I will never go here again. So at the beginning of this month I had just got my Mustang that only had 18k miles on it. So it was still covered by the factory warranty, once I got the car I noticed two big things were wrong. The A/C didn't work and my breaks squeaked.....and I mean loud!!! Breaks squeaking is a clear sign that they need to be changed, even though they work just fine. The first time I took my car to Beach ford they told me that my breaks were fine.....they weren't. I went back the next week and asked them to look at my breaks again because they are really loud and you can here them at EVERY stop. I also told the receptionist that I wont accept "Your breaks are fine" or I was going to lose my cool. I get a call back saying that it was my rotors that was making the sound and my car should be good now, plus my A/C was working again (the only thing they did right). Altogether Beach ford had my car for 5 days and only fixed the A/C. My breaks still squeaked just not as loud. I feel as though they didn't want to change my breaks because my car is under warranty and they don't make any money off of it. I'm totally disappointed by their service. I will just go and pay out of pocket to get my brakes fixed. Thanks Beach Ford for all the help you didn't give.

Took my Ranger there for a recalled airbag replacement. All went well 5* experience until they call stating they "may have" installed the wrong parts. Had to have somebody else take truck back for me and they already knew they messed up because they told her they put Mustang airbags in it. Inconvenient to have a recall but they handled it well until they didn't.

The sales staff are nice but they are overpriced. The service department is also overpriced not to mention they love to tell you about things that are broke that are in perfect working order. Most people fall into this trap which costs them an average $1500, I wish Tom Barton would wake up one morning with a conscience and think about how to build relationships with their customers, not a transaction.

If you don t have an extensive amount of work that needs to be done on your vehicle don t go there. They are in no hurry in the service department if it is not a lot of labor hours for their mechanics. You are welcome to sit for hours in their lobby.

He went to bat for me on a part of my vehicle that was solely and issue of a poorly made part of my vehicle and FORD MOTOR COMPANY refuse to replace , only if I pay, and he did the best he could on my behalf..I praise his customer service. The unfortunate is I will never purchase another Ford again because they refuse to take ownership of their end

I don't know what I was thinking but I brought in my Fusion a couple weeks ago in search of a new key fob remote. They wanted to charge me, absolutely no exaggeration, $280 and and $80 "programming fee". 360 dollars?? I went to the dealership I actually bought my car from and they gave me a FREE one and programmed it for FREE. BF also wanted $260 for an AC charge?? London Bridge Auto on VB Boulevard does AC charges 60 to 100 depending on the amount of freon you need. I'm fairly certain Beach Ford is running an actual scam and I'm baffled that people would spend their money here.

The wait time here has greatly increased over the three years I've been dealing with Beach Ford. Overall, a good experience, however some of your service advisors need customer service training. Mallory was quick and efficient with paperwork. Do wish Tom Best was still a service advisor...the one person I knew I could trust with my car. Also, the online service scheduling is slightly confusing, and wound up scheduling me for services I did not need or request.

This is not my normal shop so this was my first visit here. Great service! I needed to have In-Warrenty repairs completed on my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off the night before at the drop off box. Fill out the envelope with the details place your car key in the envelope and drop it in the secure drop area. Next morning they called once they had a direction to move forward with repairs. The repairs were completed that day with no issues. Friendly staff, overall good experience

Hands down the BEST dealership experience I have EVER had - courtesy of Emily Scott (sales consultant). I'm sorry I didn't buy a Ford, but I bought a childhood wishlist Jeep Wrangler JK and with that came a wonderful experience. So I take it back - not sorry. Emily was as down to earth, honest and real as one could get. She maintained her professionalism, was upbeat, personable and down right a joy to work with on the sale! Never once did I feel I was in bad hands, never felt I wasn't a priority and never felt deceived or skeptical . If you want a dealership with a staff member to change your perspective on car buying...Go to Beach Ford and definitely ask for Emily!!!

Unfortunately your dealerships management and business model lost you a purchase ready customer. I went and bought a comparable better equipped vehicle that same day from a different dealer for 5k less.

In between coming in $2,500 under what a second rate shady car dealership offered me for my trade in, it took you over an hour to come to that number when I explicitly expressed I didn t have time. When I came up to see what the hold up was, I saw a manager giving a group of people a show and tell lesson of my vehicle while I was trying to get on with my shopping experience.

Your trucks are overpriced by 3-5K which i was able to show you on KBB and Nada. I was an educated buyer and your management was unwilling to flex to come close to a fair market deal on purchase price AND trade in value. In addition to them being unwilling to flex, you came back to me with no counter offer or any way to satisfy me and bridge the gap as a customer. That is why we went back and bought from Checkered Flag Dealers (our third car from them in 15 months).

I don t write this email to bash you, rather your sales managers and the process your dealership is practicing. You have the inventory, but making me feel like an afterthought priority and non valued customer lost your a car sale.

Lucas Ryan, Service Manager is a HERO!!! I blew out my tire close to Beach Ford yesterday at rush hour and was able to make it into the service entrance with 1lb of air left. Not only did Lucas come to the rescue with a tire in stock, he was able to get the technicians to install it right away. If that wasn't great enough, my regular service appointment was another 2 weeks away but Lucas went ahead and had them do the inspection and change the oil too. They did all of that in an hour. I really needed help yesterday and Lucas made it happen. I can't thank him and the technicians enough. They turned a really bad and scary situation into a great experience!!! Thank you Beach Ford!!! I bought a brand new ford transit last year.

I bought a brand new ford transit last year.
I love it.
I drove 54,000 miles with it, 4,000 miles ago I started to notice a ratling noise and vibrations while driving which I suspect is a bearing( i have a honda civic and I had to change the bearings at 200,000 miles because of the same symptoms).
So i took an appointment because the power train guarantee still effective... Yes i didn't do my tunes up with them because I live 1.5h from this dealership.
The guy told me today that in order to do a diagnosis ( drive the car for 5 min), I will have to pay $118...
I am just disgusted....

Usually I do most of the maintenance on them myself but have on occasion had to use your service department for repairs beyond my capabilities. Yesterday, a coolant leak caused me to take my 2006 Mustang to your service department. Tom Best was my service manager. In all these years I have never enjoyed as professional service as Tom provided to me yesterday. He exceeded my expectations by keeping me informed about my Mustang. For the first time in my dealings with your service department, I did not have to initiate contact to determine my vehicle s status. My experience with Tom was priceless. As long as he is with Beach Ford I ll be less reluctant to have you service my vehicle.

Communication is the key problem. I called 4 times to just simply ask for an estimate of when my car would be ready so I could prepare for a ride. After getting transferred to a voicemail I called about an hour later to try again explaining last call I was transferred into a VM and I am only checking on an aprox time. She then transferred me again to a VM. I called back and explained in more detail I am just trying to coordinate a ride (not the shuttle). She seemed annoyed with me and said my car was in after market (where ever that is) and she wasn't sure. VM I went again. I called back. She finally got me to Crystal who was helpful. It seems to be a "pass the buck" system in service with no one overly anxious to be helpful. Maybe when my husband's truck goes in tomorrow for his scheduled after market items we can try again!

Beach ford has had me car since Monday of last week. I did not even get a rental until Friday. This scenario has become ridiculous. I have been inconvenienced. On Monday I was told that the business hours were until 7 yet when I got there your team member was unable to help me in the slightest fashion. It is now Wednesday of the next week and I have not heard a thing from anyone?!?! I should have gotten a rental that Monday, (covered under Ford warranty) and should most definitely had my car back by now, or at the least gotten a courtesy call. I called a few minutes ago and it went to voice mail?? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! No one should have to wait over a week for a defective key that is under warranty.

I never knew how car shopping could be such a process. However, Bobby made it so easy for me to make a decision. He knew I had been looking for quite some time for a new vehicle and made the process so easy for me. He topped every offer that was given to me with the lowest interest rate possible. I felt like it was all a joke because my credit score is shot. It wasn t , I was able to leave with my car the same day I did my test drive. I am absolutely satisfied with my brand new 2019 and forever grateful that I tried my luck because I ve had such a hard time with other locations. Thank you Ford!!!!

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and everything seemed to be in order, clean Carfax, proper title, etc. However, after paying near full market price for a car that seemingly had no issues, I received a call from my insurance agent stating that the car had been in a wreck causing over $9,000 worth of damages, which, as previously stated, was not disclosed to me upon purchase. It took me over a week to get in touch with the upper tier of management, as they continuously dodged my calls in order to avoid dealing with this issue. After finally getting in touch with them, I was told that, in essence, it was not their problem any longer since they had sold the car, however in the state of Virginia, it is illegal to sell a car without disclosing its full history to the consumer. All in all, I would not recommend this dealership, however, if you choose to purchase a car from them, be very careful and take your time thoroughly inspecting it as clearly, they have no problem taking advantage of customers.

Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. What was posted on their web page was not the same they offered face to face. Over 2 days I wasted almost 6 hrs of my time and made 2 trips from Greenbrier in Chesapeake out to their Lynnhaven store. I walked out both days due to misleading information and a basic " bait and switch" scam. I went to Cavalier Ford, had an awesome experience, and happily left with a car.

I purchased a used vehicle from Beach Ford less than 3 years ago. My credit is less than perfect, so I ended up financing with their sister company Bay Shore Financing.

The price was almost double Blue Book value for the car (before financing - in the end I'll end up paying them almost 3x the value), but it seemed like it was in great shape and they assured me that they thoroughly inspect their cars (the car had less than 60,000 miles when I bought it).

Now less than 3 years and less than 20,000 miles of driving the car, it is a total loss. About 6 months ago I had to replace the radiator and now the transmission is out.

I was extremely diligent with the maintenance - synthetic oil change every 5,000 miles, and all fluids were topped off each time.

At this point I have paid over $10K (for a car worth $5500 when I took it off the lot), and I still owe another $4000 (due to the high interest rate they charged me). I didn't mind paying so much more for the car when I got it because my credit isn't very good and I thought I would be able to drive the car for the entire duration of the loan, and maybe a couple years after it was paid off.

I asked if they would work with me given the fact that they sold me this lemon (that they have already made double the asking price for), but they would not. I know that it was my mistake in buying it, but I think most reputable people or companies would see this as a total scam. It's one thing to charge someone with bad credit 3x a value of a car; I get it - it's a risk and they need to make money based on the risk.

That said, it's another thing to charge someone 3x the value of a car that will be a complete loss after putting less than 20,000 miles on it. BUYER BEWARE, NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS LOT. You will be sorry!

Fraud. Only way to sum up the service branch. I came in to get a new key made and after I was ignored over and over on the phone and had to drive in (worst service I've ever experienced), was told that a simple problem would cost over $1,000. When I called BS, they were magically able to fix it for $100. Nothing can explain it but inexperience or fraud... And clearly they've been around for a whole, so fraud is the only explanation.

I had a terrific experience at Beach Ford. I am new to the area and took my Ford vehicle for a state inspection and some regular maintenance work. I had my new plates sitting on the passenger seat with the stickers stapled to my new registration. I was going to put on my plates after I got my state inspection later in the day. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the service department had already installed my new plates and had everything ready. My vehicle has never run better. I will be a regular customer of Beach Ford in the future. I appreciate my service advisor Carl and the technician Kristopher. Thanks very much for making my visit a very positive experience.
