These guys are all-stars. I normally buy from larger dealerships and I had thought I had it down to a science on how to deal with 'sales guys'. What a breath of fresh air BBC was for us. The majority of the deal was done over the phone, email and text. Jarret was great to work with and every person I met seemed to be salt of the earth, honest and genuine. Once we drove to Dallas, the process was a snap and they went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal from a financing perspective and I got a quality truck. If anyone thinks that you have to go to a larger, franchised dealership to get peace of mind, quality product and service, you may want to reconsider. The warranty and services are basically the same and if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle, this is the place to go. Solid people and will buy from them again!
