I have lived in Virginia Beach all my life and I have bought numerous cars at various dealers. This is my first experience with Beach Ford and I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Emily and Phil were incredible! They walked us through each step with ease. It was an easy process and the professionalism was just incredible. The selection of vehicles is huge! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Go and see Emily or Phil they will take care of you like you are family.

Very hot. They need to turn the ac on many people were complaining. My car was supposed to be ready last Thursday. Was told I could pick it up Friday. ..after 2 hours of waiting was told that it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. .Tuesday. .very poor communication with the tech
Tony Perez and his team at Beach Ford were amazing. There was no let me run to my manager 15 times. It was so easy and he was able to help me find exactly what I wanted without hassle. I highly recommend Beach Ford. Thanks again Tony, you were amazing!!
My wife and her family have been buying cars from beach ford for many years. After a lemon of an explorer, we opted to get the 'bumper to bumper' warranty sales/finance were pushing... her purchased brand new escape has a leak from the roof rail (more for looks as we have never used it) but now we are hearing it is not going to be covered!? The 'Stealership' is saying it is a 3rd party warranty and they are not responsible and vaguely quoted $750!? Found a link on youtube and it will cost about $3 and turning a few bolts to fix. So, ford screwed up to begin with, then false advertisement warranty, and then they won't do bare minimum effort to just make it right... never again. They have lost a family full of repeat buyers and gained word of mouth (and online) advertising that I will gladly share to any that will listen.
Outstanding work, but you need to make an appointment for them to see you, I tried having them check a slow leak I had in a tire and they stated, I needed to make am appointment.
Mark Vasilloff made my truck buying experience fast easy and stress free. My wife and I both talked about how efficient, knowledgeable and likable Crystal Pepper and Ken Henry were. When the time comes again we will be sure to purchase our next vehicle at Beach Ford.
Carl is awesome! Even though I had to get a lot of work done on my car, he was very understanding and walked me through the process and was even able to save me a couple hundred.
linsey and Leon provided the best service and got me the best deal. they will do their best to help you. my next purchase will be with them again.
Update : Service team had my vehicle for a weekend. They drained my vehicles battery and upon picking it up at their site It wouldnt turn over. I had to leave my vehicle at beach ford for another weekend for it to repeat the same behavior again. I bought my vehicle with 20 miles on its engine. We completed all routine maintenance at beach ford and for our service to be ignored after paying for multiple warranties and services in full is disgusting. Their sales team are professionals but their service team made my purchase one of my biggest regrets
I d give zero stars if I could... trust me, they don t need (or apparently want) your business! Of all the dealers we ve ever purchased parts from Beach Ford has by far the worst customer service. We bought thousands of dollars of parts from them last year alone but Sheila is SO difficult to work with that it s easier to wait for Cavalier all the way out in Chesapeake than to beg Beach Ford to take our money.
Crystal Ansell is awesome. She is such a wonderful dealer. I had come in a few times to test drive cars, and look around, and she was always polite, cheerful, and never pressured me to buy. She never tried to pawn me off to a "newbie" dealer because I wasn't buying that day. She was very knowledgable, and was even willing to drive to Suffolk to get a car for me to look at. At one point, I had gone to Cavalier Ford to look, and they offered me a deal, but I knew I wanted to come see Crystal one more time. She found me the perfect car with a great deal. My partner and I will continue to purchase cars from her. She was excellent.
This time, I worked with Mike to buy my son a 13 Fusion for his graduation. They made it effortless and provided awesome customer service. I think I may leave Priority and switch back to Beach.
Craig Brown was great to work with as our salesman. Chris, Doc, and Lorenzo made the whole package come together for us. Even had a chance to say hello to Mr. Barker. We got a great vehicle at a good price from an excellent dealership.
What a great experience we had at Beach Ford yesterday. Jane White had the vehicle we were interested in ready and all set for a test drive. The car was great of course but Jane was so helpful by pointing out some of the superb features the new cars have these days. She knew her product and explained everything easily and personably to understand Ford s technology which helped us enjoy the test drive and maximized the whole experience. Afterwards, while we worked the numbers, there was a true sense of trust and she addressed every question. When talking the lease option, she introduced us to Don Doc Childress who walked us through the options and explained every detail in an easy, relatable manner and really made the decision to seal the deal easy. No pressure, just the facts; and met us halfway on the agreement. We drove away grinning, elated and comfortable with our new Explorer. Thanks Jane and Doc for a great evening!! Brett& Rachel Bell
Manuel is a first class salesman. Will definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a Ford in the future. He worked very hard to get me in the truck I wanted within my budget.
Outstanding service from Anthony and all the way through the sale. Super prices & rebates on Ford Fusion SE with a knowledge and well dressed sales staff. Would recommend!
Well a one star doesn't even rate with our experience! We bought our truck here in January 2016 because my husband already had a truck from them previously so we returned. Our buying process was great and hassle free. Thumbs up to Craig. My less then one star rating goes to the incompetent service department! Mainly with April as she's the only person we've dealt with and the manager Becky. My husband took his truck in for an 11am appt for a knocking in his brakes. As of 7pm that night we were informed by Becky that our vehicle was not worked on yet and that April would get with us first thing in the morning! So April called first thing and tells us they can't figure out the problem and that the technicians stayed late the previous day working on it! That's a flat out lie since we'd spoken to the manager about it not being touched! What a joke. Picking up our vehicle and going to Cavalier Ford!
Update: Becky the service manager had a technician take a look at our vehicle right away once she found out what was going on and within 2 hrs our vehicle was fixed and we were satisfied with the results. So all in all everything seemed like a disaster but the management took over and worked everything out for us. Thank you.
Our salesman, Lee Eaton, and everyone else who helped us with the purchase of my Mustang today were awesome! Everyone was so friendly and down-to-earth! We have been very happy with our experiences at Beach Ford over the past couple of years! And I love my Mustang!! :)
Sean was knowledgeable, easy going, friendly, and willing to work with me. He definitely made all the difference and turned a potentially bad experience into a great one. Thank you for everything, Sean!
Didn't honor an online price. We we're shopping via USAA the I guess the price was 2k lower and when it came up no effort was really made to meet halfway or anything. The vehicles were very clean and nice but can't really recommend it.
Very nice service Michael Jackson was spot on with his team I will remain a Beach Ford Customer for life not saying that just because I was approved the entry in the building the performance at the door was respecful!!!!
I couldn't be happier with my experience, if you need want a new vehicle come to Beach Ford and more specifically talk to Emily Scott. I walked in with no intentions of buying anything, but after explaining my situation and what I wanted to look at and price Emily not only showed me the exact truck I wanted but it had more then I thought I was able to get. Between her and the whole staff that was part of the transaction I cannot say enough could not be more satisfied.
Spent 2 full days trying to give this place my business...no one would return my emails or texts. Apparently they are doing so well they don't need to sell many cars...luckily I messaged another local dealer and they were super eager to help and provide me service. If your a serious buyer you may have a different experience but i tried to give them my business and no one was interested in me buying a brand new car at beach Ford.. Hopefully others don't experience this type of customer service. If your set on using this place I hope your experience is better than mine..
Update my good friend hooked me up with his previous salses rep and so far things are going much much better!
I purchased a vehicle a little under 2 years ago . I asked for a carfax which at the time was clear . I went to trade my vehicle in at another dealership and was notified that my appraisal would be much higher if it wasn t for the damage reports on the carfax from 4 years ago . When I purchased my vehicle the salesman at beach ford played the we made a mistake on our website so now we can sell u this truck for 3000 less I should have went with my gut and knew something was off but I trusted him and we bought it . When I went to trade in I should have made money on my trade and instead now can t even cover the remainder of my loan . Carfax and beach ford are both saying it isn t their problem and now I m screwed . They insist all they use is carfax for info on their vehicles which I find hard to believe . I had planned on going back to them for a new truck until I found out this info and now they aren t doing anything to make this right . I don t understand if I followed my end how this became my problem . I will never shop at this dealership or any sister dealer of theirs ever again and I will be contacting corporate . I spoke to a person there and they acted as if they were going to help and instead just tried to sell me another truck
I don't even know where to start with this review as we've had nothing but problems with Beach Ford. Here's my story to those who want to know the details, but mark my words... I WILL NEVER amount 1 cent more to Beach Ford to include warranty work, service, parts, anything! I will take the car we bought (and shouldn't have from them) to any other Ford dealership from here to California before I ever set foot in there again!
Our 1st salesman, Michael Jackson started us off in a VERY unprofessional manner. We just sat down in the car we came to Beach to look at, explained our wants/needs and mileage/price point. Within 3 minutes of sitting in the car in the parking lot and never driving it, he stated "This isn't the car for you." Meaning that it was too expensive for our budget. I knew what the car was listed for (Used Ford Escape) and of course knew our budget. Didn't even discuss trade or anything and he kept repeating the same line 3 more times. So, before we even test drove the car we stepped out and said we'd carry our business elsewhere. My partner and I talked a few more minutes and decided to walk back into the dealership as this WAS the car we wanted. Got another salesman and ended up purchasing the Escape. The whole ordeal that followed with the paperwork didn't go much better. We should have taken our second hint but didn't... Our second run in with poor customer service came with the Sales Manager (Chris) who was Belligerent, Manipulative and very disrespectful. He's the guy who's "always right" or will word his story and turn things to be in his favor. That also became more apparent in our most recent visit.
Today we went in for our 1st oil change. I was adamant when we bought the car that if we were to have any lube service done on the car it would be FULL Synthetic. Well, during the contract phase it was stated that their service was Synthetic Blend. I stated that I did not want that and to price me for FULL. Just like 90% of the questions I had asked before, "we will get to that." or, "I don't know that answer, you will have to get with service, so and so (insert random person here) to get the answer. If I were in his shoes and Genuine customer service would lead me to believe that if MY CUSTOMER has a question that I cant answer I as the EMPLOYEE would find that out and get back to them. That never happened on any account with any of the sales men or manager. I had to prompt them to do so. But, on to the service. Because they did not believe what was said in contract writing, we watched 4 hours worth of video playback of the contract process to pick out points where he said she said they said I said what. Well, let me tell you this is where Chris comes back into the picture. Back with more Interruption, Manipulation and "private talks" with the contract writer and the salesman to get their stories straight. Even though the video shows inconsistency in their story they pick and pull what words were said and manipulate the story to side with them. And this is all over an oil change! Needless to say... We do love the car itself. But, due to his actions along with the rest of the sales staff we dealt with, I can guarantee you I will NEVER go back into that dealership for fact that the customer service is nil and disregarded to even of the lowest standards.
Still sitting here been here for 2 hours waiting for an oil change...this is how my morning has gone with Beach Ford service center when I got here there was a long wait to check your car in (this happened the last time I was here) the people that check the cars in where arguing over who was going to check me in..I get to her counter and she is still asking around who is going to check me in...after waiting an hour and a half I went to the counter and asked if my car was ready and the young lady acted like she had a problem with me asking about my car that I pay for and it still wasnt ready so i am waiting and another worker asked me if I was okay and I told her about what happened and she talked to the acting Manger because the GM is out sick....Beach Ford Service Center you all need to do better job...stop scheduling your appointments so close together!
Two major repairs done about a 14 months apart, and both times we had to return the car for additional repairs because the parts they installed were bad The first was a starter, and 3 months, 3000 dollars later after several additional repairs that were unnecessary, they realized the starter they put in was bad The second major repair was the tie rods. I had new tires on the vehicle before the tie roda were replaced. Within. 4 months my new tires were completely bald. Turns out the tie rod they I stalled was bad. Then they would not cover the cost to replace the two front tires that had gone bad as a result of the bad parts. Then they told me the lower control arm needed to be replaced.....ended up taking my car somewhere else for that repair.
I just finished the install of the Roush Performance Kit in my 2014 Raptor. Brittany in Aftermarket and Bob the Technician handling the installation were incredible. Brittany kept me constantly updated on the progress and when my truck was ready to be picked up, Bob came out to meet me and reviewed the upgrade with me. I could not of asked for a better experience.
Dang! Really Beach! I bought a brand spanking new Ford fusion from Beach. The sales department was great! I already own another Ford and I've been dealing with Beach for years. I felt I established a pretty good long term relationship with them. That's is until I had to deal with their service department for warranty work!
The service manager at the time basically called me a "liar" about how my issue occurred after I explained in detail. They "conveniently" had no record of of my previous reporting of the issue prior to it becoming extreme. He told me the warranty company denied my claim but after some probing it was revealed there is no physical "Warranty company". Instead it's the service manager who decides whether to honor your claim or not.
I was shocked by the treatment I got after doing major business with them. My confidence with them came to a screeching halt. My oldest vehicle needs to be replaced but I'm honestly considering not ever dealing with Beach Ford in Virginia Beach again.
I purchased my vehicle at Beach Ford 9 months ago, and have relied on this dealership for the vehicle maintenance services; however, I am now choosing to end my relationship with Beach Ford. Last week, I scheduled a service appointment for 9:45am this morning but, upon arrival, I was informed that the scheduled service would take 3 to 4 hours to complete (the service was a standard oil change/ tire rotation, and diagnostic of a potentially worn suspension component; the oil change was projected to take 1.5 to 2 hours, with the suspension diagnostic taking an additional 1.5 to 2 hours). When I stated that this was an unexpectedly long wait time, considering the appointment, I was informed that service appointments are NOT with the service shop, but rather with the service scheduling specialist (or whatever they call themselves), so an appointment does not provide any meaningful difference in service wait time. Now, hold on... this is the equivalent to scheduling an appointment with your doctor, and upon arrival being told that your appointment is not with the doctor but rather with the receptionist... in what world does this make sense? Service appointments are clearly one-sided, benefiting the dealership while providing no benefit to the customer. After purchasing the best possible configuration of the 2019 Escape, and being a loyal service customer, I expected more. Overall, my experience with Beach Ford has been disappointing, but until now I have ignored my dissatisfaction and continued doing business with them; however, this ends now.
Also, Carl, I don't appreciate your brash demeanor, and my interaction with you has significantly contributed to this experience being the last.
We had a great experience buying at Beach Ford. The whole process was seamless from searching on the internet at 8:30am, speaking with the best salesman (Kyle Jones) I ever had at 8:35am, Test driving the Expedition at 2:30 and driving off the lot in our new car at 6:00pm.
When we arrived at the lot at 2:30pm, the Expedition I found online was waiting outside for us to drive. Kyle went over all of the features before the test drive. As we were driving, he pointed out several other features.
The negotiating process was easy and not stressful at all. We asked for the best price and we felt we got it as it was lower than the other dealerships we went to.
The paperwork signing process was quick and thorough. Mr. Henry was very polite, pronounced our last name correctly :) and got us in and out of the office in 45 minutes.
Once we were done with the paperwork, our new Expedition was detailed and ready for us and Kyle again went over all of the options with us. Did you know you can buy movie tickets from your car? I didn't, but you can now. When I was cleaning out my old car, the sales manager came over and congratulated us on our purchase. It's the little things like this that make you feel appreciated.
We highly recommend Beach Ford and Kyle Jones for your next car purchase.
Great people to work with. I was in Virginia beach on vacation and my truck broke down on my last day there. I dealt with Eric in service and he was able to get me a tow and get my truck into the shop the moment it arrived on a flatbed. He had it fixed within a few hours and i made it home on time. I dealt with a lot of ford dealers in my hometown over the years and I have to say that I wish they were all like Beach Ford. Pleasure to do business with. A very big thank you to Eric and Beach Ford
Haven t pucrchased a Ford from them...yet. I Currently own a 2010 F150, and each time I call or stop by for parts or accessories, Sandy and Mike always suprass exceptional service and helpful information.
Horrible. We drove 4 hours to buy a truck based off the deal we reached via phone. They had changed the terms of the deal when we arrived. We walked away. Horrible.
It was a MOST pleasing visit(my family's 2nd). Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and PROFESSIONAL. Although I had to wait for my vehicle to get serviced, I ENJOYED the in-lounge cafe and friendly personnel. I will RETURN in the near future.
I have the Beach Ford maintenance program that includes wipers. It was time for me to obtain new ones. I walked in to the service department without an appointment. Johnny Fazio assisted me. He was busy doing some paperwork but didn't have a customer in front of him. He was very nice and made the time to take care of me. I really appreciated it! I have consistently experienced very good service at Beach Ford and recommend them highly!
Josh Urey Was FANTASTIC!! Not the normal pushy salesman. He was super helpful, and listened to what I wanted. Beach ford made my car buying process smooth and easy. Thanks all!
The staff wad very friendly and helped me in any way that they could. I have been back a few times to take care of a cras things and they have been quick to help and worked with me to make the process as easy as possible
Spent over a year trying to get a recall taken care of by World Ford in Pensacola, FL; got here and within 48 hours had it taken care of. Great Customer service, and awesome flexibility with my running 15 minutes late for my scheduled appointment. Will be here for years to come!
Great experience. Ask for Bobby Reckling, knowledgeable and straight forward salesman. All the staff was courteous and enjoyable to work with. Very low pressure.
Went from a mini van to a convertible mustang. Set up an appointment with Tony Perez, he was very pleasant, answered questions and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. Immediately came to a price I was happy with, got the financing and had a great experience. Did not plan to go home with a new car the same day, but Tony and the financing department made it all happen. No buyers remorse here! I love my new car, the service agreement and the price. I would recommend Beach Ford to all my friends.
I just bought my 2017 Ford Focus RS....have wanted this car for a few years now. Absolutley love it. Overall I had an excellent experience with my sales person Sean Murray. He went above and beyond to make things go smoothly.
This was with out a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had.Sean Murray made everything so easy. No BS just the facts very honest which is refreshing. He even brought the car to me and I live in NC. I would but from. Sean and Beach Ford again.
Incredible! My husband and I came by here because we had a bad experience at a Nissan dealership. I cannot express the comfort you feel as soon as you walk through the door. We were helped by Michael J. Hands down the best person, he made everything run smoothly and he is friendly and just amazing to work with and went out of his way just for us. They have great prices and great customer service to come along with it! Can t beat it. I recommend buying from here 100%. Michael J is the man! We are satisfied with our purchase. Thank you so much Michael J for being an outstanding sales rep.
Arrived for my 3pm appointment @ 2:20pm..While inside the service writer area I waited for approx 10min until someone finally said may I help you..Some of the results from my service that required attention were sent to me via a message system (no human to ask ?). I declined to do any additional service without knowing if the rejection would cause my vehicle to fail state inspection. No review from service writer as to results from service. I get the social distancing that is going on but some interaction from soneone would be better than a message on my phone..Also noticed the men's room could have used a little attention as well..I am giving this a 3 due to feeling as though I was not an important customer..I gave up on Cavalier Ford for their lack of service. Would hate to have to go somewhere else for service on my Ford truck or Mustang GT.
Awesome. Gosee Guilford....excellent customer service, professionalism, and "car buying time management" definately made me a beach ford customer for life!!
I have been bringing my truck to Beach Ford Service every 5K miles from 60K to 155K. The service department is "Top Notch". One person in particular, Janae Smith has been caring for truck. She is trustworthy, friendly and very in-tune to what I expect for my F-150. She is a Rock-Star in every sense of the term. Thank you Beach Ford for employing individuals such as Janae. What ever you're paying her, it's not enough.
We just purchased our sixth vehicle from Beach Ford. Everyone who helped us with this purchase was professional and friendly. They treated us like family. Great experience!
I took my car into be serviced and most things were covered under my warranty. I talked to the service manager about the one repair that I thought I should not have to pay for since the car had the problem when I bought the car. The manager was able to reduce the price but told me to talk to the sales department about paying for the rest. I talked to my sales representative, Manuel Alvarez, and he talked to his manager who took care of the rest. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Beach Ford isn't just about selling cars but taking care of their customers.
Parts department awesome. Service department mediocre at best. Had some warranty work performed for fuel tank recall. Wasn't finished on time and car smelled like fuel for a week afterwards.
I have dropped off my CMax Energi for a faulty hybrid battery that is under warranty when this things go out on you it's out of the blue so wherever or whenever you are it will just stall and you won't have time to react. It is kind of a major safety concern in my case because I was on 264 at 70mph and it just went crazy on my dash, red message on the left popped out and said stop safely now within a matter of seconds and boom flat out died... no power steering and power brakes I am skilled enough not too panic behind the wheel and manage to pull over safely. Needed a tow truck to get it home for the weekend and dealer was closed until Monday. I am hoping this gets resolve. Thank you Beach Ford and I hope you guys can help me. Thanks I gave it a 5stars in advance because I know Beach Ford will take care of it. I'll keep you guys posted until then. Wish me luck
We bought my car here and have it serviced here. Often disappointed. They skip a few points on the all points inspection, like topping off the fluids or checking tire air pressure. After convincing us to go full synthetic, which was expensive, they didn t give us a full synthetic oil change. The service manager said it was my fault for not reminding them! People make mistakes, we get it. But they make a lot and their service manager always makes excuses instead of just apologizing. I stayed an extra hour and they drained the oil and put in full synthetic. But they still left the passer and plastic covers in my car and didn t top off the fluids. So the service manager drove it back into the service area and took care of it but them had another lame excuse for it not being done. Be sure to double check everything before you pay and leave with your car. The dealership has a very nice waiting area and cute cafe/snack bar with decent food. Try the fresh baked cookies. There are plenty of tables, current magazines, newspapers, and a large screen tv with comfy leather furniture. They also have a kids room. A courtesy shuttle with a friendly driver will take you where you need to go and bring you back when your car is ready.
Normally I get a survey after my service visits, but for whatever reason I didn't this time. With that said I wanted to make sure that Carl Pierce of the service department got the best review he could get. I had an issue with a coolant leak, turns out the water pump needed to be replace. Carl walked me through the process, kept me informed and the event was seamless. The service and replacement of the water pump was covered under the warranty. I hope that Beach Ford recognizes the value of an employee that is respectful and takes time to listen to the customer. Carl thank you for all of your assistance and for being the professional that you are.
I have been a ford car owner since 2003. I have always enjoy my interaction with the staff there. From my awesome service Rep Becky to the sales representative Stephen. I can honestly say my 3rd car purchase was awesome and not because I am related to the Sales Representative but how honest and helpful all the staff were to me.Granted it s a very hard job to try an sell anyone a car in this shaky environment but Stephen found a way to convince me that I should trade in my 2013 Ford Taurus with only 30,000 miles in for a 2018 Ford Escape. Don t get wrong I really loved my 2013 car and I wasn t looking for a new car while I was getting my car service. He suggested I should just look around and bam I am now a new car owner once again. I think I should start dropping the car off for service when the dealership is closed (lol). Thank You Stephen,Becky,Anna,Danielle you guys have made this experience awesome. Please let each person know how extremely happy we are. Brian Coles and Sharon Pittman.
Becky Slater in Service Dept. and the Beach Ford team went above and beyond to repair my car. Not only did they fix the issue at hand, but Becky saw that there were recalls that hadn't been taken care of and she went ahead and had them fix those as well. It was done very quickly and the entire process was seamless.
Everybody at Beach Ford is so kind and thoughtful! I came in knowing I wanted to purchase a new car. Matt Malbone's non-aggressive style of approach just made it easy for me to leave Beach Ford with my new ruby red 2015 Ford Escape!!!
Tom Best is very knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, and extremely dedicated to his job and, more importantly, to his customers. He takes great pride in the work he does, and I always know I'll be safe driving my vehicle away from the Ford Service Department!
Have purchased several vehicles here and take our trucks there for service. Workmanship is good, sometimes takes awhile to get an appointment but I haven't had to bring anything back due to poor service. Pricing is what you would expect from a dealership.
Up until recently, I would have given Beach Ford a solid 4 star review, but my experience last week was less than perfect. I made an appointment for a simple oil change, which has always taken an hour or less, I told them I would be waiting in the lounge area while my car was being worked on. Two hours had passed, when I finally heard from my service adviser. My car was almost finished and he had a few recommendations of what I should have done to it... I have a 2012 with 61,000 miles on it... they recommended $1,812 worth of work that needed to be done! I couldn't believe it! I asked my service adviser if it was necessary to have this work done or if it was safe for me to drive without getting the work done immediately as I wanted to have my own technician look at it, before I spend almost $2,000 at the drop of a hat. He didn't give me a direct answer although I asked him the same question twice. I realize he has a job to do, and that is sales, but it felt like he was just trying to sell me a service and wasn't concerned about me as a customer, as a human. I worked with three different service advisers during my two hour visit, this gentleman and two ladies. I haven't had that happen before, I wasn't impressed by my last visit, to say the least!
My F150 has 40K and is under 3 years old. I took it in for some recalls which one recall for for a door latch and told them that my back tailgate was not responsive to any of the locking/unlocking controls (Key pad, door button or key fob). Even though they were already taking apart my doors to inspect locks for a recall they told me that I had to pay $70 diagnostic fee for the tailgate lock. What kind of customer service is that considering I have had Ford trucks my entire life and bring them to this dealership. If you are looking for good customer service then avoid Beach Ford. they are only in it for the $
Just bought a F150 2012, it's just like new plus my wife love's it. I actually looked at the truck online and was contacted buy Mr. Murray even though it was a holiday and he was home. So for anyone reading this review ask for Mr.Murray and then just sit back and let him work. Thank You S.Murray
Our sales person, Dave Smith, was awesome but unfortunately the manager, Chris Bryan, was rude and unprofessional. My suggestion to Beach Ford is to switch the roles of these 2 gentleman for better future business. I wouldn't return if the manager is still employed.
Dan was very good to me. He made arrangement for a ride home after normal hours. I had a bad day before coming to Beach ford my car window was not working. Dan was a breath of sunshine.
Absolute terrible service today. I had an appointment at 9:30 am for a state inspection. I moved here from Wisconsin so I had no idea how long it would take. I decided to wait for my car in the waiting room. It got to be about 12:30 pm and the wait was getting to be ridiculous so I went over to the service department to question the status of my car. They told me that they never wrote "wait" on my paperwork and did not know I was there. I informed the lady when I made the appointment that I would wait for my car and the lady that assisted me when I got there at 9:30 this morning showed me to the cafe/waiting room so how did they not know? Another hour and a half passes and I go to the service department again. Come to find out that my car had failed the inspection because of the rear bearing. No one had come to inform me of this. They then ordered the part that was needed. I didn't end up leaving the dealership until 3:45 pm. OVER 6 HRS LATER. I had an inspection done before I even left Wisconsin on 8/11/17. They replaced my brake drum at that time. Same exact drum that was replaced at Beach Ford today. So basically they wasted my time and money because it was an unnecessary service that was done a month ago. I will never be coming back to Beach Ford.
couldn't have had better service! One of the smoothest car transitions when it comes to buying a car that I've ever experienced. Emily and her team at Beach Ford love veterans and show their appreciation very much so in their service. Worth checking out!
Great vehicle selection, huge building. They have a nice food court inside, and play area for kids. Tommy did a great job at helping me find the vehicle I wanted (which ended up being at another lot). Great experience, I'd recommend Tommy to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle!
Edit 9/14/19: Had my first oil change appointment for last friday, we had hurricane Dorian coming through and I figured if the dealership would close then I'd get a phone call or email about a cancellation for my appointment. I recieved neither, so I drove in for my appointment. The dealership was closed so I had to turn around and go home. I called the next day to reschedule and figure out why I never got notified. The lady I spoke with even drove into work without being notified that the dealership was closed. With such a large notice that the hurricane was coming through, I dont understand how employees and people with appointments for that day were not notified... terrible leadership. Had to come in today for my rescheduled oil change appointment, over an hour for an oil change is ridiculous considering they have slotted times (appointments) to get this done, and I understand that there is less staff on the weekend, but that is still way too long. The staff is very friendly, but that's about all I can say for this place.
Service Advisor Paul Johnson as well as Technician/Engineer Jess Barr who inspected the problem, were very professional and courteous. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I came in for a concern. It turned out to be a minor discrepancy and was quickly addressed and corrected. Thank You
