Our recent experience with this business was hands down the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience we have ever encountered. We worked closely with Jason, Miles and Neil. We first contacted BBC to inquire about the availability on a Mega Cab 3500 RAM listed on auto trader. This used vehicle fit our exact criteria with a very fair price point. We traveled just under 3 hours to test drive this truck!

We felt comfortable through the entire sales process. We feel Miles did an excellent job of extending information from the prior owner with details on the truck related to the tuner, train horns, and other after-market bells and whistles. The continuity of keeping up with some of this information was one example of the high level of integrity these guys displayed during our purchase experience. Another area we were quite impressed with was Neil s financial breakdown. Neil shares an excel document presented on his computer screen that reveals a color coded money breakdown of the final sale. This tool was simple, and gave us as buyers a greater sense of control in the negotiating aspect of our trade in value and monthly payment. We applauded Neil for this personalized tool as we stated we wished every dealership had this.
