I placed an order, checked the delivery time well to get the gifts in time before leaving, had to arrive Tuesday through BTR. I call Tuesday they tell me it will arrive on Wednesday. I call Wednesday and nothing, the package not only has not yet arrived to them but moreover an operator (male voice) first makes me a lecture because I do not have the order number (the operator of the day before had asked me only the name and address) and then badly tells me that the package will not arrive today and before I can explain to him that I leave the following week (so it would be useless to send it in the following days) puts down the phone. Recall again, an operator responds that at least this time tells me that they still do not have the package and make sure it is sent to me next week. I've been ordering things online for years, but this is the first time this has happened (I called the Bologna office). Truly an unpleasant and frustrating experience, from now on I will no longer use sites that use BTR for deliveries.
