Just traded our Jeep Wrangled for a Ford F150 Fx4. Our sales person was Maikhaela Haury. She did a great job! Though she has not been at Beach Ford long and is young, she did a great job! We would definitely recommend going through her to buy another car. Everyone at Beach Ford was kind and friendly. Great car buying/trading experience!!

I purchased a used vehicle at Beach Ford a few weeks ago. Salesman Phil was professional & friendly. Finance department was a nightmare. They push worthless warranties HARD on customers when signing the final paperwork. If their inventory needs extended warranties maybe their products are not worth buying in the first place.

Another problem was the time it took to complete the transaction. I was there 7 hours. I asked several times for them to expedite the process. The dealership closed & my family had to wait outside at dusk for them to finish. No reason that it should take that long.

There were more problems but this is becoming an essay. Shop around before settling on Beach Ford.

This is why i hate dealerships. I purchased a vehicle from beach ford and after 2weeks i noticed the bumper has been cracked on the bottom and they used screws to hold it together. Now i have to get that fix with my own money. Secondly after 3 weeks of purchasing it i noticed that i lose power on the low end so i decided to check under the hood guess what i found 2 holes one is not hooked to its vacumm hold and the second one looked like dog chewed it..Thirdly i complained about my stupid cvt transmission slipping, shuddering. They told me they'll take it to Nissan to get it cheked out but nvr did.. Why sell makes that you cant afford to repair in your own shop.. STICK TO YOUR FORDS SMH..NVR AGAIN

I was in Virginia Beach for a funeral and a fly wheel broke on my older Mercury. I managed to get the car to the service bay at Beach Ford hoping they could help me, so we could go home and avoid a hotel bill. WOW were they amazing. Katie in the Service department was a GEM to work with. She is courteous and knowledgeable. They managed to turn the car around the same day when we came in mid afternoon on a Friday. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Repair Technician took the time to look over the car with me before he started and treated me with respect. You don't always get that as a woman needing a repair. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to deal with. Go to Beach Ford when in VA Beach for your car repair.

I'd give them no stars but it won't let me. We stopped our truck off for a repair they had created when they performed a recall incorrectly and caused water to flood our truck. When my wife went to pick up the truck the front end had been crashed. The manager seriously asked me if we dropped it off that way. Then they tried to blame it on their lawn service. 2 1/2 weeks later the manager still hasn't called to discuss the issue. Also still waiting for the rear glass to get installed. I've called 3 times with no call back. I will say that Jennae has tried to get things corrected but she went to vacation left info for the service manager and that person still hasn't called. DON'T GO HERE if you expect great service like Beach ford used to offer. Quality has gone way down. My father won't take both vehicles he bought from beach ford back there for service because they treated him so horribly and seriously messed up his brakes on an expedition. Check out the pictures below, I've got some that are way worse but don't want to pay my license plate number publicly. Entire front end had to be replaced and painted. Brand new truck that now had to have repairs done. Will definitely hurt resale value.

Fantastic dealership. My car was totaled and I was in need of a new truck ASAP. I showed up to the dealership and was NOT immediately bombarded by salesmen. I was able to take some time to myself to look at vehicles before someone reached out. If you re not working with Teddy Diaz, you re wrong. The man was professional, personable, and classy. He didn t try and just take your money or rush your purchase. Fantastic salesman. I would recommend Beach Ford and Teddy Diaz to EVERYONE. Truck inventory is great.

If I could just not put any stars I definitely would. This place had such terrible customer service.. I mean, I come to a dealership and am already apprehensive about the car dealers themselves, then you walk into this building and even their front desk workers are rude.. Talk about a warm welcome right? Customer service is the foundation for dealerships in my personal opinion and this place does NOT deserve your service. If you're trying to find a car, and there's not a particular car you have in mind. I DO NOT recommend this place. If you have a car in mind that you can not absolutely find anywhere else.. call and make an appointment, other than that.. they do NOT deserve your time of day.

Beware of the service center!
My rep, Becky, was absolutely rude. Waited in the lounge for three hours, and then went to her desk to find out why a routine service was taking so long. No answer, but that they were waiting for the transmission person to test drive it.

Two hours later, they claimed I needed a transmission flush and another part - about $3500 in repairs. I declined and took it to a transmission specialist for a second opinion. He charged me $200 for the flush, and said I don't need any more work. And the truck is running great, now.

Beach Ford also did not do any work on the two recalls I asked them about. So, I wasted $118 on a "diagnostic" which was wrong, and didn't get the service I needed. Waste of time and money.

I just wanted to take the time to saw how awesome the customer service experience was. I came there set on one of your vehicles I saw online but wasn t impressed physically. However Bobby Randall helped me find a car that I love! He didn t give up on me, he listened to what I wanted (price & everything), & went above and beyond to make it happen. Bobby was funny, knowledgeable, & you could tell he really enjoyed what he does. Beach Ford has definitely gained another happy customer!

Unfortunately your dealerships management and business model lost you a purchase ready customer. I went and bought a comparable better equipped vehicle that same day from a different dealer for 5k less.

In between coming in $2,500 under what a second rate shady car dealership offered me for my trade in, it took you over an hour to come to that number when I explicitly expressed I didn t have time. When I came up to see what the hold up was, I saw a manager giving a group of people a show and tell lesson of my vehicle while I was trying to get on with my shopping experience.

Your trucks are overpriced by 3-5K which i was able to show you on KBB and Nada. I was an educated buyer and your management was unwilling to flex to come close to a fair market deal on purchase price AND trade in value. In addition to them being unwilling to flex, you came back to me with no counter offer or any way to satisfy me and bridge the gap as a customer. That is why we went back and bought from Checkered Flag Dealers (our third car from them in 15 months).

I don t write this email to bash you, rather your sales managers and the process your dealership is practicing. You have the inventory, but making me feel like an afterthought priority and non valued customer lost your a car sale.

Took my car in for service and had nothing but the best and most professional experience. Tom Best was my service advisor and called me several times just to make sure I was in the loop. Got my car back in a timely manner and I loved the end result. I would recommend this dealership, especially Tom and the Service Dept. to anyone looking for no hassles and honesty.

This past Friday my fiance went to this raggedy dealership for a diagnostics test then he discovered after leaving that he could not open up his door from the inside he has to roll down his window and open up his driver's side door from the outside. After calling them and setting an appointment now they are saying after he came to the dealership that he has to pay for the broken door that they had nothing to do with it even though something happened while they were working on his car. I advised him that he needs to sue them for damaging his car while his car was in their care. I despise them, they are Crooks!

This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever been to. Not only ford dealerships, but all dealerships. The customer service was atrocious. The service manager Lucas seems like your typically 21 year old with a bachelors degree (probably sociology or some other nonsense degree) who has no real life experience nor does he have any actually knowledge of ford vehicles or customer service. I spent thousands of dollars on a ford warranty just to discover that factory defects of my transmission aren t covered (at this dealership anyways.) If you re reading this please take my advice and do as I did, take your vehicle to Priority Ford in Norfolk to get honest service performed on your vehicle. - Future Chevy or Dodge Owner.

I had my truck serviced here 2 weeks ago and I will say my experience was less then desirable. Just being in the service area I could hear so many customers dissatisfied with there service. A women in front of me came in for a state inspection and they changed her oil and did the 30 point inspection and rotated her tires instead. They had no awnser for why the mistake was made. Calling a service department multiple times to have it not awnsered and get a voicemail is unexceptable. At least pick up and ask me to hold. The people there are very unprofessional and like another user posted, it is pure chaos in that shop. Before you trust your vehicle here just walk in to the service center and sit down for 5 minutes. You will see exactly what all these people leaving bad reviews are talking about. Bottom line, don't use them just because there close by, take the extra time and drive to another more reputable ford dealer.

When I ordered the parts everything was fine and timely. When I showed back up to pick them up the following week, I walked up to the counter and said I'm here to pick up parts. The women starred at me blankly and then Rudly said, what parts? Hahaha seriously??!?!?!?

I strongly recommend Beach Ford off Virginia Beach Blvd to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Mr. Eaton made my car buying experience an absolute dream come true. I couldn't have asked for better service. And to top it off Mr. Eaton paid attention to the things I mentioned and surprised me with my favorite color SUV!!! I will continue to use Beach Ford for all my and my family's vehicle purchases.

Tried to get an oil change and state inspection. Scheduled an appointment for a Friday, came in, and was told they couldn't fit me in that day (this was at 8 am). They "managed" to fit me in Monday. They then rejected my state inspection due to the window tint (I have never added a tint to my car, this is the tint the car came with) and told me they couldn't fix the issue. When I took it to a tinting place to get it fixed, I was told that it was not illegal and they couldn't fail me for the issue. I then printed off the law, highlighted the part where my car was legal and brought it back in. They told me they needed to talk it over and told me to come back the next day, first thing. I came back the next morning and they had not talked it over yet, and made me wait until 9:30 for them to decide that it was a "grey" area and still rejected me. 4 total trips and they still didn't pass my car that is within state regulations. This isn't my first issue with this dealership. They don't seem to care about my time at all and have terrible customer service.

I had a great experience at Beach Ford. I recently went in for a simple oil change and in addition ended up getting a tire rotation as well as my fluids in my vehicle checked and replenished. I want to thank Gary in Service Dept for the awesome experience. He was very professional and made sure I was out in a timely manner. I'll definitely recommend Beach Ford to others as well as stay a loyal customer.

Service department lacks organization severely. I ...

Service department lacks organization severely. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and VA inspection. I was told on the phone it would take an hour. I showed up for my appointment 10 mins early. No issues checking in. I settle in. 2 hours later I notice my truck hasn't even made it in the garage. 6 1/2 hours later.... I get my truck back. Unbelievable. There was no excuse or apology from the staff. They saw no problem with it. My lesson learned, drop the truck off for service and leave. I naively thought when they said it would take an hour they meant it.

I needed to replace tires/fix a cracked windshield. I decided to go elsewhere. The other company finished the work quickly, professionally, and without hassle. They offered to have the glass company come in while they replaced the tires. That's what I call customer service. Everything worked out flawlessly. (Costco- the best at everything)

I called Beach ford later to see if I could drop it off for a re-inspection. Over the phone I was told 'no problem, it only take 5 minutes. Come by anytime! Re-inspections take priority." I took their word for it. Dumb me. I drove there an hour prior to closing time. "We can't do it now! We don't have the inspectors here." Me, "I just called you and asked this question."

Their response, "come back tomorrow around 11. We usually have a long line so I would expect a few hours." Nobody in the service center cared nor acted like I was important at all. They just wanted to get off work and call it a day. I understand that but goodness, why tell me to come in if you can't do it?!

i wasted another hour that could have... Should have... Been handled properly on the phone so I wouldn't have wasted time going there. They took time away from me that I should have been with my family.

My patience is done. Beach Ford is a huge auto store with some great cars/trucks. I thought about replacing my beloved F150 with them as it is over 11 years old (single owner 2005 F150 crew cab lariat). Beach Ford will not be getting my business. They clearly do not value their customers time. I have held on this long with the truck, I can wait until I move again for a better Ford store.

Ways they can improve:1. handle appointments better and possibly lower the burden on the maintenance center. If you cannot adhere to appointments, Make sure you tell the customer upfront. 2. Ensure your telephone call personnel know when people are working. If the VA inspectors leave at 5pm, ensure you tell that to the customer.

If you have time, a wife who doesn't work and can help drop off a vehicle, or generally like spending hours in waiting areas.... The service is ok. If you value your time: seek out another Ford service center or go to another reputable company.

I have never been so disappointed with Ford than I am today.

Beach Ford was great to work with. I have a 2017 Mustang GT that had an issue with the paint not matching between the metal and plastic parts. Greenbrier Cavalier Ford where I bought my car and have had all my service done for the last three years blew me off. I called Corporate Ford and they referred me to Beach Ford. The service manager, Lucas Ryan made it all easy for me. They source their body/paint work to Stock or Modified Bodyworks Inc. which did a very nice job of matching the paint. Beach Ford has become my preferred service location for my Mustang.

I have never been more disappointed in my service with Beach Ford that I received today. I had my tires replaced, received a call that I had a bad tire pressure gauge. I previously replaced one of my tire rims with a used one. The cost would have been $192 to replace this. Luckily I know about cars and knew that I did not have a tire pressure system in my 10 YEAR OLD CAR! When I called back to verify that they were trying to sell me something that I don't have in my car they explained that he took 1 tire off and said I needed a new tire pressure gauge. I FIND IT EXTREAMLY HARD TO BELIEVE THAT ONLY ONE TIRE WAS TAKEN OFF AND THE REMAINDER OF THE TORE PRESSURE GAUGES WERE NOT CHECKED. ANY MACANIC should know that if three tires don't have a tire pressure gauge and one that does something doesn't add up. What doesn't add up is I don't have the tire pressure system!!! So your company would have let me pay for $192 for a system that I don't even have. I take my 10 year old car to beach Ford so I don't have to be scammed. This makes me question your establishment!

I am extremely happy with my purchase of the new Escape XLT. The customer service at Beach Ford is hands down the best I have ever had at a car dealership. My salesman, H.B. was extremely nice and very informative about the car and payment options. Coming from a family who loves Fords, they were happy to see me receive such good service on my first brand new Ford. Outside of my salesman, the GM Mike Z. made an effort to come and speak with both me and my parents while we were looking at different cars. My parents and boyfriend were so impressed by the service that I received, that they plan on having their future purchases of cars come from Beach Ford, even though they live in Northern Virginia. PURCHASED A USED CAR HERE, GOT FOLLOW-UP, SCHEDULED SERVICE AT BEACH FORD: Denise was incredibly professional and very knowledgable about the services provided at Beach Ford. She was quick, efficient, provided friendly and courteous customer support, and overall made the experience very positive. I also requested to speak with MATT MAHANOR, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle - he was more than happy to speak with me and answer questions about my vehicle, and he was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Despite my vehicle NOT being a Ford (but purchased used through Beach Ford), I was treated with the same respect, courtesy, and efficiency as all other customers. Even though I only had a simple oil change and check-up done, the staff treated me with incredible professionalism as if I were getting major work done. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience buying my 2015 Ford Focus ST at Beach Ford. First, it's the no pressure sales approach: they don't try to get you with the stereotypical sales tricks, if you just wanna test deive and then go elsewhere to explore your options-sure, no problem. Afterwards they'll follow up with you but won't be bugging you with a ton of calls/emails each day. And second, it's the attention to details- they will go over and explain absolutely everything, go above and beyond. I'd definitely say they are looking long term and not just trying to get a quick buck out of you and that's a great way to retain a customer for life. Overall, I'd no doubt shop with them again and recommend them to others.
