I went with Capital Office Ltd because of the territories that they had. CapitalOffice with different records and reliably had a positive encounter.it has extremely top of the line goods and designs. Along these lines, it's a truly stunning space.

A friendly helpful team, I have needed a few urgent items from HMRC over the past weeks due to COVID and needing a grant from the government. I have been guided and helped along the way and they helpfully scanned all the letters required quickly and efficiently. In these tough times its important that we have companies you can rely on, and Capital are very good at supporting my business.

They advertise the service as instant activation.
After I have payed, in the client area it showed my service is inactive (see pictures).
They ask for many documents to activate it. And to answer questions like: where do I get my clients for my business :-))
I have the documents but it was too much trouble and the service was not like advertized (instant activation) so I asked for a refund. They eventually answered and said I will get the refund in 5-10 business days.
That was another lie.
I didn't get the money back so after 12 business days I had to ask PayPal to solve this. Then PayPal reviewed this and gives my money back.
So this company has a missleading and untrustworthy way of dealing with customers.
You have been warned!

They ask for many documents to activate the service and after upload hundred of times something new they dont activate .

All emails were replied by robots not by people. They repeat all the time same things without giving answers.

I purchased the registered office address virtual office and company formation service. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I received the company incorporation certificate the next day and now, a few months on, I have been receiving my mail scanned directly to me. It s a good service for homeworkers like me.

Capital Office were very professional when helping to setup our Limited Company and virtual office. We felt everything was lost due to the Covid pandemic and had some urgent account deadlines approaching. I can now only highly recommend them, their exceptional customer service and friendly team managed to get the service up and running at a time of international emergency. Signed up online, sales had guided me through on the phone who were very professional and helpful. Subsequently had first items of post come through within a few days once i had passed compliance. There were some teething problems due to a lot of changes at CO so some of my mail wasn't being forwarded correctly. I'm pleased to say this was dealt with very thoroughly and with compensation for the issues by the office manager, Geoff Ball. Geoff, thanks for stepping in, taking responsibility and sorting out the problems. I want this to be an honest review so I'm making it three stars. I will come back and edit again in three months.

Absolutely abysmal service! Awfully rude customer service representative. Charged twice leaving me in overdraft then denied it was their fault and it was a matter for my bank. When my bank repeatedly told me that it was down to this company to clear the money. Doesn't deserve a single star.

If i reviewed this company 2 years ago, I would have given them 5 stars, however, they have taken on far to much since teaming up with a leading formation agent, and not increased there staff load in the same pro-proportion which has led to a big deterioration in the level of customer service provided. We have since moved our clients away from the capital office service and changed the registered offices accordingly. Even though we've moved this Capital Office have still sent us renewals and threatened to start strike off procedures against our clients if we don't pay. Having spoken to Capital Office receptionists they have said this is an admin error, however, find it hard to believe 7 separate admin errors have been made in 1 week. When informing staff of this I was told to email Geoff direct, which I had done previously, and I rarely receive responses from.

After choosing perfect package, I signed up in just a minute and after my
registration was successful, I got access to their service for the virtual office. Great service for their customers.

When forming a company i like the fact i have customer service confirm all the fine details before they prepare and file the documents at Companies House. Bought this service on 23.04.2019, had minimum communication in trying to get set up, had sent numerous emails chasing to incorporate a limited company, no response for 2 weeks. Requested for a refund due to poor service on the 17.05.2019. Called the following week. 4 days later still no response.

I chose Capital Office as the person i spoke to was very helpful in explaining the address service. I had tried to contact a few others but Capital had the best communication, it was quick and clear. Frank also handled the company formation which was delivered within 2 days. It would be good if they worked Saturdays, but unfortunately they don't hence why the company documents were delivered Monday. Not one to write a review but seeing as they requested i was happy to oblige.

If you are deciding on where to form a company then Capital Office seem to be a good option. I opted for the registered office address with the formation service. Once I had submitted the company documents online, I had response from Frank who confirmed the company details and asked me to check to ensure that all the details were exactly as I wanted. This was very important as at this stage the details were about to be submitted. I had made a slight error, and this was quickly corrected and submitted. A very thorough service and at a price that really is exceptionally reasonable when you consider what is being delivered. Top marks all round.

Very impressive, given a chance to review Capital and its only fair I write a good one for them. The registered office address and formation service is faultlessly efficient. On top of that the team also provide very good support, live chat or email they always reply!

We needed a virtual office. I saw online that Capital Office Ltd was affordable and I decided to go with it. I use the address for advertising. If I need to meet someone in person, I can go there and meet someone in person. It s good to have a virtual address and I m happy with Capital Office Ltd.

A warning to everyone about this company and if you want to have your company failed because of their incompetence then choose Capital Office.
They keep your letters up to three weeks before they scanned and until you emailed them and chased them and this is unacceptable coming from a company which is supposed to offer registered office services to companies.
I will upload some pictures of how they handled emails and correspondence and then folks think hundred times before you use Capital Office
This is the worst company we had known and could be the worst one in the World Guiness Books of records and not even an apology received when they scanned a letter 3 weeks later when we emailed it.

"Compliance can delay the process in some instances, however in the majority of cases the approval is instant but in this case further documents were required which led to the delay in receiving the letter."
Our Response to you Mr Liars:
We had sent you all the ID and proof of address in September 2019 and they were accepted but these HMRC letters came on Feb 2020. The more you lied the more customers you will lose and that's a FACT.
In terms of supposingly HMRC letters take 3 weeks to arrive, its only a small percentage that this does happen and trying to fool us we are part of the small percentage and your response is passing the blame to HMRC when your company is totally at fault and trying to pass the blame.. As twice the letter never arrive, we changed the address to another temporary address and the HMRC letter was received within a week not three weeks. Only when customers email you that your company will then try to look for customers' letters which most probably will have piled up as other customers did complain similar that your company will then try to find it and then scan it. Time will tell if we were right or wrong about Capital Office and Folks remember our warnings if you face similar problems with Capital Office

Right now, I m using a virtual office from Capital Office Ltd.They ve been great. I get a correspondence all the time. The times I ve talked to them, they seemed to be very helpful. So, I m very pleased.

Capital have been a very good company to work with. My online drop shipping business uses their address for returns, dont get many returns, but when i do i get notified quickly. I then arrange a collection from the virtual address and all works out nicely.

I have recently set up a service with this company and my experience with them was awful. From the beginning on I have been missinformed, missguided and have only received wrong information. My advice go with someones else especially if you are a new start up. Additionally I have not received any set up emails for about a week after I have paid the service. If you are a start up be carefule what services you choose. The details they provide on their website aswell as support informtion given is not true and you will only find out when you actually paid for one service what upgrades you need to purchase to get what you actually need. They look cheap and affordable but it comes at cost afterwards be careful about this. I would strongly advise to go with a different company if you can. I surely have learnt my lesson with them.

They were ok before not anymore. I always lost half of my mails and if you call them to check your mail box they will say we will call you back but they won't call back. Even I called continuously 3 days five times same answer always. Even I called today twice same answer. NO RECOMMENDATION

Asked for a refund for the unused service over a month ago, still received nothing despire multiple promises from "Pat" about contacting their "accounts team" and "Pat" being on holiday.

Quick setup with clear comms. Used them to form a company and it was registered quickly with the documents being received the next day.

Signed up with them in Nov 2019, I called in Decenber and then January as I did not received any post until then and I found that very strange. They said everything was fine. I then signed up on a new bank account and I request the post to go there, then in February I got an email saying my account was not verified, so I did despite they had said before everything was fine. After verification I asked where my my post was and I was then told I did not had any services active. In conclusion, terrible service. I have paid for 6 months of service I do not have. Still, I have not received any post. Stay away, there is no service here.
