Great Experience! Jason was awesome to deal with!!!

The likelihood of having a genuine and unblemished experience of excellent customer service in our day and age is, unfortunately, not a regular occurrence. In fact, when it does happen we are often so taken aback that we are not sure how to recognize and appreciate the experience. I have purchased four vehicles from BBC Motorsports through the years. They are, without a doubt, the best at what they do. They go above and beyond to make sure that every question is answered and that the customer is well informed and feels comfortable before they drive away. Even after the sale, they have been so accommodating to address any concerns we have had, and they do whatever they can to make us a happy and satisfied customer. Mission accomplished! BBC is my first stop when I am looking for a vehicle and I recommend them to everyone I know who is in the market for a car or truck. If they have what I am looking for, I m buying! We just bought a 2009 Toyota 4Runner from BBC Motorsports. We worked with Jason for our entire process from finding it online to test driving it to buying it. Jason was very helpful and went above and beyond when we realized we needed new rotors and brake pads shortly after buying it. It was fixed in a reasonable amount of time at no charge! We had a fantastic experience with BBC Motorsports. The entire process from first visit to driving off with the car was easy and comfortable. Jason and Mitch were extremely helpful and answered any questions about the car we had as well as taking time to answer general questions about other cars. They were very laid back and put no pressure on us to buy anything. They stayed late so that we could test drive the vehicle one night after work. They had the car ready for us to drive when we arrived. The next day when we went back to sign the paperwork, they had everything ready and we were in and out in less than a half hour. Would definitely buy another car from them and highly recommend them to anyone.

Was helped by jarred and had nothing but a great experience. He gave us our space and when he did step in it was more like two buddies just talking trucks. When it came to buying, it was quick and easy and were out the door in our new truck no problems. Will buy my next truck from him in the future.

I bought my most recent vehicle here. All the vehicles in their inventory are kept indoors in a warehouse. These cars are super clean. Justin was really nice. He worked with us on the price and ended up selling us an outstanding vehicle that my wife and I absolutely love. These guys are extremely military friendly too. They have a wall of unit patches and insignia from all over the country that customers have given. If your looking for a vehicle, give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Great car-buying experience. The car (BMW 128i) was listed well under market value and just looked gorgeous so I couldn't resist going for it. Neal helped me lock it in and was very flexible on the financing and money down since I was coming from out of town and wouldn't be able to close on it for a couple days. I flew in and they picked me up first thing in the morning. Let me test drive the car by myself and for as long as I wanted. When I heard a noise in power steering they had their mechanic look at it and get it fixed right up. They also offered me a comprehensive 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty for just $2,000, the same one BMW of Dallas offered me for $3,600. Neal was a great guy despite hating the Seahawks and very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. 10/10 would buy from these guys again. They have an awesome selection of imports and lots of fast, beautiful cars at fantastic prices.

Top notch service from start to finish. Jason and his staff made the purchase easy, smooth and hassle free. Throughout the transaction I never once felt I was pressured or inconveniencing them. He has a wide variety of vehicles both foreign, domestic and luxury so chances are they have something you'll be interested in. He also has a great financing guy, I went in with the lowest advertised rate my bank would give someone with the best credit score and he still not only beat the rate but was also able to extend the term with the lower rate. I've bought two cars from Jason and I'm sure I'll see him when I'm ready for my next one.

I had been scouring the sites looking for a quality used car and was exhausted of the usual dealer mojo when I found BBC Motorsports. My initial phone conversation with Jason left me feeling confident that I was working with someone of integrity...which is pretty rare in the car biz. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and at ease. We walked in with our financing already in place so that was one element that was wrapped up but Jason made the rest of the process easy and straightforward. We bought the vehicle we wanted and drove away feeling great about our purchase and the dealer we chose. We now feel like we have an ally for all of our automotive needs which feels good to me. Because I consider BBC Motorsports as a group of good and honest folks (right down to their viewpoint of how to take care of their employees), they will have my business and I recommend others consider doing business with them. We need more businesses like this.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new auto and trust me, I have purchased many. I was pleased with the amount received for my trade as well. I purchased a 2013 Cadillac XTS with only 13K miles for just about half the cost of what it cost brand new. Car is still like brand new. I love it! Can't thank Neal Hancock enough. I definitely recommend BBC Motorsports for anyone in the market. The office is nicely decorated as well.

Bought my truck from BBC 2 years ago and honestly the sales experience was great. They ve recently opened up a minor maintenance shop and honestly that area needs a lot of work. I called and made an appointment with a sales rep (Steve) and said they had an opening. I bring my truck in and Daniel (the maintenance manager) doesn t know anything about the appointment and doesn t have anything available until next week. He passes me along to a break and alignment shop (which has nothing to do with my issue) who he insists will be able to see me that day so not to have wasted a 30 mile drive, and they don t have anything available either.
They best they could come up with was sorry . I m not upset because they didn t fix the problem, the problem is the lack of simple communication of making appointments. This isn t the first time I ve tried to make a service appointment here. Maybe they re selective on who they help?

Purchased a Lexus GS 350 from these guys, could not be happier! The atmosphere is very laid back and they don't pressure you into anything. I definitely recommend checking this place out first before you make a purchase.

The buying process at BBC Motorsports is not like your typical car buying experience, but in a great way. Their goal at BBC is not to try to pressure you into buying a vehicle from them, but to help make sure you do not spend your entire day inside the car dealership. I didn't have to speak to five different manager's during the financing process. I spoke to one finance employee Neal and one salesman Steve, who both made the whole process as simple as possible. I test drove, got approved for financing, & drove away from the dealership with my new truck in less the 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon! They have a great inventory of vehicles and an even better staff to get you in and out and enjoying your new vehicle. Thank you guys for all the help!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Neal at BBC Motorsports in Dallas, TX! The process was so easy and efficient. Communication was prompt and clear from every aspect. Buying a car from BBC Motorsports has been the best car buying experience I've had. Everything was incredibly easy, and the service was excellent.

Jason opened the store early for me on a Saturday so that I could test drive my car at a time more convenient for me. I test drove the car by myself and had complete freedom to go wherever I wanted. When I got back, there was zero pressure - I wasn't even asked if I wanted to purchase the car. While I wanted to buy the car, I wasn't in a position to drive it home that day. Jason offered to drive it to me later in the week (a good 45 minute drive). No deposit required.

The prices are upfront and no-haggle. I had researched this car, and the price was incredible. I was a cash buyer, and the finance portion took a maximum of 10 minutes. I paid the base price, a fee to have a second key made (at my option), a $150 doc fee, and tax/title. No hidden fees.

Jason brought the car to my office the following Wednesday and mailed me my license plates when they were ready.

Count me as a satisfied customer who will look here first the next time I am looking to buy a car.

My experience was very relaxing and non stressful. My wife and I went to look at the truck I had selected, test drove it, negotiated an excellent deal, and I returned 2-3 days later to turn in my trade, sign final paperwork, and drive my new truck home. To say this was a great car buying experience would be an understatement. This was an awesome getting to know new friends experience. Neal, Jarret and everyone are just down to earth good people. We found we had similar interests in sports, country living and fishing. Not to mention our daily commute. BBC is not about selling automobiles, high pressure tactics or anything you may have ever experienced at a dealership. They are about meeting your needs and helping in any way they can. It's simply not about the bottom line here.

I have worked in the Internet IT industry since 1996 so I'm usually a car dealer's worst nightmare - an extremely savvy and educated consumer. I use every tool available. KBB, NADA blue and black book, auto trader, trucar, publicdata etc. Name it, I use it to my benefit. Did BBC make money on our transaction? Of course they did, that's what every company is in business for. It's what pays salaries, rent, overhead etc. etc. But in no way was Neal out to take advantage me. BBC was happy, and I was happy. I seriously could not be more pleased. Go see them. You won't be sorry.

Best experience I ve ever had. No pressure or hassle and I was in and out rather than spending a whole day negotiating. I was able to test drive the vehicle that I wanted alone in order to enjoy it. Jarret took great care of me and I rolled away in my new Yukon. I told him I didn t want to pay over 1,000 a month and he made it possible. Nice and clean office and the vehicles definitely reflect the website photos. Atmosphere is friendly and I enjoyed talking with Randall and Neal. Any where else to get the exact same vehicle with the same features you will pay a hefty price but at BBC Motorsports you pay lesser than competitors. I took a huge leap of faith when I decided to purchase my car through BBC. Buying a one way plane ticket to another state to buy a car you've never driven seems like a huge risk to most, but I couldn't be happier that I did. The old adage of "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" was completely debunked after my experience with this dealership. Jason, one of the owners, picked me up directly from the airport and shortly afterwards I was driving home in my new 4Runner. I didn't know car buying could be so quick and painless. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I live about 5 hours away and was able to work out all the details over email. I was originally a little hesitant to drive 5 hours to buy a car, on the off chance that when I got there something went wrong, like the car not being as described, not getting the expected value for my trade, etc. However, Austin and BBC Motorsports were true to their word on everything we discussed over email. I was able to take the car for a test drive, get financed, do all the paperwork, and get my new car on the road in about an hour and a half. Austin made the process very easy, explained everything thoroughly, and worked quickly and efficiently. There was no pressure to buy anything additional, and everything went off without a hitch. I will definitely start with them next time I buy a car.

Bought a hummer from them. After owning it for a while I see that it was involved in minor wreck. Didn't realize until we took some parts off (front bumper) and found this out. Parts had been zipped tied to hide this.

We had an excellent experience at BBC! From looking up the car online to having the owners take us through the entire buying process, they made everything as easy as possible. I will start by saying I was very hesitant of buying a vehicle on line. We purchased an Expedition Max Limited 8/8/2020 from these guys and dealt with Austin. Super easy and super friendly! Drove from Lawton, OK and was there maybe an hour. Completed everything online and all we had to do was inspect and drive the vehicle then sign the papers. Vehicle was exactly as described no surprises. Gave me a trade in value higher than anyone else over the phone sight unseen and stuck with it. Will be doing business with them on our next vehicle. There is so much to say about our experience at BBC Motorsports! My husband and I have been to various dealerships to find the exact vehicle we wanted and just never got that warm fuzzy feeling anywhere. When we found the vehicle we wanted online, my husband went to check it out & Jason was the one who helped him. I was working and they let him drive it over to me to make sure I loved it! I was in an accident and needed to replace my Lexus ES 350. I looked at several places and checked out the inventory at BBC Motorsports, which had the best range of choices. I was able to drive the cars I was interested in with ease; in fact, they encouraged me to be certain I liked the car and didn t rush the process. The buying experience was flawless, and their no-pressure approach made it such a pleasant experience. I experienced firsthand why their rankings are so high. I would definitely recommend BBC Motorsports, and I will buy from them again.

I am typically not a fan of dealers - I have had better luck with one-owner, slightly used vehicles or in some cases, certified pre-owned. But I do my research. I was looking for a nice Tundra and wasn't really in a hurry. But I found an AMAZING custom one for sale by owner. Tried to contact the owner several ways but to no avail. I finally got an email that it had been sold. I was devastated. I couldn't really find anything but basic stock vehicles that didn't interest me after that, so I opened my search to include dealer inventory and limited my search to exactly what I wanted. And POOF! There it was! The very same vehicle that I wanted a week before! Exactly that vehicle! Instead now it was at BBC Motorsports. What is that? So I googled and found that it is an indoor showroom that was less than 1/2 mile from my office. I was there a few minutes after they opened at 10 on Friday. I drove off with my truck that afternoon. Neal was amazing. Everything went like clockwork. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of vehicle. They know their stuff and the transaction is personal. It is as far from a typical dealership and all of their tactics as you can get. I am very pleased with them and I absolutely LOVE my truck!

I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester from BBC Motorsports back in July. The pictures and description offered online were very detailed and precise. I reached out on their website chat later in the evening one day to inquire about visiting their showroom the next day, and was met with a prompt response (even after business hours) to schedule a visit the following day. I was a little apprehensive at first, afraid I would make the long drive to see the car wasn't in as good of shape as listed, but it was actually even better in person.

I worked with Jason, and he went around the car with me pointing out even minor defects I did not (and would not have) noticed. BBC (and Jason especially) was very low pressure. He was around if/when I had questions, but not hovering as dealers often do at most places I have gone. I took the car for a test drive, and it drove great. Once back at BBC the purchase process was again very low pressure and was very smooth. The car was already listed at a great price, so little haggling was necessary. I drove off that day with my new Forester, and have been enjoying it ever since!

I would definitely recommend BBC Motorsports and Jason Burr to any and all, and will be sure to contact them again next time I am looking for my next vehicle!

My husband and I wanted to replace our very old Ford Explorer with another vehicle that was dependable and held its value...and did not cost us a lot. Neal Hancock made it happen. He had a GREAT, VERY low-mileage Jeep that fit our needs. We never felt pressured, or that we were being forced to buy something that did not fit our needs. It was a very relaxed environment, and we did not feel like we had to make a decision on the spot. They are a GREAT group of guys that did everything they could to make us happy. I will definitely buy another car from these guys.

We bought our second ride from BBC in two years! I am probably not the typical car buyer. I did a lot research to decide on the car I wanted. Like several months. I know, I certainly obsessed about it. They are close to my work and I kept test driving cars they would have. Their patience with me can't be measured. I'm sure I drove them crazy! I even went to the dark side and test drove cars at, at least 5 other dealerships. None of them. NONE was like what we experience with all the guys at BBC. Pick a part of buying what is probably the second single largest purchase that you have to endure and these guys knock it out of the park at each juncture. They found EXACTLY the car I needed to a tee. Put the financing together with a rate that surprised me and it took zero time to make it happen. Steve Reyes got the car in, got it done and sent me on my way without breaking sweat. He and Jason have been awesome!

I filled out the credit application online and after we went to their location and test drove the vehicle we were there for MAYBE another 30 minutes before the truck was ours and we drove off the lot. I don't normally leave reviews about places but this was such an amazing experience that I felt I needed to let the world know! The guys here were helpful, straightforward, informative, and extremely friendly. Neal was great and if you have the chance to work with him you will be beyond pleased just like I was.

This place has definitely changed my mind about used car sales and I will without a doubt be returning when I need my next car. Good selection of cars that all looked to be in excellent condition- they even look to be putting brand new tires on all the used cars the sell which was a big deal to me. It was also extremely fast- Neal was able to help me as much as he could before i drove the hour to get there and i was able to get in and out in about 40min (and it only took that long because i was a difficult customer with a million questions- all of which he had answers for)!!!

I had been looking at cars online for a couple of years knowing that the day was coming (overdue) since I'd been driving my Solara for 17 years- but still running good. I just dreaded the whole car shopping/buying process!! The day came abruptly when my car threw a rod & the pressure was on. My sisters first took me to Grand Prairie but we didn't have a good feeling about the place & the Lexus though clean on the inside was dirty on the outside with tree sap on the hood. I then asked them to take me to BBC and WOW what a difference - all the cars are kept inside, spotless, & well inspected. When my sister drew my attention to a picture & a verse in the restroom I knew I was at the right place & at peace with my decision on the 2016 Lexus ES350. Steve Reyes was awesome & made the whole process so pleasant - if you're looking to buy a car you need to check out BBC! They treat you like family & I'm loving my beautiful like new Lexus!!
