Paid 45,000.00 for a new vehicle one year later I ...

Paid 45,000.00 for a new vehicle one year later I come in with a undrivable vehicle only to be told it will be days before they can even look at it and have no loaner or rental cars... staff was friendly and the lot and facilities are nice sales experience was good but 54 weeks not even 10,000 miles on the vehicle it breaks down not so much mad about the problem with the vehicle things happen, but that a dealer of this size can't get it looked at sooner or provide a loaner for a repeat customer. This will be updated after this is resolved

Update:
3 days after dropping off the vehicle it was picked up with a simple part swapped out and is running fine. The service rep was professional in all interactions I had with him and have no complaints other then the 2 day wait before they pulled it in to be looked at due to a back log of other unexpected non appointment issues with other vehicles, and not being provided a loaner vehicle or rental. All in all I still would recommend this dealer the sales team is pretty good the prices are fair the facilities are good but the service center seems to get overwhelmed a bit, but they were upfront about the backlog of work and got it done when they said it would be.

I m always very happy with your counter people and...

I m always very happy with your counter people and the work your mechanic to do but this time I was very disappointed that Basil Ford had me pay for faulty Lugnuts on a two-year-old truck! I have a 2016 Ford F1 50 and I can t believe faulty Lugnuts fall on me at 899 apiece times 24 ! The gentleman taking care of me got the price down to 699 but I still find it very hard to believe that I had to pay this ! All work that I have done is done by Basil Ford including new tires tire rotation oil changes you do all the work I ve never touch the Lugnuts and yet I m responsible

I just had my car in for inspection with no appoin...

I just had my car in for inspection with no appointment and they took me in right away with prompt and courteous service. Aaron greeted me and led me to the waiting room, handled all the paper work and was very thorough with offering any and all available services that i may require. He even changed the registration sticker for me. Thanks Again

I had a good experience at Basil. I was taken care of quickly, I didn't get any b.s. or smoke blown up my#@! The guys there have a good sense of humor and worked with me to get me what I was looking for. Which was a Jeep! At a Ford dealer! Crazy right?

Service was outstanding Kristina did great getting me in and setting me up with an appointment. I came for my appointment and she notified me of the issue with my car. The service dept had what was needed in stock and got my car finished the same day.

My wife and I were looking for a 2014 Explorer and...

My wife and I were looking for a 2014 Explorer and we went to Basil's after our daughter and son in law purchased a 2013 from them a couple weeks ago. They were pleased with how they were treated and felt they received a fair deal. We could not find the vehicle we wanted locally so we made the trip to Cheektowaga as they had a couple to choose from. Long story short the sales personnel were affable and helpful, we were treated well and feel we also obtained a fair deal. They went out of their way to deliver the vehicle the same day to ensure we didn't have to make a second trip. There were a couple hicups that could have delayed delivery but they very nicely worked around them. So far we are very pleased with the Explorer.

Basil Ford service department exceeded my expectations! Jason worked so hard to find me snow tires for a price I could afford. Jose also took great care of me today, going and above and beyond. I could not have asked for better service!

I have always been treated with the utmost respect...

I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness from the guys at the counter...today it was Andrew...but the service has been considerate and fair in decisions and price as well as highly professional. It was worth all the warranty protection at purchase of my car. They stand behind their purchases.

Very disappointed in this dealership after they said they would take care of us and we would be happy and one day after we had found a little fault with the vehicle they never honored it and I will never go there again and I recommend that nobody else does either

I can not say enough about Doug our sales consulta...

I can not say enough about Doug our sales consultant and Don who dose the warranties they are wick great they helped us out so much and did not pressure us at all.They are great people to deal with super friendly and will go out of the way to help with what ever they can if I ever need to get another vehicle they are the only people I would deal with Basil Ford is extremely lucky to have them on staff huge assets to the company thank you again for putting me is such an awsone vehicle and making my buying experience such an easy great thing and for getting me in it in under 24 hrs you guys rock

A very bad experience. Not totally their fault but not having my car for 5 days. And no rental available even though I had a appointment a week ahead of time. If your thinking of getting your fixed at Basil shop around first.
