming according to the season. There are also wild birds such as Japanese white-eye. There are several shops where you can buy take-out coffee, so I think it might be a good idea to buy it according to your pocket (Lawson-Starbucks and other cafes) and take a rest in the garden.

Even here in Akasaka, it is the most sophisticated and very stylish office building . It's cool ~ is a word
Furthermore, the surrounding area is surrounded by greenery, creating a luxurious and calm atmosphere.
Facing the street on the first floor, there is a stylish Starbucks Coffee .
Does the appearance of the building look like Toranomon Hills?
Tenants such as SKY PerfecTV are occupying.

It is the same as what I wrote for Accenture. Although it is directly connected from Tokyo Metro National Assembly Building Station, it is difficult to understand, so we recommend you to check in advance and have access in a timely manner.
