My name is Wes Souder. I purchased a 2014 F150 end of September. It was delivered to me without floor mats so I called the sales person back and he said he was going to get back to me and it is now almost a month later and I still haven't heard back from him. I also called a week ago about my Bluetooth not woking properly and left a message with the service department manager Mike and i have still yet to hear back from him. Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW (and that's a lot of people) KNOWS HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE.
