Had a great experience. Easy process for service. Every person I dealt with was friendly and helpful. My service was going to take longer than I originally anticipated. My service assistant went and found me a loaner to get to work. They also didn t try to charge me for unnecessary work. Thanks Basil!

I will be sending a survey to them as well, but as we all know, the most that comes from those is a strongly worded morning meeting, if that.

I had an appointment to have an issue fixed. Dropped it off in the morning, received a call around 12:30 saying they assessed the problem (that was already assessed) and they would need the car till tomorrow because they didn't have time to complete it today. Our warranty expired 3,000 miles ago, but 10,000 miles ago we tried to make an appointment and was told it would be a month until we could get an appointment. I should have asked, "A month? Or 7,001 miles from now?"

Terrible service, complete lack of knowledgability when it comes to the customer or in service there of.

Sadly, another typical garage with nothing notable in the pro column.

For the record, I used to love this place back when nothing somewhat serious was wrong.

If Basil responds to this and says the typical "sorry, come in and we can take care of you" take the customer service PR strategy with a rock of salt.

The service and staff do a fine job and are helpful. Unfortunately every time I get my truck back the seats, door panel, and steering wheel are filthy. Wish they had something to put on the seats to keep this from happening and did a quick wipe down of dirt and grease.

I've taken my car here several times and have always been confident that the work will be first rate. The people have always been courteous and professional. I trust the people at Basil to handle any maintenance and/or repair to my car. I could go to a service shop closer to home, but I go out of my way to bring my car to Basil. Great service, great people. Also, I have purchased my last 2 vehicles at Basil and intend on buying my third one here,too,when the time comes.

I had been looking for the right vehicle for almost a year and this place immediately was very professional, kind, and most importantly, knowledgeable about their vehicles! I had been to 4, yes 4 other dealerships and this place went above and beyond for me. Mike Cross is the one of the most extremely thoroughly and kind sales person's I have had the pleasure to meet. All of my co-workers and friends are amazed by the luxury car I got from this dealership! The price, the luxury look, the technology, the mobile app with your vehicle... Ford, all i can say is you've done it!

I brought my truck into the shop originally for an oil change. I then decided to get a trailer brake installed but then thought i would have to make an appt. They ended up having the part in stock that i wanted and were able to install it for me that day no other appt needed. I left 100% happy. Thanks basil

I have been dealing with Basil Ford for about 6 years and keep coming back. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My salesman Kevin was very well informed and worked with me to find a car that I would be comfortable in. He took the time to hear me out and was respectful and courteous. That is why I continue to conduct business with Basil.

This was actually our first experience with Basil ...

This was actually our first experience with Basil Ford. We originally called Delacey who sent us to 4 different people just to be told "I dont have time to look up your recall and we are completely packed. So we cant help you." We were beyond aggravated at this point, but that quickly changed when we reached Ed at Basil! Ed let us know that you too were very busy, but he assured us that he would do everything he could to get my car in, as it's our only car. I brought my car in Tuesday and he had it done by Friday. He provided excellent customer service and it was beyond easy to get everything taken care. Ed was always available and so quick to return calls. During this stressful time, I am so glad we were connected to Ed!! Keep up the amazing customer service and we will definitely be using Basil from now on!

Always curtious, on time and convenient. Without a doubt great customer care and great people work within this company. From sales to service, from paint to receptionists, all great people knowledgeable respectful. All the more reasons I'm coming back to get another car when my lease is up.

Most recent visit felt more like a prison sentence. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Ain t to happy.

Went to look at a truck that just came in salesperson Charlie stated he did not have a price on the vehicle because his used car manager went home for the day. That manager was the only one that could set the price for that vehicle. Charlie advised me he would call me with the price if he heard back from his manager that night if not he would call me the following morning when this manager came into work. So Charlie never called and when I called around noon to follow up he stated the vehicle had sold. I guess the saying is true never trust a salesman. And I'll take it one step further and say I'll NEVER ever do business at Basil Ford again or refer anyone to them !!!

Got an oil change with a coupon for a synthetic blend oil change for $39.95 they charge me 54.95 also said they checked my air filter and they did not I ve also purchased 4 tires while I was there was charged $12 for weights and the wheels $80 in labor no one mentioned those charges at all while I was there

Bought my first car here, car shopping was no problem, the car buying process (paperwork) was a little unprofessional. Representatives did not have title after I paid for the car so I did have to wait about a week before the car was mine. Other than that everything else was fine. Ask for the salesman Kevin :)

Mike Cross is one of the best at his job. After visiting several dealers in the area and dealing with salesmen who are interested in simply sliding numbers around, Mike came along and earned my business now and in the future. He simply listened to what I wanted, the numbers I was hoping to hit and didn't push me on what I wanted my monthly payment to be. Mike bent over backwards to help me get the best deal and rebates. On top of that he handled every detail of my purchase so all I had to do was show up and drive away. Truly an amazing experience!

This was my 1st time at this location getting serv...

This was my 1st time at this location getting service and I must say I am not impressed. I called before coming in to advise of the issues I was having and was told I do not need an appointment. I go to quick lane and they said I do need an appointment and they schedule 2 weeks out. I stayed and got an oil change I recieved 2 phone calls asking me if I had an issue with my tires (i was sitting in their waiting room not sure why i was called) than someone walked over to me to ask me the same question my answer all 3 times were no so now I am confused.
Fast forward to my 2 week appointment in the service area which was not great service either. I dropped my car off and had to wait for a call to tell me what was wrong. I was quoted some outrageous price and nobody reviewed my documents with me.

So, if you must go to this location this is my advice:
1. prepare to deal with unknowledageble & unfriendly staff.
2. expect to wait because they are short staffed.
3. surveys are important to them because they will tell you 50x you will recieve one.
4. be patient because they do not know how to communicate.
5. The only positive I have is that they older gentleman(s) driving the shuttle were great.

I was in for maintenance today I hardly had time to eat my popcorn before Ashley was telling me it was done thanks Ashley. Basil makes u feel very comfortable while u are waiting for your car. Thanks everyone from the lady who took the time out to make the popcorn to girl behind the desk who gave me paper to write on which was needed badly. Also thanks to Jose and as usual Andrew .

I am always impressed by the professionalism and personal manner in which I am treated by all of the employees are Basil Ford. My F-150 is returned quickly with the work performed very well and corrordinated with me through the servicing process. My wife and I met with our salesman, Tony Tubiolo, while our vehicle was being serviced, catching up with our family s situations on personal notes. Very enjoyable time spent.

My car died on the 33 and I had it towed to Basil. Initially it was fixed but then there was another issue with the control modules. I had it towed back and Ed and the service department had it fixed and had me back on the road in the same day.

Horrible experience. The mechanic damaged my car during a recall and tried to blame it on the previous owner . I bought the truck new from them less than two years ago.... so there is no previous owner. Dishonest and insincere. Not flexible at all in regards to appoint times and scheduled maintenance. I won t being doing business with Basil again.

The basil team was amazing and nothing but accommodating from the time I called and talked to Holly on the phone to schedule my appointment to the service day to the shuttle driver. I had to bring my car in for recall so they weren t making any money off of me whatsoever and they are all seriously the nicest customer service people I ve seen in quite a long time. They even gave me a complimentary car wash.
