I drove from Rochester to Buffalo over the Memorial Day weekend for a specific car that I saw on the dealerships website. Colin took care of me and had everything ready to go so that it was a smooth appointment, especially in this COVID-19 situation. I worked with Jordan in their finance department who was the best I ve ever worked with. Colin and Jordan combined for excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me get into my new car! I would definitely recommend Basil Ford to anyone who asks and I will certainly drive to Buffalo again in the future for my car needs!!!!

Hands down the best customer service overall from the start of the buying process to the finishing of paperwork with the finance department! My salesmen Mike Thompson went above and beyond to make our car buying experience easy and made us feel at home. Not once did he make it feel as if we were just another deal. He was down to earth and made us feel welcome. Jordan in finance was exceptionally very personable
as well! He made very attempt to find us the best deal with financing to meet our budget! They have a customer for life now thanks to these two Gentleman.

I am so much happier dealing with ford instead of my previous honda. They always are very helpful, informative, and preform recalls as recommended. They dont charge for nonsense like honda did. I will be buying fords from now on- very happy with their service.

It is always difficult to rank a service shop when the biggest frustration is with a defect in the vehicle. My issue over the last few months has been with the #fordfocusclutch. Next week will be the 3rd clutch I have had replaced since January. Basil has been very pleasant to deal with over the last few month, replacing the clutch to the specs from Ford. All of the reps and shuttle drivers have been kind and understanding. The biggest issue I have with them is availability. Although they have worked with me to get my car in ASAP it is usually a struggle. Appointments aren't available within 2 to 3 weeks.

I had brought my car in for a transmission issue. Although the vehicle is shifting better and it was covered under warranty, I had another warranty concern that later on I ended up fixing my self due to the simple fact I don't really think their technicians actually took a look at the issue and instead made a diagnosis based upon what I had told them. The proper diagnosis if they would of looked into it like there paid to do would of been extremely worn out wheel bearings. Instead I was told I needed all new tires and an alignment. But I had just recently got new tires and an alignment. I believe it was just a way for basil to get money out of me. I do not recommend basil ford in Buffalo due to the fact they don't 100 go over your car but instead make diagnosis based upon your description instead of actual facts.

Unfortunately because it was not able to be determined what really happened to the mirror Basil agreed to pay half of the bill to fix it. My name is Wes Souder. I purchased a 2014 F150 end of September. It was delivered to me without floor mats so I called the sales person back and he said he was going to get back to me and it is now almost a month later and I still haven't heard back from him. I also called a week ago about my Bluetooth not woking properly and left a message with the service department manager Mike and i have still yet to hear back from him. Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW (and that's a lot of people) KNOWS HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE.

The collision shop got paint on my headlight and scratched the head light with sandpaper to try and cover it up and fender is not flush with the bumper I called today , spoke with the lady on front desk ,said all mangers left at 5 the manger who handed my keys, said to see him Monday he is aware of everything calling the insurance company tommarow morning and giving a buzz to a superior and will see you tomorrow morning any one looking at this be careful and check your vechale after any service from basil ford .. no wonder . Normally I'm happier here, but I called ahead to make an appointment to have my snow tires put back on my car, you think they would have gotten them out of storage BEFORE my appointment, especially when I told the guy I had to be someplace else afterwards, and he told me that they would. Sigh

Great customer service. Staff is very professional and very friendly. My vehicle was repaired in a reasonable time frame. One thing that should have been done is to check my tire pressure before releasing my vehicle. My tire pressure was low and I had to stop on my way home to put air in my tires. Overall I would recommend Basil Ford.

I highly recommend Basil Ford s Service Center. I had my 2015 F150 detailed inside and out, oil change, tire rotation, and some minor damage repaired. Andrew was the guy that helped me out. From beginning to end he gave outstanding customer service. He made sure to address all my concerns and then followed through upon completion. He even fixed a recall I had no idea Ford issued. Great experience overall, I m only going there for any service on my truck from now on. The truck looks brand new, no detail overlooked. Don t waste your money on those bums at Delta Sonic. You get what you pay for.

The salesperson, Tony T, took his time going over all my options about a trade-in, leasing vs buying, terms for leasing, and all sorts of extras. He answered every question with a common sense answer and then related it to car buying terms so I could fully understand what I was getting into. He was courteous, professional and funny! I have been buying Fords for 35years. Leased a vehicle for first time. Turned vehicle in a couple days before lease ended. Charged me a fee $395 . No one ever said there was fee to turn in the vehicle .Be careful when I dropped the truck off someone robbed the front bumper . Ford credit sent me a bill for $1800. Dealer took are of bumper charge then Ford credit charged me a late fee $50 additional. Ford is very sly. I guess I will look elsewhere for vehicles .

Went to buy a new car from them today, I sat down and they didn't show me any cars, just prices, wanted me to fill out a credit app, which I did and I walked away to go have a smoke outside, the guy tossed my application in the trash, when I came back in, he pulled it back out. I've never felt as disrespected in my life. I'm 23, and working on my masters, yea I may not be able to afford the most expensive car there but treat me with a little respect atleast. I honestly hope they don't treat everyone this way because that would really suck.

The body shop is terrible. Took my truck in because I have water standing inside my doors, same problem I have had since I bought the truck, and this is the third time coming back. After picking up the truck, one of the doors won t open from the inside. Had to return the next day for the repair and I m still having water inside the doors.

I bought a used vehicle there 6 months ago. The vehicle had a bad tyrod when I bought it. They apparently missed that on the inspection which makes me think they didn't do anything but run the emissions test. The vehicle wasn't detailed when I received it. The tyrod affected and ruined the wheel bearing on the same wheel and the dealership refused to replace it and didn't even offer a any type of price reduction or accepting responsibility for the problem instead telling me that I had to pay for it. No veterans discount or anything. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and If I could give it a review of less than 1 star I would.

I love my vehicle but....i was told airconditioner worked by sales man in this location it does not. I also renoted to manager Jim that I have notified him about all 3 issues several times! First hot day we got in western ny (everyone who lives here know we got jipoed of almost our entire Spring) , I recontacted manager of this lication who adviced I contact saleman. Also prior to 3 mnts of financing/owning this vehicle... & in addition too bad air conditioner I notified Jim(badil ford Cheektawaga location) that breaks and rotors are bad in front. No way I did that. Jim told me hes gone till June 15th, and to renotify sales rep. So I did!! He said (as in Jim) he should look after his peoe. So I did! Sales rep replied like this ..car is old thats why A/C does not work.I said," but you told me it did."then he quoted me $430.00 for breaks and rotors. I reied that "430.00 is way to high just got vehicle "and told him ""that is not looking after his people. If I were told the truth when I asked in second or tbird question if airconditioner worked, that would have been a deal breaker I would have declined and or switched out!"They fixed front rotors and breaks in which they should have. However did not honor their word and did not fix airconditioner in which they should have. I also noted to them I have medical problems in which no A/C maked them way worse. Still no positive results. Bottom line is, I am financing a vehicle under falsr pretences and I am not giving in until they honor thrir word or switch a vehicle no older that 2010 and, same quality model and makeexcluding bad aitconditioner.

This is the second time that I leased a Ford Escape from Basil and I am very pleased with the way a customer is treated at the Walden location. From the minute you walk through the door there is a friendly person to greet you. All the associates are well informed and very pleasant to deal with. They work hard to meet the customers needs.I would recommend Basil to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. I have always dealt with Leon Arrington and look forward to working with him again he is a very capable
and informed as well as polite and friendly. I feel comfortable with him finding me the right auto to suit my needs.This is the place to go if you want to get a car!!

Extremely disappointed in the sales process and lack of knowledge on the vehicles being presented. I was looking to purchase a used 2011 F350 and was told no prior damage and that the Carfax was clean. Price was negotiated and I had an appointment to come look/buy this truck. I am aware of "buyer beware" so I also ordered a loss history report. There was not only one but TWO physical damage accidents for this vehicle totaling over $6,700 in damage they either were not going to disclose or did such a poor job of researching this vehicle they had no clue (FYI: Comp loss in 08/2013 for $1,494 and a collision loss in 07/2014 for $5,242). I understand the dealership is not responsible for what does or doesn t show up on the Carfax but shame on them for not doing any other research before they utter the words clean vehicle in an attempt to fool you. If a dealership is not doing everything they can to be honest and ensure they give you a safe and reliable vehicle that your family will be riding in, why would you give them your hard earned money? I know I won t be.

Horrible dealership was told one price over the phone got there, looked at the car, liked the car and made a reasonable offer, ($800) less than what they were asking, was informed that they price the cars based on market and didnt have that much mark up, followed by oh sorry the new price on the car is 2k higher than before due to market changes and spring being here. ( I was looking at a summer toy) so not much mark up but in a course of a week it jumped 2k due to nice weather, yeah okay shady dealership buyers beware !

I am generally not the type to leave a poor review, but I am ashamed to say that I ve done business here. I dropped my truck off at 830am to change tires that were bad when the truck was sold to me. I didn t receive the truck back until 5pm, some issues occurred that I understood (all 4 tires were done and they ran over a screw and needed to replace the tire (again)). Got into the truck, the inside was extremely dirty from the technician, my steering wheel was covered in grease and oil all over my seats...Then I get home to figure out they put the wrong size tires on my truck. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! The only positive of this visit is that Aaron was friendly and understanding of my frustration.

Today I went to Basil just to look at a car I saw online. I test drove one car and I decided to go through with purchasing the car. After sometime I get called into the finance managers office who had good and bad news... after test driving another car a few years newer than my old car, I was in love with the car!!! Although my payments went up; nothing on Basils part, I drove away in a new fully loaded Ford Fusion and I couldn't be happier!!! Working with Miro and Jordan today was a good experience!!!! Thank you Basil!!!
