I had some warranty work that needed to be done on my Ford Explorer! I called in about 1030 and asked for an appointment that day! I was super surprised that they could be accommodating. I took it in and was greeted promptly at the service lane. The lady took me inside to my service advisor, Brian Lusk, who was amazing and super helpful! I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. I came to beach ford after contacting two other dealerships for the warranty work. The other places made me feel uncomfortable because they were unsure of what my factory warranty covered and started naming off prices to me. Beach ford made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be using them for all of my service needs in the future and when we are in the market for another vehicle!
