I love BMW but have been very disappointed with the recent service at the Meriam location. I just changed 4 tires in Nov/Dec 2017, we have driven for 8000 miles and now just taken the car for normal maintenance and was told that we need to replace the two front tires since the alignment is off (due to front tires are slightly cupped) is off which causes a rotational thumping noise. My concern is that when the replaced the 4 tires, they did not do good job at alignment and now causing this problem and causes the consumer more money. They want $1100 for the 2 front tires with alignment. They blamed it on us driving and caused the misalignment. This is a BMW X6. Very disappointment now.

Clearly a lack of communication and management in this place. Talked with a salesman for 8 hours throughout the day and told him I was coming in that night. Got a loan approved through my bank, drove 2 hours to get the loan approved, then to the dealership. Only to find out they sold the car AFTER I told the salesman my loan was approved and that I was coming in that night to pick it up. Walked in there with a $25,000 check and signed 8 papers before they told me "Sorry, car is sold." Terrible way to treat someone and the best they could say was "This happens a lot." That's a terrible way to treat people and a terrible way to do business. Take your business to someone more professional.

Salesman said they would fix it called to have it repaired no response from manager or GM or saleman Their was no hail discloser. Buyer beware. I am hoping they will fix the issue but it s been 2 months no help. I hope this will help the next customer before they purchase

John Naegele was great to work with. He was very professional and took time to explain the differences between the vehicles. He had an excellent route planned for the test drive so I was able to get the feel of the vehicle. Once the purchase was complete John spent time reviewing the features of my specific vehicle. The venue itself is beautiful & very comfortable. I was offered refreshments multiple times during my two visits. Overall a nice experience and I will definitely refer friends to John when they need a new car. Thank you!

My first Baron BMW experience did not turn out how I thought it would. Not all bad my salesperson was polite and got back in a timely manner. They did give a fair trade-in value. My issue was with the poor or lack of correct information. I was given coupon for $1000 and then said I cant use it. 1st quote they placed a $1495 Pro Pack fee asked why because 95% of customers want this? Rebate on quote $2500 was told today if wanted rebate had to go trough BMW finance; I was paying cash. I had to stop the madness after 3 Quote's numerous texts and emails. So I did though disappointed with all time and effort wasted. I will get that X3 someday.

I recently bought a 2010 Jaguar XFR that Baron BMW had taken in on trade. I was able to work out everything on the phone with Frank & Steve ahead of time. Living in DFW, I had to fly in to pick up the car and was picked up by my sales rep, Frank at the airport. They had my car detailed with a full tank of gas and I was out of the dealership in about an hour. The dealership is a nice facility and the staff was very professional throughout the entire transaction.

Brandon was great. He answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all. He did an excellent jog. After the purchase we realized twice that we had forgotten something in our car we traded in. I called him both time and he was able to find the items and pull them out for us without any problems. I would definitely recommend him and Baron BMW to my friends.

I walked away with information about how I can fix my current car up and make owning it even more painless and fun. They made a process that is usually painful go amazingly well. Tony worked us in today to repair a faulty rear taillight prior to a cross country trip. He also recommended we have a recall item replaced. Throughout my wait Tony and the mechanic kept me informed of progress and options for doing the repair. Time in to time out was 2 hours. Very satisfied.

UPDATE. Received call from General Manager to fix problem, and with his apologies. I think you find out more about a business when something goes wrong. One thing ruined an otherwise great experience, but management listened and fixed it. 5 stars.

Very unhappy. Bought a used Hyundai just to find out at checkout that there was only one key. Expensive hassle for something (I think reasonably) assumed would be disclosed during the sales process. There are just 2 things you can't see for yourself on a used car - (1) history / prior structural damage (they gave me a carfax) and (2) whether the other key is back at the shop. Either the salesman didn't know what he was selling or purposely omitted that information. In hindsight I should have asked but as someone who buys a car every 5 to 6 years don't have a standard checklist in my pocket. For a dealer like Baron to pull that kind of stuff is pretty bad.

Rayan Awad is top notch and as professional as they come in the automobile sales industry. We never felt pushed into something we didn't feel comfortable with and he and his staff worked diligently to meet our needs and wishes. They understand that buying a great car with impeccable safety ratings as well as all of the plush creature comforts is invaluable but means nothing if personal budgets and finances are not in sync with the incoming purchase of the vehicle. Rayan and the entire sales team went out of their way to find a happy medium in the financing of the car.

When the deal was done, Rayan and his team went out of their way to ensure we would be leaving the lot with not only a clean and beautiful looking machine but one we could also understand how to operate. The one on one time with one of the geniuses really helped in visually learning the instruments and I was impressed with the level of patience. The dealership as a whole is beautiful and very pristine looking. It is worth paying a visit to look at let alone purchase a vehicle. Can't wait for my next service visit just so I can go back.

Would I recommend Baron BMW or Rayan Awad to someone interested in purchasing a beautifully German Crafted dream machine? My answer would be an emphatic yes on both counts!

Scheduled a test drive with Matthew Coles and on that day I asked couple questions about the car before I arrived which he didn't answer, just told me the car is at the shop, getting new tires. So he didn't even mention I wouldn't be able to test drive it. Couple hours later the listing was gone and I was never informed about what happened. Very unprofessional and dishonest way to treat customers.

We had been talking about upgrading our car to a Mini but we weren't sure what we wanted. When we went in to Baron Mini, we were helped by Collin. He was very nice and didn't pressure us into the sale. Since we live 600 miles away he didn't even think we would buy anything but he still took the time to answer all our questions and show us each car so we could decide which one would suit us best. He knew everything there is to know about all of the cars that they offer and was able to answer any question about them. When we decided on one, we were able to think over the pricing options and come back the next morning with our decision. The financing guy, Nick, helped us understand what add-ons were available to us and which ones would work well in our budget. Even after we came back home with our new car, Collin has continued to be very helpful; he checked to ensure that we didn't have any questions about the car and asked us how the drive back was. We would go back and buy another car from Baron if we could even though it's 600 miles from where we are. I highly recommend Baron Mini.

They even offered to turn the heat on for me when one of the agents noticed I moved seats to sit by the window where the sun was coming in. My service agent Greg was very kind and helpful. I had a really great experience, start to finish. My salesmen, Max, really went out of his way to truly listen to, and understand, my unique situation. He made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. I know the pre-owned manager, although I did not meet him, worked his butt off in that back office to make my deal work . Finally, my F&I manager, Nick, completely blew me away. That guy managed to secure a deal that truly seemed too good to be true; lowering my payment, rate, term, and paying off an upside down trade in, while somehow managing to roll in a warranty as well. Very Impressive. My pre owned BMW 750li xdrive drives and shows like its brand new and never fails to put a huge smile on my face whether Im getting in or out. BARON BMW exceeded ALL of my expectations and embody what a luxury car buying experience should be. Thanks again guys!

They need more help. One manager did try to help but overworked and not enough hours in a day. Customer Service was lacking. We had issues with financing department. We were supposed to get a lower rate and the guy kept telling us no. It was later rectified but after I kept following up. It was a mess. Don t expect quality customer service after purchase. Once your purchase is made, that s it.

I want to start off by saying that my salesman was excellent. I was trying to by a cpo 2017 m240i xdrive over the phone for 2 days. We had gotten to the point where my cousin went out there to look at the car because I am out of state and we had started negotiations. The manager who was handling the decision decided to sell the car to another salesman while mine was busy with a client. This is the same manager that had my details on there desk and was making those negotiation decisions.I was literally 1 phone call away from closing the deal and the manager sold the car anyways. I view this as the same as I have been working with my salesman and was about to sign my paperwork and the manager decided to sell the vehicle to comebody else which is a incredibly poor practice. This complaint is specifically aimed at that manage and not my salesman since he did everything he could to help me out but ultimately it was out of his hands. I also told my salesman that I would like the manager to call me to apologize but I never received a phone call either.

I recently purchased secondhand, an '84 M635CSi (E24 gray market) in Colorado and drove it to my home in Florida. Came across an oil leak, rough idle and several odd knocks from the engine and felt it necessary to take precautionary measures before getting any further distance or possibly damage-wise. Called Baron minutes before their closing time to make a last minute appointment for the following morning as it was imperative that I be in Florida that evening. My local BMW dealer in Florida has an unimpressive track record, and has ripped my family and I off several times in the past. In fact as a result, we discontinued our history of buying BMW's due to our experience, and are now happy owners of a Tesla Model S. However that is beside the fact. Baron informed that the appointments schedule was quite booked, but that I was encouraged to at least bring the car by for a couple hours on the chance that there be an opening. Arrived at Baron 10 minutes prior to opening and was greeted by the service manager who reminded us of the packed schedule but asked us to roll the car into the garage nonetheless. Within minutes of the clock striking 8, a tech by the name of Anthony Serrano approached the vehicle and took it upon himself to service my vehicle. After a couple short hours, Anthony had completed a multi point inspection and delivered to me, a packet with full details of what the diagnosis had reported. The car being grey market and quite old, they did not have the parts needed to complete any serious maintenance. Although the only task that could be done was an oil change and the tightening of some bushings and other parts, the car seemed to run much better for the duration of the drive and left me with some confidence and peace of mind that the vehicle was safe to drive. Within 3 hours or so, I was on my way with no complications to speak of. Very satisfied with Anthony and the guys and girls at Baron.

This was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I've had and I've had many. Brandon and the sales manager were great to work with and agreed to all of our requests to make our deal happen! We got a much better deal on our trade and they replaced some nicked interior trim, pdr on a couple of dings, and a front bumper respray on the BMW we had wanted for no extra cost to us. I'm very picky which makes buying a used car very difficult... We got a great deal on a fantastic car here.
