Painful and scandalous service, shipment stopped for 2 days, waiting to be sent to the Foligno branch but for some strange reason it remains there.
I call to be able to pick it up in person I am told no x there are more than 5000 packages and it would take too long to find mine !!
I wonder what ca @@ or logistics there is in that place, how ca @@ or work ??
Shipping departed from Jesi on 20 Dec between the 2 branches there are 100km away, and you cannot deliver for the absurd 24 you close.
All staff should be reviewed or work, or at home.
I highly recommend checking the various reviews of your branches around the country, otherwise you will soon close.
