First of all if I could rate this place as a ZERO ...

First of all if I could rate this place as a ZERO I would! We purchased a Yukon xl a couple weeks ago... while doing our paperwork we spoke with a guy named George. Since we live out of state we had to pay tax title and license in Louisiana. While talking to George he assured us that he would be very close on the % I offered to google our tax rate but he said I didn t need to he would be very very close. They mailed a checked to our DMV for $2,814.75 at a rate of 6.25% (Texas rate) our rate 8.8% (Louisiana) so the check was $1,130.00 short... with that being said I clearly asked him (George) if it would be a couple thousand different or a couple hundred he assured me numerous time it would only be one to two hundred dollars different if anything.

After getting the bad news of the amount I contacted Jason who sold us the vehicle (also owner) and he could only say sorry and didn t offer to make anything right. So with all this being said our experience while there was wonderful and everyone was very friendly obviously until we were completely charged wrong on our taxes which they assured us would be no more than a couple hundred dollars off. So now we are to pay $1,130.00 to our local DVM to get out vehicle legal!!!!!!!! When I was told by numerous car dealerships locally that they would do thing as such I didn t listen but next time I will!!!!!
