Nice place for private get together or professional off-site gathering in summer. Gets very crowded in the winder with all the skiing.

Great food. Nice outdoor dining with band on Thursdays.
We had a lovely time, Craig was an excellent waiter, food was delicious
A surprisingly great location for the banquet I attended and INCREDIBLY hospitable/helpful service from the employees.
Beautiful venue and warm friendly people, thoroughly enjoyed our dinner as we have many times before.
Really enjoyed my time here, had really fun. Only reason why I give it 4 stars in stead 5 is that there were a lot more people here than I expected. Waited in line for about 45 minutes before I got my rentals.
Great place, beautifully decorated, always clean and inviting. Great place to bring the family!
Arrived for a family event. Food and service were wonderful. This is our second time using their catering services and we will use them again. Lovely place to visit.
My whole Hamilton came fire their Thanksgiving event. The whole place was wonderful, great staff, delicious food, and beautiful atmosphere. We'd definitely go again
Perfect trails for a first time skier. Had an amazing time.
My first time skiing and really enjoyed the easy to get into experience super helpful staff!
A really friendly-feeling place. It will make it feel like winter even though the rest of Pennsylvania says Fall/Spring.
Great facility but located in the middle of no where. Lots to do though.
Went to see snowmobile races at the end of the season very well organized and accommodating
My wife and I were there for the Cheese and Garlic Festival, which was disappointing. The resort, however, was beautiful, and the restaurant served delicious food and great beer.
A Room smelled like urine
A coach was broken
Over all we thought it was over rated what they offer.
Most beautiful wedding ever !!! #murraysavagewedding
Short ride from King of Prussia decent conditions nice Resort perfect for mini vacation
Bear Creek is a great resort for snowboarding. They provide great terrain parks and exciting slopes. The food is decent and milkshakes are out of this world. There are always employees available and service is great.
Beautiful resort with a.very modem look and great amenities and outdoor space.
Just finished booking my trip over the phone with Paige. She was professional and guided me into a great deal for my stay! Thanks again, Paige (sp.)
Went here for the garlic and cheese festival. There was a lot of good vendors here, but there was also a vendors who didn't have anything to do with the theme. Overall the experience was good, even considering they had to move the event indoors due to the threat of rain.
We took the kids skiing for a quick late season trip. The mountain was definitely showing signs of the previous warm weather and rain but we expected that and the prices were lower to compensate. We all had a great time and definitely look forward to coming back.
The interior was nicely furnished and the staff professional. The grounds were impressive, even with one ominous fog of early spring.
Macungie is a nice quiet town, Bear Creek is a great place to spend a relaxing day and night, the rooms are nice and spacious and there are plenty of amenities on site ie: a spa, restaurant, Cafe, and a bar. There are also plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy as well.
Great food. Awesome atmosphere. Anton was an excellent waiter!!!
After 15 years or not visiting I couldn't believe how different the facilities were. Great starter slope to get my wife out and teach her to snowboard.
Pig props to the guy in the tuning shop. The gentleman working did an amazing job repairing someone else's handy work.
Good place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scerenary
Overall the beginner package is a really good value, but there is some room for improvement in the experience. While the instructors are really friendly and helpful while you have their attention, they tend to constantly pass you off to another instructor, or just disappear without notice, leaving you trying to figure out what to do next. Definitely a QC issue in the rental dept. On our first visit a few weeks ago, our instructor noticed that my bindings had been set up with the left and right reversed. On our visit today, we got to the top of the conveyor lift only to discover my daughter's bindings were too small and couldn't even be closed. Then after one of the instructors walked her all the way back down to the shop, they put bindings on that were way too big so she couldn't properly tighten them enough. Despite all this we managed to have a good day of snowboarding. Bear Creek is a good option close by for beginners. Just pay attention to the gear you get and be assertive with keeping the instructors engaged with you.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. This was our first time trying bear creek because it was the closest to us. We drove an hour and a half, granted that google and website said they were open. we pull in, all the snow is melted and completely deserted. We call and ask if they are open, and the woman proceeds to tell us they ve been closed for days. We explain the story about the website, not even a single apology. Have been to every other mountain in the area and have never had an issue like this. Will not be returning ever again.
Great lodge and good skiing conditions for a local mountain.
This is the big brother of spring mountain. I like snowboarding here since its close to where I'm from. Its not a very big place but you can stay right there at the hotel and conference center.
One of our favorite places to ski. Excellent prices and awesome staff. Doesn t have a crowded feel, ever.
A really cool spot with great quality service and facilities
This place has the best slope's around,
I recommend that you go here.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was exceptional!
Bear Creek was the perfect destination for our girls weekend . While planning our trip I had the pleasure of speaking with the team on a few occasions. A very special thank you to Jacy and Frances from the front desk, and Kathy from housekeeping for providing the most heartfelt and kind gesture to my friend who recently lost her mom. You have no idea how impactful and appreciative we are for your thoughtfulness. From the bottom of my heart, I can not thank you enough.
All of the staff at Bear Creek was friendly and welcoming! Mark is ensured that all of the common areas were clean and sanitized consistently. Mitch and Peyton provided exceptional service at the restaurant both nights. The food was delicious, drinks were great and the resort was impeccably maintained, not crowded and a perfect weekend getaway for this group of moms to connect and relax! Thank you. We will definitely be back soon!
Great service with all necessary amenities and friendly staff. The on site cafe and restaurant are good but quite expensive although the local area has lots to offer. The water sports facilities that are included are great and the lake is a beautiful setting for paddle boarding and kayaking.
Nice place to learn to ski/snowboard, and several terrain parks for the more skilled.
Easter & Mother's Day brunch is off the wall. Very good food, extremely clean, employees very nice, and worth investigating into for a weekend or overnight get away!!!
Our first time went to Bear creek mountain for skiing. We had a really great time there, all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Especially Andrew Gaines, we were struggling getting the right size of gears for skiing. Since it was our first time doing it. He was helping us out and recommended us on things. Thank you so much for your help. The atmosphere is nice. We stopped by mountain eatery for a quick bite, it was ok. I feel like I pay more than I get for quality. Overall we are happy with this trip. Next time we will try to stay in resort!
Food was excellent and our waitress was very friendly!
PLASTIC EVERYWHERE ! Shampoo, non sustainable plastic bags, caps, straw etc.etc - seems nobody give a dam about save the nature ! Overpriced with low wages for hard working kids at housekeeping, rent shop, other sky spots etc.Updates need urgently !
Nice people. Clean facilities. Would certain love to go back
Had one of the best swedish massages recently by Dominic and it was amazing!!! He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish!! The same day, I got a hair cut and highlightes done by Jennifer! She knew exactly what I
wanted and delievered! Thank you Dominic, Jennifer and the rest of the Bear Creek staff, it was a great experience !!
Went 2 weeks ago had a Great time on the mtns perfect all around. Lift Tix were $25 what a deal. Service at the bar was on point and our bartender Reily (sorry if I spelt ur name wrong) was AWESOME!!! I can't wait to go back
Went skiing, was fun although it was early in the season and there wasn't a ton of snow yet.
Pros:
Friendly staff and wonderful service
Nice parking lot
Cons:
Extremely slow lifts
Poor snow quality
Overall, I rated this 3 stars because of the poor snow quality and the lifts, but the service was very good. I'm sure that it would be very nice for conferences, just not skiing/snowboarding.
Food was pretty good. Service was poor and kitchen was slow. The place wasn t even crowded and it took an hour to get our meal and another 30min once we ordered our dessert. I had to hunt our waitress down to get a refill on our drinks. Probably will give this place one more shot before I take it off of our meal rotation.
I can only comment on the food service, since my husband is the skiier and I was just waiting for him in the dining hall. I had a single cheeseburger and a small soda, which cost $9.50. My husband loves skiing there, though so don't judge the place on the basis of my limited review.
Great place to come to if you are a beginner or a part of a family. There's snow tubing, a bunny slope and multiple beginner and intermediate slopes. This place also has ski/snowboard/boot/helmet (all inclusive for the rentals). Must get lift ticket FIRST before you can go to the rental line since you pay for rentals in the lift line. Facilities, and restaurant/lodge area are warm and cozy. There are locker rentals in the lodge. Decent food (typical pizza, fries, sandwiches, soups are really good, etc). There is alcohol too. I recommened this place for anyone, especially a family.
Beautiful place for a wedding. Mountain view rooms are breathe taking! Staff is friendly. The grill was delicious too.
I am going to share my experience about this hotel. Briefly, resort is good, rooms are ok, restaurant and cafe normal. Things you may not like: Pools are closed at 10:00 pm. If you are adults and you wanna to swim later as it is impossible to use the pool in daytime because of many people and children, they make you forget it. Another thing, room service is terrible. During my 4 day stay there, nobody came to clean my room, clean garbage buckets or replace towels. For two days i was asking for toilet papers but in vain. Eventually I had to buy them outside the hotel.
Services were great - atmosphere was loud, at times, and dark. Also, teenagers we're permitted.
Easter brunch was amazing! The price was very reasonable as well.
I really enjoyed this place. Close to Philly, nicely maintained slopes and facilities. I especially enjoyed their Grill, reasonably priced good food.
Very professional staff and great food combined with good interior decorating make this a good place to dine, although can get a bit pricy.
Good was good. Slopes were terrible but it is the end of season.
Great atmosphere, peaceful environment, good food and drinks
The mountain was really nice had an amazing day on the slopes. It was my first time snowboarding!
Good little mountain, does the trick. Not too far from Philly area, cheaper prices than the bigger mountains, great lodge for food and very friendly staff
I went here for a bachelorette party and had such a fun time! Unfortunately, we weren't able to utilize the spa facilities as much as we would have liked since everything was all booked up, but we still had a very nice, very relaxing time! The view from our room was fantastic, we all spent hours watching people skiing and snowboarding and tubing. The pools and hot tubs were very nice and relaxing and much needed!
Great place for a wedding, wonderful staff very helpful
Everything was nice, but the slopes are for beginners
Beautiful hotel clean room and excellent customer service
Beautiful facilities...delicious food, amazing bike course!
Excellent experience. Wait staff was awesome. Rooms were beautiful and clean.
Small, but nearby. Excellent lodge. Good place to learn to ride.
In my opinion it's not worth the money. Rooms should be amazing for the price. Looked more like a Motel 6.
Bear Creek was the best vacation spot and was so calming in my stressful week! Defidently enjoyed myself, and the heated hot tub outside!!
Beautiful facility reminding us of world class resorts in Vermont and out west in Steamboat and Tahoe.
