Fantastic experience yesterday with the BBC crew. The guys have their stuff together. Worked with Neal Hancock, who was great in communicating and organizing the visit. No waiting, vehicle was ready to go, no pressure, the office environment was laid back, vehicle was as advertised. Neal also had the warehouse guys put a hold on the vehicle for me, as I had a 4.5 hour drive up. Paperwork went smooth (longest wait was me on the phone with my bank), even was able to use their computer when my phone connection was slow. As I drove out of Dallas, I realized I had left some items in the old glovebox (my mistake - not rushed) & Neal was able to retrieve. This place is going to get my look the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - it was worth the drive.
