Have been waiting weeks fory delivery date. Then the day before it was supposed to be delivered they called and pushed it by 4 days. Waiting for my delivery has put me nearly 2 weeks behind my work

I have had a great experience with Barry Bennett. I had a couple of hiccups at the start but Daniel sorted it all as quickly as possible. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. He is a real asset to Barry Bennett and I certainly advise others to use your services.

Absolutely fantastic service from Barry Bennett. Since the day I placed my order and to date, I have not come across a single problem with the whole team. From the ordering team to the technical support, they are all thoroughly professional. I upgraded my machine with them and they gave me a very reasonable price as compared to other DSA providers. Also I came across few technical issues and those were fixed very professionally. Sam from the ordering department and John from the technical support have been absolutely wonderful. Keeping in view my conditions, I have peace of mind and highly recommend their services. Thank you all.

We had a technical issue following receipt of software and hardware from Barry Bennett. The technical team were really knowledgable, polite and happy to help.
We had to get in contact with The management team who were really helpful and compassionate, and responded quickly and effectively with our issue.
We are up and running again and can t thank the team enough for all they have done.
Would highly recommend Barry Bennett.

Horrendous company, was expecting an engineer to come and deliver some equipment. did not bother contacting me, had taken the day off and instead it was a wasted day as he did not arrive or make any effort to let me know he wont be arriving. Scheduling team were on lunch so would not answer either (pretty much all day) - i got a call to say they cannot get hold of the engineer and that my equipment probably wont be delivered on the agreed day and i will get a phone call later in the evening for an update. did not get anything. Also delivery was expected on a friday so with offices being closed on the weekend, no one bothered contacting me about the delivery. Absolute shambles.

The support is just awful they are disorganized and they clearly don't have enough staff on the phones as your lucky to get through if you call a minute after a missed call from them. I have absolutely no idea how they have maneged to pull of a contract with the government for DSA /Student Finance. They take ages to email you if you've got a query. Overall not happy

No professional stuff the customer service take long to process your issue and I had been waiting for some delivery over three months after all I received the all wrong item twice this is for disability issue and that stuff doesn t care about your customers

Paid extra for a set of headphones which had been sent in the wrong colour, have been trying to arrange an exchange but 3 months on and I've given up. Hate to do a negative review but I am out of pocket with bright blue headphones that actually ended up costing more than retail price.

Barry Bennett Ltd is an excellent service provider. They delivered on time or before time the equipment I needed. The gentleman that came to advise/support and guide me through the iMac sessions was very professional. All of the contact I have had from BB Ltd has been second to none. I am truly pleased to award 5 stars to a great company and some really wonderful people. Many thanks! I am very grateful. I wish Government departments had the same level of customer service and care as demonstrated by Barry Bennett Ltd.

I have had a bad experience with this company. They are very disorganised and unprofessional. As a adult with learning difficulties it is hard to get your head around new technology. It does not help when they send the wrong links to the on line training sessions. It does not help when the links they email to the training sessions do not work. It does not help when you cant get hold off them to sort issues out. My advice would be to avoid this company if you can they are poor at organisation and communication.

Sadly no stars was not an option. The level of disorganisation and lack of contact of this company has been truly shocking.
Firstly it took over a month and half to even hear anything regarding my broken laptop. After i called the repairs department many time with no answer i called a different depart only for them to tell me that the repairs office don't pick up their phone.
Secondly they were unable to fix my laptop or transfer any of the data off of it, my laptop had a broken keyboard, all they had to do was simply connect a wireless keyboard and mouse for them to do this. This is somthing i wish to do as the laptop has a vast amount of personal data but they refuse to send my old laptop back! Although Jack Taylor did say he would get someone in contact with me (over three weeks ago ) but of course I have heard nothing.
I am at a complete loss at what to do and feel very helpless because there is simply no communication.

So pleased with this company! Thank you to Daniel for all the support and answering millions of questions, Sayyad from tech support for being so calm and knowledgeable when talking me through some confusing -to me- stuff, Katie for being lovely when I asked a very silly question... She had already provided the info I was asking about and was kind in how she explained that, so I didn t feel stupid! Ashley and Joanne from accounts for being so quick to answer calls and to respond with the info I needed. Really lovely company, that obviously look after its staff. Thanks again!

The Experience with Barry Bennett Ltd has been an absolute pleasure. The thought of university with a disability is tough enough, and until my assessment I had no idea of the help and technology that Barry Bennett had to offer. The laptop I have recieved due to my disability, well I am beyond impressed. The training I have recieved for the programmes I was given, again has been superb. I would 100% recommend these services to any student with a disability who may be apprehensive to apply because of the team and engineers at Barry Bennett I can now go to university knowing my laptop is fully insured with all the programmes I need personally for my studies. I cannot thank you all enough.

Unhelpful and useless...they took my laptop that was for my dsa to have it health checked and I was told it was booked in for that day, I called them a week later to be told it would be done at some point that week, called again the end of the week to be told it was done was just waiting for it to be approved...I waited called again and was told they needed a form with a certain reference number, had to call the dsa team to get it sorted...it has been 3 weeks since they took my laptop to be sorted out...they never informed me of what information would be needed when it was being checked. They did not give me a time frame of how long it would be gone for. They have caused me more stress and problems then my learning disabilities I have the laptop for

My son ordered a laptop from here and paid to upgrade. Absolutely awful service, majority of reception staff are rude and unhelpful. They force you to take out insurance policies. Use a different supplier.

This company are so disorganised. Have been waiting months for much needed equipment and no one from this team ever picks up the phone or answers my e-mails. Been told I ve been e-mailed regarding my equipment, but have not once received an e-mail. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Their phone lines are NEVER open - you can call them 50 times at varying points in the day during opening hours and you ll get the same voicemail (we re receiving loads of calls etc - this is false because no one ever gets through).

When you do EVENTUALLY leave a voicemail they never get back to you and you re left with emailing them and HOPING they ll reply within 2 weeks.

When they do eventually get back to you, they ll say that they ll send a confirmation email but that never happens! I had to email twice to get a confirmation . It s truly the most frustrating thing I ve had to deal with.

I mean, it s a joke. This company REALLY needs to fix up their communication because frankly I get more of a response from my dog.

Absolute joke. 200 quid contribution for a laptop that broke after one week. Tried calling up leaving messages and no one returns calls. Two weeks till I hand my dissertation and still not heard from them. How have these Cowboys got the government dsa contracts?
