Wanted to trade in my truck to get something bigger. Went to BBC and talked to Randall "Deuce", and you wont be disappointed. These guys make it painless to buy a car. If they dont already have something in their inventory, which is huge, they can find you whatever your looking for. Dont bother going to a dealership and trying to deal with the clowns they have working there. Go straight to BBC and get yourself somethin nice!!!

I purchased a vehical in January 2013. I was very happy with my car buying experience. I did not know you could buy a car from a dealership in less than 30 minutes. NO GAMES. Wes was very helpful. There was no issue with me taking the car to a mechanic before purchase to have it checked out. Very nice saleperson and
friendly office staff. I would highly recommend. I have had no previous experience with this company or anyone associated with them.

A great car-buying experience here. I called to say I was coming and Brady had the car ready for me to have a look at. It was as-advertised, fairly priced, and a casual, welcoming environment.
Less than an hour later I had received a fair trade-in offer and was off in my new (to me) car.

Bought a Lexus from Deuce. Used to do business with Daniel before so I seen their whole process from buffing and cleaning the car to maintenance on the car and taking care of any issues before selling you a car. Neal is the finance manager who knows his banks and when it came to financing he made it happen for me with no issues and quick!

These guys are all-stars. I normally buy from larger dealerships and I had thought I had it down to a science on how to deal with 'sales guys'. What a breath of fresh air BBC was for us. The majority of the deal was done over the phone, email and text. Jarret was great to work with and every person I met seemed to be salt of the earth, honest and genuine. Once we drove to Dallas, the process was a snap and they went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal from a financing perspective and I got a quality truck. If anyone thinks that you have to go to a larger, franchised dealership to get peace of mind, quality product and service, you may want to reconsider. The warranty and services are basically the same and if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle, this is the place to go. Solid people and will buy from them again!

I had a great experience with BBC. I called about one of their used cars they advertised online. They were helpful and made a good offer for their car and my trade in. I drove from Houston to Dallas to check out the car, about 45k miles on it, and I noticed the tire treads were rather low. I mentioned this to Jason and Neal (my main contact) went ahead and gave us a discount for a new set of tires without me having to insist on it. That really made the buying experience great and I would definitely enjoy purchasing from them again!

A few weeks back I was doing some browsing online for a truck, that's when I spotted this PRISTINE 2012 Chevy Silverado Ext cab on BBC Motorsports website. As soon as I saw it I knew that was the one I wanted, so I made an appointment to go check it out on my lunch break. Their inventory of trucks were some of the cleanest and nicest I have seen from a used car dealership. Thanks to Brady and the BBC Motorsports team , I was able to take home the truck I had my eye on for weeks. Have bought many cars in my years but never had a better experience than I did with these guys. No high pressure sales and only the best pre-owned vehicles you'll find in the DFW and possibly anywhere. Bought a super clean Acura TL sight unseen for one of my kids and was not disappointed when I picked it up. In and out in under an hour. Thanks to Austin and the gang for taking such good care of us. My husband and I worked with Miles, and he was FANTASTIC. He was honest and very helpful. I don't believe we have ever laughed and smiled at any other dealership like we did here.
From beginning to end, Miles made it extremely easy. We live in Arlington and it would have been hard to get back to Dallas during the week with work and kids to pick up the car, so they had a gentlemen bring the car to us and take back our trade in. He called to let us know he was on his way, and also called as he was arriving to let us know. Who else would make it that easy? Miles then followed up to make sure we were taken care of and that we were happy. BBC Motorsports definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that your experience with them is comfortable and as easy as possible.

I purchased my first luxury vehicle today at this location and it was by far the fastest and easiest time I have ever spent at a dealership. Deuce worked with my uncle for about 4 days whom does not speak English very well. He was very patient and explained everything in detail to my uncle. He even gave a discount off the sale price which was nice. By the time my uncle and I got to the office everything was ready to go. Deuce was even nicer in person and was very welcoming from the beginning. I appreciate very much the time Deuce took with my uncle and I to make this a smooth purchase for us. I loved my experience at BBC Motorsports! First, they were in a nice, non-busy location. Second, every staff member I encountered asked if I needed anything and was very personable! They made everything so easy and fast and are definitely my favorite!

Many car dealers will say they are looking out for you, all the while playing the typical car sales game. My experience at BBC Motorsports was unlike any other. They treat you like family, offer quality cars that have been thoroughly inspected, and are very transparent through the whole process. I can't say enough about Randall, Neil, and the whole team. I really enjoyed working with Neal and the rest of the employees at BBCM. Neal was very knowledgeable, especially when we talked about the numbers/financing, which is very important to me. He also took extra steps to ensure I was happy, including sending the car in for a few minor repairs before I bought it. I would definitely recommend BBCM and Neal to anyone shopping for a used car.

I bought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and it was a great buying experience. I did have an issue with the vehicle right after purchase but Miles, the owner, stepped in and helped me out which displays the great integrity of this organization. If you're in the market for a new vehicle.....LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! ......If you are looking for a vehicle (of any kind) I HIGHLY recommend BBC Motorsports in Dallas!!! It's a 60,000 square foot showroom/warehouse...anyhow,all indoors. I have never EVER had a more positive car buying experience. Everything was on OUR terms....the down payment,the monthly payments....everything! I went online,filled out a really quick and easy credit app...talked to salesman for about 2 minutes on the phone. We were approved and contacted back within the hour! (Our credit is FAR from perfect,btw.) We would not have all of the down payment for about another week,so they put "pending" on the truck and held until we got there,without ever once pressuring or rushing us. We got there after a week passed,everything was ready to rock. In and out in about 30 minutes. Not a vehicle in the entire place look "used" The detail on each car was phenomenal. Very friendly,down to earth people...explained what each number on the contract was,how we could shorten the note...etc.etc. they didn't even go put gas in it until after we were there because they didn't want to get it dirty before we saw it. The salesman that we were using was not going to be there the day we came,but briefed another one on everything,so that there was no confusion,no delay,and I was free to text him at anytime,without feeling like I was bugging him. I know this is a lengthy post,but car buying is a huge dread,I think everyone would agree. So,I wanted to share the very most pleasant car buying experience imaginable!! I left there in a 2011 Armada,that couldn't have felt more like a 2015,if it had been,with more room and a cheaper note than my Challenger. Not one time did they ever try to put me in a different vehicle,and that was HUGE to me!!! The most painful part (for me,because I have much anxiety about Dallas) was picking it up in Dallas. They did also offer to meet us at Lake Fork or Greenville if we weren't able to make it. :) So,there you go! Keep em in mind for the future!

Absolute best car buying experience I ve ever had. I had made an appointment and when I got there, they had already pulled the car from inventory and it was ready to drive. After I test drove and decided I wanted to purchase, they had me out the door in 30 minutes keys in hand. Everyone was helpful and friendly but not pushy. The price was super fair and customer service was unmatched!!! I will be buying my cars from here from now on.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
No pressured sales, true no haggle pricing, easy and quick financing with no funny business on the paperwork- straight forward with no junk fees. Told my wife when we got home that is how its all supposed to be. Jason is super easy to talk to and Would definitely use them again.

Our recent experience with this business was hands down the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience we have ever encountered. We worked closely with Jason, Miles and Neil. We first contacted BBC to inquire about the availability on a Mega Cab 3500 RAM listed on auto trader. This used vehicle fit our exact criteria with a very fair price point. We traveled just under 3 hours to test drive this truck!

We felt comfortable through the entire sales process. We feel Miles did an excellent job of extending information from the prior owner with details on the truck related to the tuner, train horns, and other after-market bells and whistles. The continuity of keeping up with some of this information was one example of the high level of integrity these guys displayed during our purchase experience. Another area we were quite impressed with was Neil s financial breakdown. Neil shares an excel document presented on his computer screen that reveals a color coded money breakdown of the final sale. This tool was simple, and gave us as buyers a greater sense of control in the negotiating aspect of our trade in value and monthly payment. We applauded Neil for this personalized tool as we stated we wished every dealership had this.

I was in a car accident about a month ago and my Lexus IS 350 was totaled. Even though it was the other driver s fault, I was now left with a bad experience and no car. I refused to have my next car be any thing less than what I had, so I was looking for a used Lexus GS 350 online. I contacted BBC Motorsports via email about a few Lexus GS cars I was interested in and Austin got back with me almost immediately. He kept me updated, sent me pictures, and gave any information I needed and asked for without EVER being pushy.
When I let him know I was coming in from Shreveport, La he was extremely accommodating to make sure what I wanted to look at would be there and ready to test drive. Their inventory is high quality with amazing prices.
Austin was just as pleasant in person as he was over text message. After the negative experience of being in a car accident and having my car totaled, Austin and BBC Motorsports made finding another amazing car such a pleasure that I am telling everyone I know about them.

I have bought and sold many cars, however the experience here is unmatched. These guys jumped through hoops to get my car available by my birthday and they delivered. They are honest, very nice to work with and really do care about the customers. I will refer as much business as I can to these guys. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in, and I was in and out within an hour for my purchase. I cannot thank them enough for how seamless this process was.

Excellent Car Buying Experience. I found a vehicle that is in excellent condition and has been well maintained by its prior owner. The purchasing process was so easy and took only a fraction of the time that it takes at big dealerships. They have stayed in touch after the sale, and I plan on using them for service needs as well as future car purchases.

So, reviews dont come easy with us, we are totally unbiased here and this is an honest review from a somewhat critical individual, particularly when it comes to car buying and being a good steward of our time & money. The reviews precede them, if that's as far as you desire to read, in our opinion, these people are authentic, as real as one can/should be while attempting to grow a business and turn a profit. We saw a truck that fit our very specific expectations, called and met Jason, who was attentive, professional and real. The truck ended up being sent to the shop and in total we actually waited almost 3 months to see it! I know, normally this would cause a lower rating but Jason kept up with us and more importantly, returned our calls in a timely manner when we called to ck on the trucks status, keeping us informed. When we finally were able to visit, everything was pretty much completed, it was just a matter of paperwork and choosing any extended warranty. The truck was as promised, a few scratches here and there that weren't seen in photos & tires didn't have as much life as we thought but we understand buying a used vehicle. Jason did come off the price a bit which was nice considering our wait. Concerning our trade-in; was simple and stress-free. We did have to carry over a small mount of neg. equity after their offer for our trade-in, which was not ideal but was OK. Sure they marked it up 5k from what we got for trade but hopefully they made profit and someone has a vehicle they enjoy. They were patient with our 3 young kiddos, even when they made a mess of their carpet with crumbs! Jason was serious about purchasing a extended warranty but was not at all pushy. (which is hard to do I'm sure). There was nobody we ran into there that wasn't ready to help us and more than accommodating. If we ever are in need of a vehicle we will start with BBC first and we highly recommend them to friends and family. We live about an hour plus from them but because of their excellent customer service it was no concern. Lastly, we did have problems with the truck driving it home, cruise control didn't work and one other minor issue. It was covered by factory warranty BUT, we have no doubt that BBC would have attempted to make it right if not. Thank you BBC Motorsports, It's apparent it is family run by a honest & great family. FYI, we intentionally have waited over a month to review, all our contact with them since the sale has continued to be great; like leaving all our CD's in our trade-in! Thanks Jason for getting those back to us in one piece.

My dealings with Neal Handcock were honest and open. I purchased a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from BBC, and it was a smooth and pleasant transaction (I cannot say that about many of my prior used car buying experiences!). This is a first, for me to write a review. But, for those of you considering a car, put BBC Motorsports at the top of your list. To begin, the company is a listed vendor with USAA, which is a great start. Using that as my beginning point, I reviewed the BBC website, found a couple of cars I was interested in, and just showed up. Chris Dutton greeted my wife and me, showed us the cars, answered our questions, was polite, professional, and non-threatening; and, after about 45 minutes from start to finish, we had a deal. But that's not the important part. Unknown to all of us, the car had an issue with Blind Spot Monitoring. I called Chris asking what to do. Chris and BBC stepped up and solved the problem. Tell me where you're going to find that in the car buying world...or, for that matter, in today's world! Chris and BBC, you are my "go-to" for the future and for all my referrals. Love the car, love the service, BBC's the best!

recently purchased Lexus es 350. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. My Brother told me about this place and shared the web page with me. Found the car I wanted immediately. Called and told them the one i wanted and came the next day to check it out. Miles had the car ready to go and made the purchase easy and quick. In the future when I look to buy a vehicle, this is the first place I will go!!!

We selected the car while still overseas, came in to see the car in person and was out the door in around 30 minutes! I checked the value of the car on kelley blue book and the selling price was mid-range. No pressure, no typical dealer markups. Just a bunch of honest and pleasant folks. BBC Motorsports will be the first place I look again for a car.

Be prepared to never want to purchase from another car dealership again! The level of service this company provides is far above any I have ever received. Jason called to follow up after my new car was DELIVERED to me (I was without a car due to mine being declared a total loss). Rusty, who delivered the car was very nice as well. We just bought our third car from BBC Motorsports. All three of our purchases have exemplified superior service that matches NOTHING we ve received before from a used car dealer. Neal Hancock was our representative on all three cars - and we highly recommend him! But honestly, EVERY employee that assisted us in the process was responsive to all of our needs, questions, and concerns even AFTER we drove a car off the lot! These people have the highest character and proved to us that they want to earn repeat business from every customer. They make honest, realistic statements and honor any promises made. We live 100 miles outside of Dallas, but continue to do business with BBC because they treat you like family! Back in the summer of 2010 I decided to trade in my well-loved Lexus RX300 for a 4-door Nissan Altima. BCC Motorsports had exactly what I was looking for! A clean, nice, used, dependable car I could drive back up to Washington, DC (where I lived at the time.) The staff was incredibly professional, easy-going, and helpful every step of the way. A few years later, after sitting in traffic, and numerous failed attempts to parallel park my 4-door car in the District of Columbia, I decided it was time to trade-in for something smaller. I had my heart set on a Mini-Cooper, and BBC came through again! They helped me find a wonderful used 2011 2-door Mini. AND, it was the most darling' "robin's egg" blue. I fell in love with it. :) It was in perfect condition, and they even arranged to ship it to me. Now that's service! The whole process was flawless, and I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else! BBC Motorsports in the only place in Dallas to go for a great deal with a friendly staff!

I bought my '14 Sorento limited from these guys a couple months ago and it was the easiest, smoothest car buying experience you could imagine. I honestly felt like I was on punked, after having bought a car a few months earlier that was totaled after a guy ran a red light, I was dreading having to car shop again.
A few deals on some other cars fell through at the last moment so when I showed up the their warehouse, I was already irritated but they handed me the keys for a test drive almost immediately, I loved the car immediately, and a few moments later I was driving off in it. Got a great deal and the car was in great condition.

My brother and father are both going to check these guys out the next time they car shop. They both couldnt believe how easy these guys made the car buying experience. I even told them I wish I could buy another right now!

I really do not like buying cars. I always feel like the salesman is trying to pressure me into getting something I either don t need or don t want. BBC Motorsports was a COMPLETELY different experience. Neal and everyone else were very friendly and helped get me a car I love at a great price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

The only issue I had was after I had purchased my car. I realized that there was no place to put the front bumper. Emailed Neal and was told that they could put one on for me, all I had to do was stop by. Stopped by and was given the run around by another employee saying that they wouldn't put it on because it would "ruin the paint". Said they would order it for me and call me when it came in. Never heard back from them.

A while later Neal emailed me to make sure I was taken car of. He had me come in as soon as possible to get the licence plate bracked put on. He had the shop install it for me, and everything is just great! Big thanks to Neal. Make sure to ask for him when you stop by to get your new car!

My first car buying experience in the US; the bar has been set! The team at BBC Motorsports were all laid back, very friendly, and happy to let me browse and test drive in my own time. Randall helped fix me up with a truck, which was in great condition, as were all the vehicles I looked at. Way too easy!....seriously. We were looking for a car for our 16 yr old daughter. I gave Miles my budget (under $10K), and what we were generally looking for. We were amazed by the dealership from the people that work there to the showroom. All of the cars are indoors! Miles had a couple of cars ready for us to drive, and we ended up buying a BMW 325 convertible, and came in under budget!! We will never ever go to another dealership.

Austin Ball was able to quickly give me the details and loan options available. There was absolutely no pressure or BS you get from most dealerships, but he stayed in touch to let me know he wanted our business. All of their inventory is showroom-clean and kept indoors. Legit! Safe to buy sight unseen. I bought a Lexus from Jason and it was delivered to my house faster than buying a package from Amazon. With only the online pictures and Jason s word that did make the purchase feel comfortable and casual. I financed and bought it sight unseen and seeing the Lexus in person was even better than the pictures. Jason and the team are second to none; I lost no work time. All communication was done through email & text with some talk over the phone. It was delivered with temp tags to my house. Received the plates in the mail without any delays. World class dealer that is second to none.

I highly recommend BBC Motorsports in Dallas. They are not the "typical" dealership. I worked with Jarret, but all the employees I encountered were professional and prompt. No pressure at all, nada! They sold me a 2017 Mercedes S class that warranty had just expired on. They told me not to worry as the car was in pristine condition and could ship the car to me. When it arrived not only had it been a smoker's car with cigarette burns that were never mentioned the transmission was slipping the minute I got in to drive and went out the next day and it cost me over $10k to fix! They neglected to cover anything saying all sales final. The dealership told me they could see the screws had been tampered with already so they knew of the problem and did a 'quick fix' to just get it driveable on the truck to me. As soon as I got it the car fell apart. I didn't have this kind of money to waste on a crooked company.

Bought my first car (a 2013 Toyota Prius C 3 with 36k miles) from these guys a couple of weeks ago and they treated me just like family. They were up front about the history of the car and what I could expect on a trade in for my vehicle and gave me what I needed to shop around for financing through other banks. In the end, the best financing terms were the ones they were able to find me.

I've heard a lot of horror stories about car dealerships and mom and pop shops, but you won't find any of that here. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a Lexus through BBC Motorsports. I live in another state and Neal was super helpful throughout the purchase. He sent extra pictures and video even though their website had almost 50 pictures to start with. When I went to actually make the purchase, the car was exactly like he said it would be. Even though it was on a Saturday, they were very friendly and took time to ask questions and get to know us. I couldn t be happier with having to drive to another state to pick up a vehicle from them. BBC Motorsports will be my first call/visit when I m ready for my next one!

Without a doubt the best car buying experience myself or my wife have had to date. Right from the beginning, our saleman Jarret Martin was honest and upfront about the vehicles we were interested in. He providing both the pro's and con's of the make/model we were searching including market cost, options, and miles. After an initial inquiry and test drive we left to continue looking into a few other like vehicles during which we received zero pressure to solidify a sale. Their vehicle was market competitive for both price and value and so upon return days later, we spoke with Neal (Jarret was out of town that day but graciously took our call and provided Neal all our information concerning our search). Without any struggle or stress, Neal met our reasonable needs/wants which enabled us to confidently finalize an agreement following an additional test drive. The fantastic service did not end here. Following our verbal agreement, again we were provided with the pros/cons of an extended warranty which enabled us to make an informed decision which absolutely aligned with extended warranty research we conducted prior to the discussion. We do not live in the Dallas area but we will without question go out of our way to include BBC Motorsports in all future vehicle purchases here on out. Do yourself a favor and seek our their professional sales staff and search their vetted and sound inventory on your next vehicle purchase.

Fantastic experience yesterday with the BBC crew. The guys have their stuff together. Worked with Neal Hancock, who was great in communicating and organizing the visit. No waiting, vehicle was ready to go, no pressure, the office environment was laid back, vehicle was as advertised. Neal also had the warehouse guys put a hold on the vehicle for me, as I had a 4.5 hour drive up. Paperwork went smooth (longest wait was me on the phone with my bank), even was able to use their computer when my phone connection was slow. As I drove out of Dallas, I realized I had left some items in the old glovebox (my mistake - not rushed) & Neal was able to retrieve. This place is going to get my look the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - it was worth the drive.

This was by far the most positive car buying experience that I've ever had. Jason, who is also the owner, dealt with us directly. He made us feel very comfortable, did not try and push us towards anything we didn't want, and was overall very accommodating. First of all if I could rate this place as a ZERO I would! We purchased a Yukon xl a couple weeks ago... while doing our paperwork we spoke with a guy named George. Since we live out of state we had to pay tax title and license in Louisiana. While talking to George he assured us that he would be very close on the % I offered to google our tax rate but he said I didn t need to he would be very very close. They mailed a checked to our DMV for $2,814.75 at a rate of 6.25% (Texas rate) our rate 8.8% (Louisiana) so the check was $1,130.00 short... with that being said I clearly asked him (George) if it would be a couple thousand different or a couple hundred he assured me numerous time it would only be one to two hundred dollars different if anything.

After getting the bad news of the amount I contacted Jason who sold us the vehicle (also owner) and he could only say sorry and didn t offer to make anything right. So with all this being said our experience while there was wonderful and everyone was very friendly obviously until we were completely charged wrong on our taxes which they assured us would be no more than a couple hundred dollars off. So now we are to pay $1,130.00 to our local DVM to get out vehicle legal!!!!!!!! When I was told by numerous car dealerships locally that they would do thing as such I didn t listen but next time I will!!!!!

I walked in and Miles, the owner of the dealership, took me directly to the car I was interested in without asking a million question or collecting my information beforehand - he simply made a copy of my driver s license, handed me the keys, and told me to take a drive. Aside from a burnt out headlight and some modestly worn tires, the car I ultimately ended up buying was in immaculate condition, - no problem there, though. Miles offered to replace the headlight immediately and even put brand new tires on the car before I left. They offer in-house personal financing on all purchases and the finance guy, Gio, had me out of there with a 3.09% interest rate in less than an hour after my wife and I decided to make a purchase. BBC Motorsport s 1-price, no-haggle policy removes the stress out of the buying experience completely. Initially, I was skeptical about not being able to negotiate, but the Lexus we bought was priced extremely competitively (literally $2,000 cheaper and in better condition than anything else we looked at).

They were very laid back, not pushy, like most of dealerships I have dealt with, recently. I had Austin Ball, but they all seem to work together as a team. They answered my questions, when they knew the answers, and found the answers when they didn't
Their show room floor is inside, so the vehicles are very clean, out of the wheather and sun. I think this is a lot more important than I realized a the moment.
The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. For me, the vehicle sold itself, but Austin was great, as well.
I will be recommending them, and give them first look for future vehicles.
