I am a young first time car buyer so I realize how intimidating it can be to walk into a dealership for people my age. Jane White was first to snatch me up. We test drove the car I wanted to see and after briefly viewing a few others, I was ready to head inside. Although she offered, she did not push me to look at cars outside of my budget which was greatly appreciated. She guided me through the process and made it very simple. Sandra in financing was also wonderful and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. Jane took the time to go over most of the features in my car and set everything up. I was so pleased with my experience and how responsive Jane was. I was in and out in under 5 hours. I will definitely be referring all my family/friends!

I don t know how many times I would never recommend the service department. Every time I come in for a oil change or inspection, it take well over two hours. When I walked in immediately they said about an hour and a half and I was grateful they were being honest about the wait time. I had a 9am appointment and by 11:30 I was asking for my car back because I had to be at work at 12. Some lady was also there waiting for a 8:45 appointment for just an inspection and she didn t even have her car when I left at 11:45. Please try to accommodate appointment times better. This is just insane how long it is taking

This is for the service department. I made an appointment for nothing more than a state inspection. Got there and was told it would take an hour, so I settled into the cafe area. TWO hours later, the service representative told me I had some issues with my battery and tires. I declined the service to fix, because I was already frustrated with the 2 hours wait for a one hour inspection. (If you found the problem within the first hour and reported them to me, I might have decided to get them repaired on the spot.) Representative then told me my vehicle would be ready in 15 mins. Took over another hour just to get it back. In total, I waited over 3 hours for my state inspection to be completed when I had an appointment time.

The service department at this location will take your money with absolutely no authorization. I am an independent dealer and I dropped off a vehicle to be checked out for a recall. We were notified that the repair would take more effort and different parts than we suspected. With absolutely no verbal authorization and without any signatures on anything, they completed repairs at $1800 from what we thought was only going to be the initial $180 diagnosis cost. We would have gone to pick up the vehicle thinking it still needed to be fixed as we have our own shop we would have done this in. We spend a lot of money at this dealership and how they are handling our situation with this is extremely disappointing. We absolutely have not signed anything after dropping this vehicle off, we will be taking this issue to court. We have no receipt and would appreciate seeing the one you all say that you have with my signature or any dollar amount stating repairs at $1800 or close to that.

Overall I am not happy with the service department at Beach Ford. I asked them to look at two issues when I took my car in for routine check up, noise in the front and auto-dim on my driver side mirror not working. They told me that both were fine plus overlooked changing my oil (the main reason I took my car in). Took my car into Hall Ford Newport News and they found a bad bearing and that the mirror needed to be replaced. Hall ford was much more professional and seemed to actually know what they were doing. Had to end up getting mirror fixed at Beach Ford and was never notified that the part was coming in 2 days late, would have been nice to know. My family has always bought Fords and have been very happy, I will not be going back to Beach Ford for future purchases however.

Service department is a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble that I went through and take your business to someone who wants it. Several failed service visits to beach ford with vehicles that where still under warranty. I felt brushed aside, disrespected, and upset with the fact that the factory ford warranty service on a 70,000$ truck was not as advertised. Eventually everything was covered but I had to go back multiple times, no rental was provided, and I had to persist that somthing was not right. 4 sets of front hubs and a new front differential later in addition to countless visits and days without a vehicle and the problem is fixed for now. This was my second truck purchased from beach ford. I am writing this to hopefully save future customers from the headache and frustration that I went through with beach ford. It s worth the drive to go elsewhere.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang from beach ford. Our sales person is no longer with Beach Ford so we were assigned to Brian Jones. We had been promised that a paint chip and the fuel door would be repaired. We finally were able to get the car over to the collision center to have them look at the issue. They set my wife up for an appointment for June 19th at 0900.My wife shows up at the dealership and Brian Jones is on vacation and nobody had any information from Brian that my mustang was going to be taken care of. I called the collision center and talked with Jennifer Turner which took immediate action and had my wife at her location with enterprise rental car shuttle picking her up. After my wife got to the rental car agency no one their had any information from Brian for my wife's rental car. We are now going on 11 o'clock. Once again I called Jennifer Turner and she had my wife taken care of and on her way in no time. I want to personally thank you for having great people like Jennifer Turner working with your dealership. Brian Jones You could learn a lot from this extraordinary woman. Thank you once again Jennifer my wife and I owe you for helping us out.

I received a phone call today from beach Ford. They wished me a happy birthday. Didn't try and sell me anything just a Normal happy birthday. I'm very shocked that a company who I've done business with in the past called me back. For that alone I give you 5 stars! Not to mention they helped me get into my first ever car loan. I had bought a used 2010 Hyundai elantra touring. Great little car with not one issue. Its since been sold and I'm now the proud owner of a 2015 focus at 0% Apr! I can't thank Ford enough for helping me establishe my credit at such a young age. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I am strictly writing a review about the service department. My main reason for a substandard rating is how slow the service department moved. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and it took them 4 days to even look at my car to know to know what repairs would be done/covered under warranty.

Teddy Diaz is the real deal. I went to Beach Ford over a week ago to check out a used Raptor they had on the lot. I had a new truck and was very satisfied with it, but was also interested in trading up to a Raptor if the price was right. After having a not so great experience with a manager from the start, Teddy put in all the work to make sure I brought my business back to Beach Ford. I initially told him I needed to shop around and see what other places had/would offer me for my truck, but almost immediately after walking out the door, Teddy reached out to make sure I knew he wanted my business and was willing to work with me to get the price where I needed it to be to make the purchase worth it. Once we got down to discussing the details, Teddy was attentive and worked very hard to make sure I felt comfortable during the process. After the negotiations, Teddy knew I was on a tight schedule and helped push the paperwork along and got the purchase done right and efficiently so I was out the door right when I needed to be. Any time I have someone interested in looking for a new car I will send them directly to Teddy and Teddy only.

Couldn't talk to a human or did not get a response for call back. After 3 attempts to get a human to talk to I finally left a message and they were supposed to return my call. No call in 24 hours so I made an appointment to address a check engine light at Priority Ford in Norfolk in 1 call for the day I requested. The customer service at Priority was a far better experience for me as they offered me a ride home and to pick me up. I didn't need to call and inquire about the status of my truck as they called with updates. Most of all they listened to the customer (me).

Take my wife's Escape for a simple oil change and inspection. Drop off the vehicle AT 0925. I figured if there were any issues or delays the dealership would call. 1400 goes by, 1500...1600, still nothing. My wife goes to call the service department and gets and automated service putting her on hold for 20 minutes. She gives up and leaves a message. Meantime, her whole day is wasted waiting for a call that never comes. Not until 1730 does a call come stating the vehicle is ready. Is this what you, Beach Ford call good customer service? You people are ridiculous. Sorry excuse for a dealership. If I could have given you 0 stars I would have.

He s sold me two vehicles sold my wife one and soon to be a second and has taken care of a few of my friends. The man has incredible customer service and genuinely cares about his customers. I worked with Sandra to finish up my paperwork and as promised she made it fast and effortless. 15 minutes to finish everything up. Recently purchased a 2019 Ford Fiesta ST and my Brand Specialist was Tommy Stancill. I am out of state and conducted the entire purchase and transaction remotely with Tommy. I have purchased many vehicles and am an enthusiast with high expectations. Although never made a purchase sight unseen and remotely. Tommy was there for me ever step of the way. He was attentive, detailed, amicable and the level of customer service met and in some ways exceeded my expectations. Overall it was a seamless pleasant experience. Tommy is certainly an asset to Beach Ford and representing the store and brand very well. I will look to Tommy and Beach Ford for my future vehicle needs as well as referring my family, friends and colleagues.

Place is a scam. Advertise a price as Beach Price . Talk to you about the vehicle at this price the whole time you re looking. And then when paperwork comes and the price jumps $10k because the Ford rebates don t all work together. But Beach Ford advertises the price with all of them to get that price. My experience was fantastic! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and offers of help. I had the pleasure of working with Emily Scott and she is, hands down, the best salesperson I could have asked for. She went above and beyond for me showing me my options and working with me to make sure I was satisfied. Even though I didn't buy a car that same day, I left not feeling pressured at all but having a feeling that even if I didn't love the car, I would still buy it because I appreciated how relaxed and not pressured into buying right away I was. She was very down to earth, kept in contact with me until I made my decision, and was amazing with making my husband and I feel at home during the buying process. Things were clear and laid out well for us to make our decisions and she even took the time to stay a few minutes after close to walk me through the features on my new ford fusion. All in all I can't stress enough how great my experience was and how at home I felt during the whole thing!

I brought my F250 in for a check engine light. Somehow, due to a clerical error (not really sure) the wrong part was replaced. The check engine immediately came on again after the service and I had to bring the truck back. The good news is the service dept was quick to acknowledge the mistake and made it right with a rapid turnaround. Also a free rental car and complimentary car wash/detail helped tremendously. Now the truck runs and looks great. Thank you Chris Outlaw for your excellent customer service. Thanks to you I am a happy customer despite the hiccup.

Worst car buying experience ever. Bought a used 2013 Ford Sport and the day i drove it home the ac went out. They told me just to take it to a Ford Dealer near me to get the vehicle fixed. Took them 4 days to give the ok to fix the issue. And once they did they found another issue so kept it in the shop for an additional 3 days. Dont buy from here there a joke.

But my real complaint is that NOT ONE person working there had COVID 19 PPE. NOT ONE. What kind of idiots run that place . I felt dirty when I left and had PPE. I will not be going back there.

Brought my truck for warranty service, got a rental for a week and a half from the in house Enterprise, and Enterprise has sent letters to me repeatedly regarding non payment of the rental fee, even though I have repeatedly informed the service department that my warranty covers my rental. Problem resolved after a month of arguing my case. Service is adequate.

Terrible service. Not only did they not address our main concern with our vehicle on our recent service visit, their multi point inspection completely missed the fact that our battery was about to die within a few days. The 2011 F-150 was turned in as the weather seals failed and a recent rain storm flooded the cab. The request was to fix the leak (clogged door drains) but also make sure there the damage in the vehicle was cleaned up. They completely neglected the latter part, left the mold that is clearly still in the cab and talked circles around my wife when returning the vehicle to her. As a military family about to move across the entire country, we were hoping the vehicle would be in shape to make the trek to our next home in California, but Beach Ford neglected any and all useful maintenance, hung my wife out to dry, and forgot to mention the basic repairs that needed to happen to our vehicle. Strongly recommend any other dealership in the Hampton Roads area.

BEWARE! Beach ford attempted to charge me over $1,400 for a $300 repair.

I called management to advise of the UNFAIR REPAIR COST and after numerous attempt was finally able to speak with someone who showed very little interest in what I had to say; Indicated that they would investigate and follow up with me....NEVER DID!

Essentially Beach Ford was going to charge me over $1,400 for a control module install on my f150. After very little research, I discovered the PCM was only $140 and not the $900 as the parts department indicated. Additionally, Beach Ford was going to charge me some $500 to install the PCM. NOTE: I installed the PCM myself in about (15) minutes.

Given the totality of the environment at this dealership and the general lack of concern over customers complaints, I am going to venture that all of the (5) star reviews are enticed or in someway otherwise manipulated.
