So, reviews dont come easy with us, we are totally unbiased here and this is an honest review from a somewhat critical individual, particularly when it comes to car buying and being a good steward of our time & money. The reviews precede them, if that's as far as you desire to read, in our opinion, these people are authentic, as real as one can/should be while attempting to grow a business and turn a profit. We saw a truck that fit our very specific expectations, called and met Jason, who was attentive, professional and real. The truck ended up being sent to the shop and in total we actually waited almost 3 months to see it! I know, normally this would cause a lower rating but Jason kept up with us and more importantly, returned our calls in a timely manner when we called to ck on the trucks status, keeping us informed. When we finally were able to visit, everything was pretty much completed, it was just a matter of paperwork and choosing any extended warranty. The truck was as promised, a few scratches here and there that weren't seen in photos & tires didn't have as much life as we thought but we understand buying a used vehicle. Jason did come off the price a bit which was nice considering our wait. Concerning our trade-in; was simple and stress-free. We did have to carry over a small mount of neg. equity after their offer for our trade-in, which was not ideal but was OK. Sure they marked it up 5k from what we got for trade but hopefully they made profit and someone has a vehicle they enjoy. They were patient with our 3 young kiddos, even when they made a mess of their carpet with crumbs! Jason was serious about purchasing a extended warranty but was not at all pushy. (which is hard to do I'm sure). There was nobody we ran into there that wasn't ready to help us and more than accommodating. If we ever are in need of a vehicle we will start with BBC first and we highly recommend them to friends and family. We live about an hour plus from them but because of their excellent customer service it was no concern. Lastly, we did have problems with the truck driving it home, cruise control didn't work and one other minor issue. It was covered by factory warranty BUT, we have no doubt that BBC would have attempted to make it right if not. Thank you BBC Motorsports, It's apparent it is family run by a honest & great family. FYI, we intentionally have waited over a month to review, all our contact with them since the sale has continued to be great; like leaving all our CD's in our trade-in! Thanks Jason for getting those back to us in one piece.
