I had a really great experience, start to finish. My salesmen, Max, really went out of his way to truly listen to, and understand, my unique situation. He made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. I know the pre-owned manager, although I did not meet him, worked his butt off in that back office to make my deal work . Finally, my F&I manager, Nick, completely blew me away. That guy managed to secure a deal that truly seemed too good to be true; lowering my payment, rate, term, and paying off an upside down trade in, while somehow managing to roll in a warranty as well. Very Impressive. My pre owned BMW 750li xdrive drives and shows like its brand new and never fails to put a huge smile on my face whether Im getting in or out. BARON BMW exceeded ALL of my expectations and embody what a luxury car buying experience should be. Thanks again guys!
