I have a Mercedes-Benz dealership roughly 4 miles from my house, yet I choose to drive 65 miles to Bobby Rahal Motorcar s. I don t do this for any one particular reason, but the entire experience, from sales to service. At Bobby Rahal I am always treated well, and their pricing on new vehicles is extremely competitive. With every new purchase I always deal with John Johnson. You won t find a nicer sales person to deal with.

Great car buying experience. Jason and I emailed back and forth for over a month before I even went in for a test drive. He was very patient, and never pushy, and once I did go in for the test drive he answered every question I had. But the best experience was how special the dealership made you feel upon purchase. I can t say enough how great I felt leaving the dealership, and best of all I didn t spend any more than I was quoted by my existing dealer for not nearly as nice a car.

If you are looking at being treated like a Queen or King, Bobby Rahal s is the place to go to buy a new car. From the time I entered and greeted, test driving the Mercedes GLS 450, purchasing and picking up my new Benz. As a cancer survivor and single mother, I don t often treat myself to luxuries and let me just saw that I m so glad I did. It was a surprise for my son and they made picking it up a special occasion. They had a large cover over it and a huge red bow on the hood. When Kabby pulled it off my son was like What? Needless to say we are both superb excited . I m so grateful that Bella brought me here. Best car buying experience every. And the video we got of my sons face is priceless. I give them 10 stars!!!
We recently purchased a GLS 450 from Bobby Rahal in Wexford. This is our first Mercedes and we were really looking for specifics around the customizable options. Brian was fantastic in helping us understand what was customizable and understanding each feature. We decided to order a GLS straight from the factory. Then COVID-19 decided it was going to completely ruin our plans which resulted in our order being cancelled. Brian and his team at Bobby Rahal worked and negotiated trades with other dealers until they found us a car that met our requirements. The car is beautiful and the technology in this car is beyond anything we anticipated. We are very happy with our decision to purchase the GLS and even happier to have a team we can trust at Bobby Rahal.

Our experience of purchasing a formerly leased Mercedes at Bobby Rahal (Pittsburgh) started at 5 stars, but unfortunately dwindled down to a 2 out of 5 once our transaction was finally completed, weeks after we had left the dealership. Submitting the loan information online was quick and easy, and that was the best part of the experience. Working with salespersons can already be challenging and tedious, due to their chameleon like nature and efforts to woo you into a sale. Bob's mirroring attempts were rather off putting, stating that he turned down a scholarship to engineering school to be a car salesman, because he was too smart. This only knocked the experience down to a 4 out of 5, this is expected at dealerships, even though it is annoying. Filling out the paperwork went as usual and there seemed to be no issues. Upon getting the car home, I noticed some scratches on the lower side of the car as well as a scrape on the bumper, which was also loose. I did a closer examination of the photos of the car on the website and noticed you could actually see the scrapes and scratches in the photos. Around the same time, Bob reached out to inform my husband and myself that he had missed a few signature spots on the paperwork and he would need to mail it to us to be completed and sent back. I told him about the issues with the vehicle and he insisted that I somehow hit something or was hit in 2 different places without realizing it, while it had been parked. We found this extremely rude and definitely not the response you would expect to get from a luxury car dealership. After having exchanged multiple texts about the scratches and paperwork, Bob became progressively less helpful and rude. Eventually, I had a third party, who is a professional videographer and photographer, examine the photos on the website and the photos that I had taken, even with different lighting and angles, they were able to spot the imperfections and even mark them in comparison photos. After viewing the photos, Bob finally admitted that yes, they did not properly go over the car like they should have once it was turned in by the previous owner. Instead, choosing to do a quick turn around and get the car back off the lot. After many rude calls and texts, I told Bob to stop contacting me. That once the car was repaired, he would receive this paperwork. Bob insisted on continuing to call and text my husband and myself, refusing to pass this issue onto his manager and even feeling the need to tell me how rude and inappropriate my language was. After 2 more weeks of this, the car was finally picked up to be taken back to the dealership for repairs. The person who picked the car up asked to be shown the spots with the scratches and scrapes and he had no problems viewing them in the sunlight and marked them all down for repair. After another week, I finally got my car back, cleaned and repaired, as it should have been when we made the purchase. We had previously purchased a BMW in Kentucky, BMW strives for excellence in every single thing they do, even when it comes to something as small as the snacks in their waiting area. We were expecting the exact same or even a better experience with Mercedes, and Bobby Rahal's failed miserably. My daughter even purchased a new Kia from a Kia dealership 2 weeks after our Mercedes purchase and she was treated amazingly and her salesman went above and beyond for her. After the month long ordeal that we've had with Bob, we would never recommend this dealership to anyone. With all of these issues, management did not reach out once, giving us the impression that they didn't care or that Bob didn't tell them about these issues. Bob spent weeks sending harassing texts and calls, in an attempt to save the dealership $250 in repairs that they ended up doing anyway. We drove over an hour from Ohio to the Pittsburgh dealership because of the name and expected service. Anyone in the market for a Mercedes, please take the time to drive to one of the other luxury dealers in the area, the drive will be worth the lack of stress.

Over many years I have purchased quite a few new vehicles....With that being said, I will tell you that dealing with Bobby Rahal Motors has been a great experience. Pete Bovi and the entire staff and service department could have not been any more courteous and helpful. Over all I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new or previously owned vehicle it would be in their best interest to stop by Bobby Rahal Motorcar. I got there at 8am for recall that was supposed to take 20min. I also told them to fix the emergency brake. Three hours later they told me it was not even looked at yet. I said l would wait. After about an hour they told me they would have to order a part for the emergency brake and could they keep it for 2days. I said no ,I would come back when they got the part.
My experience with Rahal for the purchase of my new GLA was wonderful -- easy from start to finish. Brian Darcangelo provided excellent service, was very knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on the available options at the end of my lease. I appreciate all that he did. It is the second vehicle we have purchased from him. I love my new car.

I have been a customer of Rahal Mercedes for many years. Their service has never disappointed. They seem to always go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Their pickup and drop off service is also extremely convenient, and it's nice they offer that for even the little things like oil changes. I'm 45 minutes away, so it is a tremendous time saver.

John Johnson exceeded all my expectations! He even delivered both cars to my house and he had everything ready to sign and go! Drove 2 hours to get the car that I called about and they sold it 30 minutes before I arrived. Sales lady said she didn t have my number to call me! Never offered an apology or even tried to propose an alternate car. Really bad business practice. Not very ethical!

I recently traded in my 2014 E350 4matic Mercedes Benz in at the Bobby Rahal Wexford location and it was a wonderful experience. Having been to the Baum Blvd location and dealing with Elishea ( she s the best ! ) and JT (he s awesome too ) I kinda figured it would be top notch. And I was right . They made me feel very comfortable and taken care of . From Nicole greeting me to Josh helping me with my transaction to Roger being more than fair and Kim explaining everything thoroughly to Tyler meeting me at my new purchase I was given first class treatment . Everyone was very cool and down to earth and friendly . It went smooth and easy . Honestly it was a lot of fun . I am usually apprehensive entering a car dealership but I ve been to 2 of Bobby Rahal motorcar company locations and can t speak highly enough of my experience. Buying a used 2010 Mini Cooper Clubman S through Chris Shrieve was an excellent experience. I live in Wisconsin, and Chris handled all communication quickly and professionally. He lead the process of buying long distance so smoothly, going above and beyond so that when we flew in to get the car, everything was set. The car was represented honestly and thoroughly, and we loved driving it back from Pittsburgh to Wisconsin. WORST customer service in 2017!!! My locks, all of a sudden, stopped working! So even though I usually go to Mercedes-Benz Pittsburgh, I decide (because of schedule) to go to 10701 Perry Highway. My AMG was almost immediately took in for service! After approximately 30 minutes, service personnel, comes to me and proceeds to explain what could "potentially" be the problem! I am thinking that he is about to get my authorization to fix the issue! But THIS GUY, gives me SIX pages of diagnostics, then tells me it would take him about 3-4 hours to pinpoint the problem and where "I" should start searching for the problem at! When I "sarcastically" repeated what he said: "So, I should check the doors first for leaks!" He tells me yes!!! I did not know that I was taking my AMG in to be told what MIGHT be wrong! I THOUGHT that I brought my AMG to you to FIX! I THOUGHT that is why I had this $1000 cash in my pocket, PLUS my visa card for any extra! But instead, I was charged $63.11 and sent on my way with SIX PAGES of MAYBES!!! Guess I will NEVER go here again!

I wish they have worst than one star, because this place honestly nothing but a rip off. I never did a review before but I really Hope people will see this and pick other car dealers to deal with. They will always charge you more in this place, they ve charged me for things I never requested and never had issues with, so please always watch your invoice very carefully! Hope this place learn and try to be honest if not hope you lose business like you lost mine.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Gee for the purchase of my first Mercedes Benz. His knowledge and demeanor were exactly what I was looking for in a salesperson. I was never pressured. Bob made the entire process comfortable and easy. I feel like I purchased from a dealership that will do their best to keep my car performing at a high level for a long time. Be sure to tour the facility as it s impressive how neat and orderly each department appears to be. I ve never seen a garage area so clean. I would say the combination of the salesperson and the impressive nature of the dealership and their facilities is what set Rahal apart from their local competition. My wife has been a BMW person for over 20 years. She was also so impressed with how things went for me that she is close to purchasing her own MB. We just can t say enough at this point.
