I had to take in my brand new 2017 Ford Edge in for some major cosmetic work after an accident. I thought I was safe as it was a FORD body shop. The initial estimate was only two weeks. Additional items were found that needed replaced so after I called inquiring when I could pick up my vehicle I was told it would be another entire week. Fine, I understood it was messed up badly. Fast forward FIVE weeks since dropping off my vehicle I FINALLY am able to pick up my vehicle. So I pick it up and it's VERY dusty inside because clearly they left it wide open for the entire five weeks it was in the shop. Also the side mirrors were foggy due to paint overspray. They sent someone down the next day to take it back and clean it. Alright great I was happy. Well he brings it back and it's still dirty. The air vents can clearly be seen packed with dust. I get it home looking over it carefully and see that they didn't put the rear bumper protector on; called that night and left a message. I called again in the morning and they said they had the part and "forgot" to put it on. Sent someone down again to get my vehicle and put it on and I told the man it was STILL dirty please clean again. He brings it back to me still dirty. By this time I am over trying with them and decide to clean it myself. Today I open my sunshade for the first time to open the sunroof, MY SUNROOF IS CRACKED. HOW DID THEY CRACK IT??? I am VERY, VERY dissatisfied with the workmanship and customer service of this body shop and absolutely NEVER bring a vehicle here again. Nor will I EVER use Beach Ford as a whole company EVER.
