Very pleased with the purchase of my pre-owned Silverado. The guys over at Basil Ford really made it an enjoyable experience. They are quick and the transaction couldn't have been any smoother. Not your stereotypical "car salesman " I would highly recommend talking to Jeramy and would tell anyone in western NY looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle to go see these guys. The sales Manager Jordan was very pleasant to deal with as well.

I had a problem with my truck and called the Basil Service department. Tony Mineo helped me set the appointment for the next day and quickly had my car back to me running perfectly. From the moment I called Basil Ford Tony was courteous and met all my expectations to getting my truck fixed promptly and handled my questions with professionalism. Thank you for all your help!!!

Always a great place to deal with. This is the third truck from them. They have a big selection on lot, the entire process is made easy and quick. The sales people do a great job of keeping in contact and how the process is progressing, something a lot of business today have forgotten is important. Will continue to do business with them for years.

In December 2015 I leased a 2015 Ford Escape from Noah, he gave me everything I asked for & the price I could pay. I had one free inspection, two recalls, & lastly an oil change. Noah, the service techs, and process was excellent. Everyone was so accommodating & the service was fast & painless. I will be returning to Basil Ford & Noah for my next lease. Great job everyone!!!!

I had an 8:am appt. Girl on phone said 20 minutes, tech thought that was a little quick and said an hour. It was. Job was a door recall on an Explorer. It is much better, but maybe not factory quality. I am concerned it will pop again. I hope even if I am past 100k that the work will be honored at no cost b/c it was a factory recall. I say this b/c it is only a 15 and I put many highway miles on it. The end date for the recall is Sept 2019 I believe. Hopefully it stays and we are not arguing in the future.

My girlfriend was told if she put 4,000 down she would be approved without a co-signer. After two days and having to get a co-signer, she was denied and in tears. we have a 1 year old and our current car is unsafe. Absolutely unethical.

I should have listened to myself and never returned to Basil Ford. I brought my vehicle in for a 9:20 AM appointment on 12/12/20. After 4 hours I try to get an update via text (their preferred method) and never get a text back. After another hour of no response I call for an update. The customer representative basically blows me off because he's not the one I was working with. He tells me Ashley will call me shortly. After another 30+ minutes of hearing nothing I call back 3 more times and get voicemails for Ashley and Mike. A few minutes later Ashley calls me back and they've basically done nothing but my vehicle will be ready at 4:15. I arrive at 4:15 and my car wasn't ready until 5:00. I am now truly done with this joke of a business.

Not happy with my visit on 6/8/18. I'm told before I don't need an appointment for a NY State inspection and then it took over hours. I brought another issue and the customer service rep blew me off until I made a big deal about it. I'm starting to regret purchasing a new vehicle for Basil Ford.

Honest answers ; honest prices; the customer is their focus- not up selling that occurs at lesser dealers

Went in for inspection, they gave me a bill for $1...

Went in for inspection, they gave me a bill for $1500 worth of work that was not needed. My driver's side mirrim was lose they said, but since it's on springs, just put it back in and don't tell me I have to spend $220 on a new one. Take a rag and wipe off the gasket, and see it's fine and that I don't need $1181 with of a new rack and pinion system. Just disgraceful how you prey on the fact I'm a woman and try to take advantage of me. Disgusting.

Was very nervous about purchasing my first new car in a very long time. The staff at this location, especially Xavier and Don made the entire process very easy and very informative to help me know what I was doing the whole time. Cannot thank them enough for setting me up with the ride I wanted at a price that was exactly in my budget. Could not reccommend more!

Honestly the best dealership experience I've ever ...

Honestly the best dealership experience I've ever had!
I drove over 450miles to pick up a 2018 Jeep GC so pictures, communication and honesty were extremely important coming from a distance. I traded my car for a very fair price and they stuck to their word on everything and were super easy to work with. In and out in about an hour with no BS and nothing to complain about.

I am very pleased with the service I get every time I go get my car serviced. Aaron Miechurski is the employee that always takes care of me. He always happens to be working every time that I stop in. He s a great employee and I will continue to go there to get my car taken care of. I strongly recommend and thank you Aaron Miechurski for doing a exceptional job.

Bought my 2016 Ford Fusion end of February 18'. After a cpl weeks I noticed some rattling coming from my passenger side. I found that the passenger side rocker panel molding was cracked and missing portions of it which I contacted Rob and he took care of for me by replacing it which I give him many thanks for that. Now the second part of my post that I am venting about. Just the other week I drove my car on my ramps to change my oil. When I went under the car to start my oil change process I so more damage to the underside of the vehicle. I ended up taking the car to my mechanic to make sure no structural damage. Came back ok, but know I have more cosmetic damage to my front bumper area just underneath where you cant see unless you get low. It is also missing 3 of the 4 plastic fasteners. I asked them to replace the two small sections on each side of the front were the worst of the scrape marks where but was denied this time. I was told when I contacted the used sales manager the first time that we check these cars out extensively so it felt like he didn't believe the damage was there when I bought it. Either they didn't check it out that well as he said or saw the damage and didn't care. I guess I will see if they can at least send me the plastic fasteners that are missing due to the prior owner hitting something prior to me buying it.

I recently had my Car inspection completed a Basil Ford service department. I was promptly met by a staff person to set up the service. My inspection was completed and reviewed with me. It was actually completed sooner than anticipated which I appreciated. My vehicle was purchased at Basil Ford and my inspection was free of charge. I was also offered a free car wash. Thank you Basil Ford.

I've always had great service here. Staff are polite. I usually deal with Dave who calls at least once a day while my car is being fixed to cover what's been done and what parts they're waiting on. Shuttle service is great. Drivers are very nice. Waiting area is comfortable with donuts and complementary coffee.

I will never return to this dealership. Almost 3 weeks, our car was sitting at their lot. First they had no idea where the car was when it was dropped of by the towing company. It took four days until I got so angry with the dealership and they finally found the car. One week of that time our car was not even looked at due to the amount of other cars waiting to be serviced. Not only did they have the car for so long but they were unable to address the issue. Lack of communication, constantly calling Dave B. to be updated on the vehicle. Almost 70 miles has been placed on our car unannounced! To add insult to injury we were never given a rental and now we have to foot the bill of almost $500 because they were not able to fix the mechanical issue.

Amazing sales, I came in with a problem and the business manager (Jordan keicher) told my husband and I what was best and got us to a used car sales person (josh Tojek) josh was professional and understood what we needed and pointed us in the right direction. Jordan and josh made the process so nice I recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Never never never buy a used car from them unless you have your own mechanic look at it. There have been so many issues since I drove it off the lot 1.5 years ago. The service every step of the way has been horrible. I love my 2013 explorer but I hate that it has had nothing but problems. I wish i would have returned it. I will never buy a vehicle from them. And if you're thinking about using them, I strongly advise against a used vehicle. Save yourself the hassle and the $ spent on repairs.

I was taken care of in a timely manner and they had me out of there within 30 minutes. They had the part I needed for an older model vehicle that I could not find in local auto parts stores. The nice waiting area made the time go by quickly. Nice job and thank you to the Basil Ford team. You will probably see me next year when I will most likely have to trade in my older model vehicle for a newer model!!

3.5 hrs to fix a flat. Watched the serviceman waste time by flipping his water bottle then going outside and puffing on his electric cig struttin around then service tells me i don't have insurance on tires but i do. He needs to research it then comes back and tells me an hour later that i do have it. Bad experience.

It was mentioned by another employee that rotten egg smell coming from exhaust pipe. I thought since I had brought my truck in for check engine issue that someone would have the initiative to check in exhaust pipe issue also... was never addressed nor mentioned on paperwork. Now I am forced to make another appointment and again take time off work to get this taken care of. Thanks.
