Father was assulted and he said he wanted to press charges. No one ever followed threw with paper work. Er vist and a broken jaw but no charges?

Great bunch of people all very dedicated and hard working. Deserve the public's respect and thanks for the way they treat the inmates and the community. The public has no idea the stress they deal with on a daily basis. Proud to have worked with them.

Awesome ladies great experience in and out with a appointment

I called on a Monday & was told I could come in for my CCW permit as a walk in that Wednesday at 1:10. The lady told me NOT to come in Wednesday morning as she would be busy, and I'd have to "wait a long time". I didn't want to inconvenience her so I showed up 25 minutes prior to the time she told me to. I waited for 45 minutes and no one ever showed up to the CCW office. There was also 1 other person who came in as a walk in who was frustrated with the poor customer service. With absolutely no sign on the window or notice on the website, they closed 3 hours early that day for the holiday which was the NEXT day. The reason this was so frustrating was because I had to schedule a day off of work to come in. I drove 45 minutes to this facility. I even called earlier that morning to ask a question and no one said anything about the CCW office closing early. I wasted an entire day off for nothing. Furthermore, if at least a sign had been posted on the window, I could have saved myself trouble & could had made it to Stark County CCW before they closed that day.

They allowed a woman coming to my home and threaten my mother and my son. My family and I don t bother people we don t harass anybody and we got threaten . However they do allow donna Jarvis to come and threaten my families life and they do nothing they allow this woman to keep doing it. How can you respect the police officer or a deputy who refuses to protect my family and yet allows the criminals to get away with everything.

Always have treated me and my staff with great respect. Many times have parked in our driveway at night and made us feel safe at Amanda's Garden Childcare.
