I had a great experience working with basil ford. From the salesman Mike T to the GM Frank, everyone had my interests in mind and were not pushing their own agendas. They listened to what I said I wanted and were able to deliver. The customer experience was incredible from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to speak to Basil. The A+ service I recieved has guaranteed repeat business from me and my family/friends.

I pulled in to the Quick lane late in the day and asked for a state inspection plus oil change. Andrew took care of everything and gave me a complimentary carwash to. Nice chairs and a big screen TV in the waiting room and all you can eat popcorn.
I always get my car serviced here.

The experience I had with Basil Ford was top notch. I had to go out of the Rochester area to find what I wanted. Colin Rose worked the figures and got me the best price. The deal was easy and done mostly via email and text. The deal was worked out and left pending a test drive. The test drive went awesome and I drove my new 2020 F150 home that day. The Finance Department was easy to deal with and helpful. They got me the best rate possible. Thanks for making the new truck purchase easy. I'd reccomend you guys to my friends even though you are an hour away.

My vehicle was backed into while I was at work and not in it. I took it to Basil Ford for the repairs. From start to finish, Mark in the collision shop was extremely helpful, especially when dealing with the other party's insurance company. I would highly recommend going there. Was in today for an oil change and inspection. There was some confusion on my part regarding my extended warranty and service plan. It was upsetting to say the least. The service manager went above and beyond my expectations and I left feeling great. If only all things were as simple as dealing with that gentleman. Thanks for making my month!!!

Great service by the guys at Basil!! I needed my key remote programmed to my Ford Flex and a stone chip in the windshield fixed. Mark Pronobis the colision manager got both items taken care of in a very timely manner!!

If I could give this place no stars I would! I Have had my 2011 Equinox for 2 years last month. I ve had the engine go twice in one year! (Bought the car from basil resale, wouldn t recommend) Basil Ford had my car to replace the engine and ended up damaging the outside of my car and when I confronted them about it, the service manager told my husband and I that it was not his problem . They have replaced things without telling me and charging me for some of them. They also cracked my radiator causing my car to overheat. When I took it back to them for this problem they told me there was air in the coolent line and that it was nothing. Come to find out, they found the crack and tried to repair it with glue and never told me! They also never replaced the bolts for the engine and transmission mounts. So I could have dropped them at anytime. My new mechanic deemed my car unsafe to drive due to fords negligence. Save yourself the future problems and go somewhere else!!!

Took my truck there for repairs after being rear ended ----- They claimed they repaired all damages to my truck that were involved ----- but that is not the case ------ my truck still has damages that were never fixed --but was charged for as well as parts -----THEY COMMITTED INSURANCE FRAUD ---I HAVE ALL THE PICTURES AND EVIDENCE ---- DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR REPAIRS IN COLLISION SHOP --- THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME --- I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR WITH THESE CROOKS . THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY LIED ABOUT WORK BEING DONE --THE OTHER WAS A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT THAT WAS NEVER DONE AFTER WAITING HOURS FOR IT ON A SUNDAY .

Basil has great customer service. The sales and finance people are great not pushy and they have quality products. Got a flat and broke some parts covered by their warranty and they fixed it right up. There is Quick lane just pull inside and see service agent. There is a nice waiting area with complimentary snacks and drinks. They have a free shuttle service that will take you and pick you up. I wonder if they would drop you off at the Galleria mall and pick you up later. There is also a store inside for all your car needs. I ve had nothing but good experiences from all the different departments. There is a full service collision department that will work with anyone. Just stop in and see what they have.

It took 2 1/2 for them to put tires on. I bought tires from them because they said they would store them and put them on in spring and fall for no charge. Well they charged me $87. Also wanted an oil change and wanted the full synthetic they said it would be $75-$100, seems like a big range. I told them I would get it done elsewhere because my usual mechanic charges me $55. Counter person didn t seem like he knew what he was doing.

Service is always excellent. The moment I went in the Service Dept, Andrew always says hi and directs me to where I had to go. When I picked up my Explorer, Ed was also great! Explained what was done and just overall great service

My wife and I had a good experience at Basil Ford. They had the car that we were interested in all cleaned up and looking good. Our sales person Josh was very nice and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

From their website and looking around their lot they have a good selection. Came here to buy a Mustang, salesman Josh was great and I had my car the next day. Prices here are competitive and after sales support is good.

I would like to update this review, one year into ownership I've come here for service and have seen only professional behavior from the employees here. Just recently notably I was comped for "The Works" service, I was quoted 2 hours and the Quick Lane was busy, so it took closer to 3 hours. I understand things happen and would rather they take their time and not rush, so I said nothing about it. Without any complaints my asking, the service person at the desk waived the charge for the oil change and inspection! They've earned a repeat customer from me.

Wish I could give no stars because this dealership is terrible with sales! Went in last Thursday interested in a vehicle. Wasn't asked for any personal info...date of birth, SS number, etc. Financing numbers came back a bit high. Had a few concerns with maintenance...no one was very sympathetic. Offered to put money down to hold vehicle...was told it wasn't necessary they would hold it. Received call Friday morning from a lady asking how our visit was. Expressed same concerns with her...she states she will have salesman call me. Monday morning I received call from salesman...called him back...no answer...texted him later afternoon...no response. Call dealership spoke with another salesman who reassures me I would get a call shortly. Well shortly came and after about fifteen minutes he tells me he will make it easy for me because the vehicle was sold... EARLIER TODAY!!! Seriously...no one knew that? No one called? Wow. Never once were we offered to look at other vehicles or offered any options. I am so upset about the way this was handled. Zero communication...total waste of time! Maybe Chevy will want my money.

I have the maintance plan for my ford. I took my car in today and it took me 2.5 hours for an oil change...

Jeremy was very knowledgeable in providing everything I needed and requested. They all were polite and patient with me and i thank GOD for them because I'm so happy to have my car fixed.

I had a car inspection done that day. I got a friendly welcome and had fast service.

Awful experience. Not even sure what I paid for at this point. Told one amount due then showed up to get my vehicle and my bill was a different amount. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I m so used to being screwed over by even my own dealership back home in Virginia that when I came to basil for my first NY state inspection I was prepared for the worst. Jose and the team not only made it a super easy experience with my inspection but they also went above and beyond by putting on my NY plates and all the stickers in the right place, topping off all my fluids, and giving my snow dirty car a wash! All in under an hour and for $21. Amazing!

It was a bit of a wait but well worth it. Everybody was nice and waiting room was comfortable.They even offered me a ride home if I wanted it . Very satisfied. Jose was the person who took care of me and was great about keeping me up to date of when I d be done.

After years of frustrating service at a different dealership who only got my business due to proximity the service center from Basil Ford has earned my business moving forward. I been buying my vehicle from ford for many years that say it all

Took new escape x3 in for service on a sensor light that kept going on. It took three appointments before they fixed it.. Also same vehicle in for my FREE OIL CHANGE and sat there 4 1/2 hours.. NOT worth my time. When I called service manager Debra she was going to look into it and get back to me.. Never heard from her, but that is okay because there is no excuse for me sitting there that long. Will never buy lease or service a car at Basil Ford on Walden Ave.

Basil Ford on Walden is the best dealership I ve been to anywhere in the USA. They were not pushy, very helpful, and found me exactly what I wanted. They truly give the best deals. I would send my mom in there that s how great they are! I can t wait to buy another truck from them again.

This is a much cheaper car however the prices are similar to better cars this will be my last option

Last year I had my car break down and my pregnant wife & I needed a reliable vehicle ASAP. We visited Basil Ford on Walden Ave not sure if we wanted to buy or lease, I had no idea if I wanted a car, SUV, or maybe even a truck.
We asked to speak with someone in finance so we could look at and compare our options. I've honestly never felt more comfortable in making a purchase and I've experienced some horror stories with cars in the past. We ended up sitting with Paul in his office who laid out several options for us without there being any unecessary pressure felt whatsoever. Once we determined that we would be better suited to lease for 2 years and then potentially buy next time around, we next focused on how much of a downpayment vs. monthly payments and compared some different possibilities.
Must have been the easiest day ever for the sales guy, b/c we already had a car picked out before leaving Paul's office. The salesman was very patient though and encouraged us to take a ride to assure we were comfortable with our choice.
We asked lots of questions and even had some kind of expert with the Microsoft Sync technology walk us through anything and everything we weren't sure of. We ended up getting a Ford Escape and my only regret is that we didn't try for the very cool green color vs. the red we happened to like that day.
I'm not sure if car dealerships as a whole have changed since the last time I made a purchase or if this shop was indeed unique, but I've already sent several friends there b/c I felt like I was treated so well. I'll be back for sure!

My service was Inspection and Oil Change. I was very satisfied with the service, however, I was disappointed with that I waited 2.5 hrs for my service via Quick Lane. In the past, I was always in and out in a much shorter time frame in the Quick Lane.

Was told when dropped off car they would wash it . NOT DONE when told car would be dine in 3 hours I called andvjt was asked for a ride back took 2 hours to be picked up. And 1 hour after I found out by my calling the service advisor called to say car was done

Andrew was very courteous I had a nail in my tire in a place where it couldn t be patch. He had to order a new tire. My spare tire was place on they kept the tire with the nail so when I came back the next day all they had to do was put the new tire on . Customer service was excellent

Helped purchase a car for a friend. Joseph did a great job with the transaction and their service department did a great job correcting the minor issues found before the sale. I would feel good about going back for an other vehicle from this dealership.

Recently purchased a new 2013 Ford Escape from Basil Ford. Ron Kopecki helped me pick out the right one and landed me an incredible deal. We had no clue walking in there we would be buying a vehicle and driving it home that day! We really enjoy our new vehicle and will be be back. Ron was VERY helpful and still has been even AFTER the purchase! He sold my dad a new truck exactly 1 year to the date of my purchase also. I will be back and the next time I need a vehicle, Ron will be the first to know.

Jose is great! He really cares about his service customers and tries to be realistic about feasibility when a few issues arise. Friendly and makes you feel like his only customer.

The other team members I have dealt with have also been very good to me though I feel I wait longer.

The staff was friendly enough, but the prices at the service shop are ridiculous. I've known mechanics that are quick to rip people off in anyway possible who don't charge that much.

Took longer than I was quoted by over an hour so docking one star for that but everyone I interacted with was really great and helpful. I'm sure I'll be back.

They were great. My sons car broke down across the street from them and they went over got it started and brought it back over and fixed it for us even though it ran past their quiting time. I can not say enough good things about Basil Ford!!!!!
