This place is no pressure, super respectful, many great vehicles, no issues with my car, all around awesome BBC Motorsports. I've waited for 3 years to make this comment!

BBC Motorsports is an amazing company. I never felt pressured, they worked with me because of my budget to find the right payment, they were incredibly nice and made sure that before I left with my vehicle it was in the best shape of its life. I'm so happy I chose to buy with them. Jason and Jerret were incredible, they're both booming with personality and made the experience one of a kind. Look no further if you're trying to find a car!

Best car experience possible. Being a first time buyer and having 3 horrible experiences at dealerships in the last month, I couldn't think of anyone I trust more to sell me a car. I definitely did my due diligence in researching, and I wish everyone knew about this place! I'll definitely be back to buy another vehicle in the future. Jarret, Neal, and the whole staff are just spectacular.

We were here to help our friend buy a car for his daughter. Run by two brothers, this place has an amazing selection of gently used cars. There are no salesmen, and the pricing is super competitive.

They will help you ship the car if needed, and also help with extended warranty. All the cars are housed indoors and are immaculate. Service is exceptional and I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a used car.

This is my second vehicle purchase with BBC Motorsports. Our family's first experience was 5 months ago to purchase a truck for my oldest son to take to college. We had found a truck he liked and came to look at it. The truck was in great shape and what he was looking for. However, a nicer truck was parked next too it and causing my son to drool. It was higher than we had budgeted for. Jason asked if we wanted to take it out for a spin. I didn't see any harm since we weren't going to go beyond our budget. We took it for a spin and it was very nice. We came back, test drove the original truck he was looking at and decided it would do. My wife went back to complete the deal. I got a text from her telling me that Jason had worked out a deal within what we had planned on the nicer truck and that we were going to surprise my son with it. When all the paperwork was done they took him out to the truck he originally came for and pretended that it was his new truck. Then they asked him to come see something in their warehouse and surprised him with the nicer truck. He was dumbstruck.It was great.

Because of the great customer service, low pressure, good prices and good vehicle selection my son's girlfriend came out and her family bought her new car for college from BBC.

This past week I came right back to BBC Motorsports when it came time for me to get a new truck. I had a 3/4 ton truck that I really liked but was now needing a 1 ton. I looked at their inventory and found an awesome truck. Came out the next day and drove away with my new truck! They gave me a very fair amount on my trade-in and a great deal on the new truck. They are very open about their pricing policy so you know you are getting a great deal.

When it comes time for us to replace my youngest son's vehicle you can bet we will be knocking on their door.

I have never had a more positive car buying experience in my life! They were personable and friendly. Worked with Jason and Neal and would definitely recommend them to anyone! They stayed open late, because we called to say we were on the way. We never felt rushed even though they had closed. Let us test drive two different Ford Mustangs. We felt like the price was right and the quality was good. They fully disclosed everything about both vehicles and let us know they take care in making sure the vehicles on their lot are sound. They re a family run online business which was a plus! You can t beat their one on one attention. We had just come from a big dealership, and they were so busy we kept being handed off from one salesman to another. The vehicle we were going to buy there was sold while we were test-driving it. We are very happy with BBC Motorsports and will certainly consider them for our next vehicle.

This is the best place to buy a vehicle! They give you the best vehicle for the price and make the process so much easier than other dealers. It took us less than 30 minutes to finish paperwork and the customer service was wonderful; we felt like part of their family. It was definitely worth the two hour drive! Thank you!

Hands down the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Neal was very helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions on New Years Eve. We searched for several months before deciding on this car and we couldn't be happier. The customer service is unmatched! We'll be back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle!

They are a great dealership with great people. They kept apologizing for taking a long time but it didn't seem long to us. We told them what kind of car we wanted a couple weeks ago and they found it.

Bought a Ford F150 from BBC Motorsports 3 years ago. Worked out great. Checking back now on their website for a truck for my son. I immediately noticed all off the "5-star" ratings. Anyone unfamiliar with BBC Motorsports might be suspicious of so many "5-star" reviews. I might have been so myself if I didn't know first hand that BBC deserves this rating. Best auto buying experience I've ever had. Very professional dealership. Looks more like a new car dealership than a used. I've recommended BBC to several friends who then bought from it also.

I had a very good experience until the very end with my salesman Jason. I told Jason I know what I want and I don't want anything else extra and I would like to be out of the dealership in no time. That process went well until, I noticed that my key tag says two keys. I asked him about it he said it only came with one. I said to myself sure it came with one key fob. This is another way for them to make extra money off of you. I asked him again it says two key fobs I would like the other one and I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. He says to me that it will be $200 for the extra key because it needs to be laser cut. I said to him ok how long will it take you? Oh I can have it ready by the time you get here. Then I asked him don't you need the car there to program the key fob and to cut it? Not one word from him after that. If the GM is reading this I would appreciated another key fob at N/C. I mean I did all I could to make this transaction seamless. If you're going to lose a future customer over a key fob then that's on you.

BBC Motorsports was an excellent experience they truly offer quality vehicles great Carfax history and know how to provide the best service their customers. I never physically saw the vehicle but with all the detailed information and photos everything was processed easily for me over the phone all cars are fully disclosed as well. They were very friendly and straight forward with no sales tactics. They allow you to browse their selection without a sales guy hanging on to your leg. We had been to several major dealerships and become very annoyed, especially with the cold calling. The pictures we found on the website accurately showed the vehicle unlike other "big box" car lots. BBC has a vast and beautiful car selection and their prices are about as low as you'll find anywhere. We researched and researched for the car we wanted and their price was extremely reasonable and we did even get to negotiate some. It is a small but friendly place to buy a car and we will definitely be looking their way when we purchase our next vehicle.

We had an excellent experience with BBC. My initial contact was with Jarret and we all but had the deal done on the phone before I stepped into the dealership. Austin helped me the day I test-drove the truck and he was awesome to work with as well. I returned the next day to seal the deal and met with Jarret. We got the deal done and it was a smooth process. In and out within an hour. I also had an issue a week later with the vehicle that could not have been prevented by the dealership, outside of driving it daily. They were quick to resolve the issue with no questions asked. I had the opportunity to work with Jason Burr today and he is an honest business owner who did everything he could do meet my buying needs. Needless to say, I was very surprised by his honesty and candor. When it comes time to purchase another car I will be buying from him!

I strongly urge anyone in the market of buying a car to consider BBC Motorsports, this is a good operation that does not haggle or hassle their customers. I have been shopping for a vehicle for over a week and dealt with some real characters at a veriety of dealerships. I spent more time at a few dealerships than it did for me to close with BBC.

They gave me all the information I asked for about the vehicle and even took a couple of videos inside and out. I went to Clay Cooley the weekend before and have never felt so disrespected in my entire life. My experience at BBC Motorsports was a complete 180! My car was totaled in a hail storm in Allen Texas. At first I used my normal car searches(going to car lots) to look for a new vehicle. As my husband was doing some searches, he came across BBC. I am so glad he did! What a great experience! Very easy experience, lots of quality cars to chose from and very vice folks to work with. No more using traditional car lots! I will go back time and time again to BBC!

Buying a used car is something stressful. As we all know most dealers don t deliver what they promise in terms of the condition of the car, hidden costs, history, repairs etc. My experience at BBC Motors was exactly the opposite. Since my first contact with Neal Hancok up to me moment I picked up the car and even after to do follow up, all my experience at BBC Motors was very pleasant and rewarding. I am very thankful and I highly recommend them.

This was hands down, the best car buying transaction that we have experienced. Their selection is tremendous and we love the indoor showroom. My wife was looking for a Lexus ES 350, and they had several to choose from. She was literally able to drive 3 of them and then park them next to each other to compare exteriors. Jason was extremely helpful without being intrusive. I'm definitely a fan of their business model. I did quite a bit of research before going to BBC Motorsports. Their pricing is better than typical car dealerships. We live in Waco, and the drive was definitely worth it! I highly recommend BBC Motorsports to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We drove over an hour to Hiley in Fort Worth. It was all smiles until it was time to talk numbers. They refused to negotiate, so we refused to play their talk to my manager game and left. Stopped by BBC bc it was on the way home just to take a look. Ended up buying a vehicle on the spot. The whole time, we were in control. Miles was so laid back and patient with our questions. A couple of days later, I emailed Miles bc I noticed I was missing one all-weather floor mat. He couldn t find it no big deal bc I was going to order another one. He emails me back and tells me that he s ordered a brand new one for me! I doubt I ll get better service than this at another dealer. We are so pleased with BBC Motorsports that we ve planned on buying our next vehicle from them.

This place and these guys are great. I ve purchased from numerous dealers and this was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. Jason is an honest, upfront dealer who worked with me on finding the truck I was looking for. The terms were great and the paperwork process was super fast and pain free. Great experience dealing with BBC Motorsports! I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle (it's stressful buying a vehicle off the internet sight unseen and not knowing the dealership). Knowing what I know now I wouldn't be afraid to purchase and ship a vehicle from BBC. It was a used vehicle and like all used vehicles there were some defects and wear but Jason was very forth coming with the imperfections and there was no surprises when my flight landed. He also went above and beyond honoring our verbal agreement while it took me a little extra time than planned to get my financing and travel plans in place ( which, if i had to guess, is why Vince left a bad review because we were going after the same vehicle I think). They also stayed there for me after hours due to a very long and bad day of flight delays and problems which I felt was awesome of them so I didn't have to get a hotel room and I could start traveling home right away. The vehicle was fully serviced, cleaned, full tank of gas and ready to go the almost 1000 mile trip home when I got there. The moral of the story is I was very pleased with BBC Motorsports and would not hesitate, if you are a local or an out of state buyer shipping or driving the vehicle home, to buy a vehicle from them if they had something you wanted.

I read a lot of the reviews before going to check out BBCM. A bit skeptical because of the past experiences with glamour buildings. I'm looking for a specific color so I didn't buy today. However, I've never felt so relaxed during a car shopping experience. Miles made me feel welcomed and went out of his way to search for my desired color and specifications. This place is real with real people and pristine inventory. You will not be disappointed. I'll keep checking the site for my color and I will definitely be back!

The overall experience of purchasing this truck was good. The employees are polite and kept me informed throughout the paperwork process. The 1st reason I give them 3 stars is because my truck had no work done. I picked up the truck and it shows 18% life left on my oil filter and 47% life on the oil which makes me think they just added some oil and sold the car as is. The 2nd reason I only gave them 3 stars is because they refused to fill up the tank. What dealership sells a $55K truck and doesn't give the customer a full tank of gas. EVERY car I have ever bought in my life was given to me with a full tank of gas. I asked the owner about this and he said it eats into his bottom line. I asked the sales guy and he said he has an agreement with the gas station where they don't sell cars and he wont sell gas. What?!? like I said, I got a good deal on my truck and your guys were polite but failing to provide a full tank of gas and a oil change ruined it for me. I wont be going back.

If you are searching for a no-nonsense place to buy a car without the pressure of used car salesmen working for commission and prices that have to be bargained against to make them affordable, then BBC Motorsports is the place to go.
The salesmen were incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get me any information I needed immediately. Not only was everyone honest, but on several occasions, anyone I spoke with was willing to go physically put eyes on the vehicle I wanted to tell me the exact shape it was in. For someone that is going to have to travel to even see the car, reliable phone and email conversations are truly helpful.
The entire facility is indoors to make for a nice and comfortable viewing experience with no repercussions of inclement weather. With a fairly large inventory, I was surprised at how many cars they could fit in their facility.
The buying part could not have been easier. My trade in was an easy transaction with a fair price. The vehicle I purchased was looked over, detailed and had the paint touched up before i drove it off the lot. They price the vehicles to sell so for someone that does not like to "wheel and deal" with the typical used car salesmen, this was a favorable interaction.
At the end of the paperwork and after we shook hands, I learned that earlier that day I had actually lost my debit card. I called the salesman I had been working with and he made sure someone would be there to assist me even though they had already closed. When we still did not find my card, they told me they were more than happy to fill up my gas tank free of charge and and that they would promise me to keep an eye out for the missing card.
Overall my experience was incredible and I will be using BBC Motorsports for every car/truck transaction from now on.

Ok, to start i am very weary of buying expensive things online. Especially a car. You are not there to feel how it drives and so on. I worked with Jarret who made the experience so smooth and effortless. He answered all of my question diligently and promptly (i asked a lot of questions). Jarret even took extra photos of the car to ensure i was getting exactly what i thought. This is my first time buying a car out of state and it was actually better then going to a LOCAL dealership. No sleazyness or lies. Just straight up answers and honesty. Over all the buying experience was great. All documents were emailed over to sign and return. They contacted my bank and it was smooth sailing. As far as shipping the car. It was a very fair price for the distance (almost 1000 miles). They used a very professional service who inspected the car before and after the car was delivered to ensure everything is ok. Overall i am very satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

I had such a great first time experience and Jarrett is awesome! No pressure at all and I loved the in door set up with a basketball hoop. I would definitely recommend this place for the best prices & lowest miles on used vehicles! It would be cool if they would have put at the least a quarter tank of gas instead of leaving me to drive off the lot on E! But I was just too excited to go back in and ask so kinda my choice to drive off in my new truck with NO gas!

A few days after posting my first review ever I had no expectation at all of any kind of response... Not only did I receive a $50 check that will feel my truck up with the good kind of gas but the hand written letter from Jarrett was most sincere which goes a long way! I am still pinching myself. I can't believe how easy this transaction was. BBC Motorsports is a dream come true. No stress car buying. I called the number listed in the online ad and spoke to Miles, I told him what I was looking for he pointed me towards the web site so I could look at pictures and details right away. He quoted me an estimate on my car over the phone. Of course, it was just an estimate as he would need to see the condition of the car. I went in and was escorted to the car so I could take it on a test drive. They let me take the car out on my own. I am the kind of buyer who knows exactly what I want and don't appreciate a salesman talking in my ear not stop, so the hands off approach was perfect for me. I ran the car through all the tests I needed and went back and finished the deal. Are you kidding me? Could this be that easy? The price for my trade was more than fair and the purchase was exactly what I expected. Great job BBC Motorsports. We will be returning to purchase more cars as we need them. You can't go wrong with these guys.

I can not say enough how great my car purchase was from the time I texted Steve to see if they still had the car to the time I came in and test drove the car, no pressure what so ever from Steve or Miles. In fact Miles showed me how to operate all the details of the car and again no pressure. Then I spoke to Neal in Finance and he was so terrific! This place has super nice cars, the sales staff is incredible and I am so happy with my new car! I am single and I was hesitant about going by myself but I did and I felt like they looked out for me and I plan on purchasing my next car from them as well. Absolute pleasure to buy a vehicle here. Found a car from Google. Called Miles on Friday, got more details, drove up from Austin on Monday and bought it. Most pain free purchase of my life. Super friendly staff, clean and appropriately priced vehicles, speedy service, and excellent facility. Would definitely reccomend for anyone looking for a super clean used car.

Out of State Purchase... Given BBC is in Texas and we're in California, needless to say we were a little leery of purchasing a car we'd never physically laid eyes on. I have to say, it was the best experience we've ever had in buying a car. The price on our Mercedes ML350 was fantastic and Jason was so awesome and made us feel so comfortable. He made sure we had the car checked out by a local service that comes to the dealership and goes through the whole car checking it out mechanically. Given that we bought the car, he paid for this service. Who does that?! Not only that, he went way beyond a typical used car dealership and paid to have a couple minor things fixed. Again, who does that?! Keep in mind, we NEVER saw anything but pictures of this car online. We set up the trucking of it to California, but Jason was more than willing to set it up for us. Our car arrived 2 days ago, and it's stunning!! Perfect inside and out, exactly as described. I can't say enough good things about how this transaction went down. From the ease of the paperwork, to receiving the car, we will diffidently be returning when our 1997 4Runner takes a crap. Thanks Jason and the whole BBC crew who made this happen for us.

Had the most pleasent truck buying experience I have ever had. Both Jarret and Neal worked incredibly hard to get me in my new F-350 Lariat. The truck was the cleanest I have ever seen, and with extremely low miles. I couldn't have asked for a better team of people working with me. If I could give a higher rating I would. Looking forward to working with BBC again.

One of the best car buying experience I had. Special kudos to Steve Reyes for professionalism, courteousness, honesty, and never being pushy. We first visited BBC few months back, when we were just thinking of buying a car. We met Steve at that time, and enjoyed the experience - he showed us several cars, let us test drive, answered all our questions, but never forced us to make a decision. We did not purchase at that time, but when we went back a few months later, we reached out to him specifically.

We did buy a car this time, and we walked out with a good experience. The marked price was not negotiable, but we felt it was reasonable and competitive. They took care of everything including all paper work, and we drove out with the car within a hour with no hassles. I also had to go back the next day with a few questions, after the purchase, and Steve patiently heard me out, and answered my queries.

I Would certainly do more business with them. I will be posting this review in other sites as well. And, I do hope in this cost and margin driven world, BBC continues to maintain this kind of professionalism for years to come.

These guys were impressive! Brady was my Salesmen and Giorge was the finance guy. They made a good team and answered all my questions so we had a deal in no time at all. Then, Jason took over and made sure my Charger was delivered with care to NM. It was refreshing to work with an honest group that didn't play games with us. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

As the previous reviewer posted my experience was with Neil and Austin. Came up to DFW on a Saturday from Houston and they stayed open past their 4PM close time to make the sale. They put on a cartoon for my kids to watch while my wife and I did the paperwork. Neil is great at explaining each section of the paperwork in detail just to make sure everyone is on the same page. He even made sure the headphones that came with the vehicle were located so the kids could watch movies on the way home.
Don't let the area of town fool you. The showroom is clean, very organized and well stocked with great cars. I've purchased new and used cars in the past and when it comes to experience dealing with them I can say that when I start to buy my next vehicle I will be looking at these guys first.

This was the first car I've ever purchased from a dealer (with my dad co-signing) and I was pretty skeptical at first, from hearing about how car dealerships usually treat their customers. All I can say is those car buying cliches do not apply to BBC, they were awesome, friendly, organized, honest, and helpful. They didn't pressure me to do anything and they helped me make and informed confident decision. Total disclosure, and a great environment; I would recommend them any day of the week.

I have done business with BBC Motorsports for about 3 years now and I can tell you that you will not find another dealership like it. Take what you know about the car buying process and experience and throw it out the window, because BBC is unlike any other dealership. I would name names of the men and women that work there that have been great to deal with, but the truth is all of them treat you like family and make it a very easy and enjoyable experience. Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I can call up there and without hesitation they are willing and able to help me or guide me in the right direction. I appreciate everything BBC has done to make my auto situation better and would choose them over anybody in the industry.

Hands down best car buying experience! I text regarding a vehicle I first saw on Autotrader and Neal addressed all my questions and concerns even after hours. My husband and I submitted our application online the next day and had an approval within an hour. We live over an hour away, so after servicing and detailing the vehicle, Neal spent about 30 minutes going over the paperwork and we were out the door. Everyone we ran into there was so polite (and patient with our 4 kids). I can't say it enough...I wish every car buying experience was this easy!

Neal and Steve could not have been more accommodaiting, professional and efficient in helping me get to my final decision. I had a couple of frustrating surprises after driving the car about a month. Steve personally took this as a challenge to resolve. At no time did I get the worrisome "you bought it, final" but instead, he gave me a loaner with a send off that he was going to fix it as if it was his own purchase. When I got the car, everything was beyond what I hoped for.

I bought a Silver IS 350 on Saturday and it was just in great condition for a reasonable price. The service was like no other. Very friendly, they treat you like one of them, and make you feel at home. I had left to go check out another car and the service was just horrible and that kept me from closing the deal on it. It just stayed in my mind how great they were to me and professionally the presented them self with cars ready to go and in great condition so I rushed back 1 hour before they closed and closed the deal. I could not be more satisfied with Austin and Jason at BBC. My daughter graduated from college and got a great job so naturally the next step was to get a new car. She lives in Florida and my wife and I live in Mississippi. She saw a 2008 BMW X3 on the BBC site that looked in great condition. We did everything with BBC over the phone and text message. Austin took every neurotic personal call and text from me and Jason (The Owner) put the deal together. We received the car last night by auto transport, just 7 days after first talking about the car. It is in even better condition than thought and the pictures on their site were 100% accurate. Just this company completely. They will exceed every expectation. They won a customer for life.

Double check three times! inquired online for a vehicle then Jason called and said vehicle was available. I called an hour later to confirm again and they said it is. When I got there another guy said it was sold 2 days ago. He even mentioned "Jason knows, I dont know why he said that". Stop wasting peoples time just to look at your other vehicles.

Trustworthy and honest. I bought my car from them in 2013. They gave me a good deal and were easy to work with. Years later in 2018 when the sunroof finally failed (my car is 10 years old now, and this is a common problem with my model) I was told by a Ford/ Lincoln dealership, after 3 days of having my car, that the repair would be $2,400, and worse that it was impossible to close the roof properly due to a mechanical failing in the design of the car. A point they repeated consistently and on multiple occasions, despite my protests.

I taped up the sunroof, ignored the terrible noise the wind made against tape, and steeled myself to buy a new car, even though I recently had spent $$$$'s in routine maintenance.

On a whim, my mother called BBC to see if they knew a work around to get the sunroof closed. They said to bring it in and let them look at it, so we did. In 10 minutes they had pulled the car around front with the sunroof closed, fully exposing the dealership as liars and swindlers. BBC even disconnected the switch, so I wouldn't accidentally open the roof, and refused to charge me for this service on a car they sold 5 years ago.

With the help BBC gave me, I went right back over to that dealership and was able to unequivocally demand satisfaction. As a result, the dealership refunded my money for inspection, paid for my Uber's for the 3 days they had my car, fully removed the tape residue from my roof, and did the $2400 sunroof repair for free as penance for repeatedly lying to my face. Without BBC's help I wouldn't have been able to negotiate such a stellar rebuke of the dealership's clear and disgusting lies. Needless to say, BBC will be my first call when I am ready for my next car. They've more than earned it with their trustwortiness in this case.

I recently had my car stolen from my garage, that was a Tuesday. I went into BBC the next day to check out a replacement vehicle. By Friday I had it ready for the weekend. BBC was incredibly easy to work with and Jason even guided me through fundamental loan education. I didn't think to much on my purchase because the guys at BBC seemed incredibly trustworthy. I'd highly recommend purchasing from them.

I recently purchased a car here and the people who work here were more than happy to help. We had multiple people there to greet us and show us around. BBC helped pick out a car that met our needs with things like gas milage and other capabilities. Need an affordable car with great service? This is the place to go. If you go, ask for Miles. He was more than willing to give you all you needed to know about the cars being observed.

Stay far far away from this company as much as possible! They sold me a car without me seeing it and promised me it had no issues, however after I had the car shipped to me come to find out it had been heavily wrecked and was a lemon with many prior electrical problems! They refused to help me even when the title even says lemon buy back and they lied and said it had a clear title from the bank! They hung up on me and blocked my number when I told them I had found out about the title! They thought they were just going to take advantage of me but they picked the wrong person. Now that I have done homework on them come to find out they are all a bunch of cons from old school dealerships around town that went out of business. Neal and Randy know the game all too well it turns out. I had to hire a lawyer and there is a lawsuit pending. Save your time and money and go elsewhere trust me!

I was recommended by my Boss to check out BBC Motorsports website. Instantly - I found the car I wanted. The next day I met with Jason at BBC Motorsports and from START TO FINISH this was hands down the BEST customer service in a car sales world I have ever had. As a woman, I loathe car shopping because car salesmen are normally sharks that will not let you leave without a fight (and possibly crocodile tears haha). At BBC Motorsports, they were friendly, super transparent and communicative. They worked around my budget that I gave them, and was able to get me a really good deal! Even with me having to go out of town, they made sure the car was in good shape and held it for me until i came back. Signing the paperwork with Neal ( the owner ) was also very pleasant and he made sure to explain everything to me down to the tiniest detail! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! In the past I have only dealt with large dealerships, being under the false impression that small independents are not the way to go. I have learned that is not the truth at all. Excellent experience. Found the vehicle online and after arranging financing and a plane flight they held it for me to arrive the next day. One small discrepancy between the pics online and the condition (a dash button was missing) and they went above and beyond in arranging for a replacement.
