Beware of the hidden fees when doing car services....

Beware of the hidden fees when doing car services. Also check your receipt before paying your bill, the price online are not the same that in store, I was charge 10 dollars extra, when I asked about it the person who was doing the service did not what to said and at the end fix the bill without explanation. I have been a Nissan customer since 2017. I never checked my receipt until now. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Without hesitation, a terrible experience! Arrive at this place after calling the day before due to car battery problems. The person on the phone NEVER said we needed an appointment so well ... I arrived at 6:15 to be the first and go to work immediately. They opened at 7am, it was the first car in that line. NO ONE approached me so I decided to get off and ask ... there began the odyssey! Rafael was the first person that I told him what I was going and rudely and without paying attention, without stopping just said he had no appointment so he had to wait. OK, I have to wait ... the next one had an appointment at 7am, they attended him ... the other one had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. but they also attended him at 7:05 a.m. ... next, he was known to Rafael, because they interacted with familiarity. He attended the same way, even though I could perceive that he had no appointment.
My annoyance has begun, everyone standing in the hallway, nobody cares. Wn one of those Rafael tells Mike that he had no appointment, in English, maybe they thought he would not understand, and Mike had the same attitude even when he looked like a manager or supervisor. The bad service, the indifference of the staff (Rafael, Mike) were unacceptable.
Even a client arrived who had an appointment at 9am and was attended before 8am and I ... still waiting standing in the hall, impatient, I do not doubt it, before such bad service. By the way they were giving me "balls", because I had protested, but what was I going to do ...
Luckily, I noticed that Cristofer Romero's office, Service Director, was right for me, so I waited for him and as soon as I arrived I went to him ... finally someone heard me. It did not take more than 5 minutes that they attended me, to the bad ones, of course ... but they had NO option ....
Guess the wait? 2-3 hours ... of course !!!! I had no option to leave the car and go to work.
Without hesitation, I will NOT return to this place. When they learn to value ALL customers, respect them, we will see !!!

My family has gotten cars from this dealership before and I am upset that I didn't wait for the sales representative that my parents usually deal with. In the beginning, he was very nice and courteous but soon realized he was unexperienced and kept coming back with excuses to us to let us know they didn't have this car or that car or what I was requesting wasn't available in the most basic setting (something that sales reps should know when trying to help with picking a car/sub). Along with the fact that it took way too long, my dad had just gotten 2 leases for other members of our family and he got so flustered of waiting he left us and told us to meet him up later for dinner. Unfortunately, we live in palm beach and instead of sticking with a dealership up there I ended drop off my car to this dealership after being told it could be towed. At this point I had 1 brand new lease and one I had to return. Following day I dropped the car off, and unfortunately we weren't able to unscrew my license plate/ plate holder and the sales rep said they would mail it to me. They did, but only my license not the border I got, the sales rep never got back to me and had very poor communication. I had also contacted him in regards of a cd my husband left in the car and never really got back to me. I called, upset at this point, and someone said they would relay the message... Nothing... I actually don't even care about the license plate holder or the cd just the fact that they never got back to me it's enough that I will never go back. It's been a few weeks since I turned in my lease and I have no idea as to how much I owe, because again, the rep never got back to me- after he said to call him for anything. Worst service I have ever received- been through 3 leases and a new bought car and never gone through this.

I got there mad after having a bad time at another Nissan dealer but left jumping of excitement with the deal I got on my new car and how fast and easy it was. Can't complain the best salesman ever, he made the experience of buying my first car unforgettable. Also great finance guys they explained everything fast and clear. Thanks a lot to Fernando, Ronnie, and Johnny for such good customer satisfaction.

Do not go to this place for service. They trick you into services you don't need that are not based on the nissan driver's manual but on their own guidelines to make money out of the customer. After which, they will break a piece of your car to get you to come back and pay more money for them to fix it. They are scam artists.

The waiting is too long, they promise 1.5 hours but then there are extensions. finally after almost 3 hours i got a rental. after a day i had to come back because there was a noise after a service and i had to wait another 3 hours and they didn't care it is a follow up on the first one. the mechanic didn't speak to me directly and that made the visit much longer then necessary. so after 2 visits and almost 6 hours of waiting it was finally over

My sales associate Mr. De Los Santos was extraordinarily courteous, knowledgeable and polite. Could not have asked for a better sales experience. The General Manager, Eddy Socias was amazing as well. He made me an extremely generous offer which closed the deal. This is my fifth Rogue and Autonation of Miami showed me appreciation for my loyalty.

PS, If you're going to buy a Nissan go to Autonation Nissan Miami, avoid the aggravation and waste of time that Hgreg Nissan Kendall offers.

I attempted to speak to someone in the service department. No one would pick up the phone. I made 15 calls and spoke to the operator several times. She just kept transferring me to a vm mess phone and no one would return my messages. She finally began ignoring my calls as I was bugging her to the point where she did not want to speak to me. Worst experience of my life!

He already had my information of what I wanted and followed up with me via email any questions that I had before I decided to purchase. Yovany( Finance Manager) made the paper work process seamless and is very friendly and personable. I am so happy with the purchase of my Nissan Rogue and look forward to driving my new car.

Excellent and timely service was provided thanks to Joseph Del Hierro's quick attention to my appointment. I called to check if I could get an oil change and be out quickly, and he told me there wasn't a long wait at that time and that I could be taken care of right away. As soon as I got there he took care to have my car taken in immediately and even though I asked for a couple other items to be checked, I was done in less than 40 minutes. He even came inside and brought bill to me so I could finish some work I was doing on my laptop. He went the extra mile to help me out and I truly appreciate his professionalism and courtesy.

Took the car for an oil change and alignment. Had to go back because the alignment was off. I had to wait 3 hours and 40 minutes for the alignment to be done. There were multiple customers who arrived after me for service and they were all taken care of before me. One thing I noticed was that additional services were sold to these customers. Very unprofessional.

i went for service friday october 20 /2017 my car have some problems with the battery and also needs the service oil exchange. MR Felix Miranda was very proffesional and helpful and explained the process of the repair service. It was quickly and efficiently.

I bought the car from that place and it turned out that the engine was bad, they changed it for me; After a few years using their mechanics I realized that they do not change the oil or put everything they need, I also broke a lid on the parts of the car and they refused, I had no choice but to buy another one that they only sell it . Good thing I realized before buying another car there. Gentlemen Nissan Look for more honest people and with desire to work and not to unite the company.

Autonation Nissan Miami has been the dealership I've been in the most. Whether it's helping a family member buy a car or taking my other Nissan Altima for service. The staff and everyone else there are very helpful and straight to the point. Diomil, the salesman was extremely helpful and very quick to help me out. He'll workout the best numbers and he'll want you out of there in a brand new car no matter what! He's the best of the best. I just leased out a 2016 Nissan Altima SR with the help of Diomil and I couldn't be more thankful to Autonation Nissan Miami and Diomil for this incredible opportunity!

Worst place to take your car for services!!!! I took my nissan Sentra that was still under warranty to do the services. Rafael (supervisor) Gave me really bad attitude he even asked me for how many years I been working on this country because Supposedly thats the way auto nation works and I had to pay the mechanic , My car already had an inspection in nissan and I showed him the paper in which it said what the car needed to be fixed , he even told me to not make that face when I was told that I had to pay 130 , soo disrespectful I even told him that I didn't worked on a dealer so he had to explained it to me and he started to scream so I left.Wont ever go there again! They supposedly changed a switch for the brakes. 2 days later and guess what, the brake light is still on. I was told I needed a battery, brakes and some other things. I went in for a recall repair. I was not treated the same as when I come in for service, which is always great. My service manager was excellent but the way things were left, I'm not even sure they did the work. I'm not saying they didn't, but it didn't really look like it. It wasn't cleaned up at all and although I was told to empty the car so they could work, it didn't look like that was necessary at all, either, which wasted several hours of my time.
