Until some time ago Brt was one of the few serious and reliable couriers ... lately it has been getting worse and worse they have even lost a parcel that was delivered in tracking !!!! Although she went to the branch in person and I was told that the package is not known where it ended, if I go to check the tracking they continue to reschedule the delivery for the next day !!!!! I don't know what they are doing, but if the package has been lost I don't understand how they can deliver it !!!! Very disappointed by all this but also by the fact that they make you stay at home waiting for a delivery that does not arrive and that they tell you only at the end of the day that the delivery was not possible !!!!! I really hope things can improve because if it has to work worse and worse I will be forced to make purchases on the internet only from sellers who do not use brt as a courier !!!!!!
