Nice resort for staying, provides five star accommodation and facilities.....

Im currently staying at this so called five stars hotel and it is THE WORST hotel ever, facilities and service! Do not come here if you have ANY expectations for a good hotel.

Beautiful landscape! The food is of high-quality ingredients. For example, the Burrata salad is excellent. Excellent service. Lovely SPA in the exotic ambiance.

My family had the most wonderful day at the Ritz Carlton resort to enjoy the first weekend of 2019. The resort being a Nature Reserve is beautifully located centrally in a dessert . The have more then 100 accommodation as villas of an exceptional standard and quality.

Anita the front office manager helped us in showing around the property and various activities like falcon show..horse riding..that are offered.

All the restaurants provide amazing range and variety of cuisines; the choice of food is varied and amazing. The whole team of Kaheela restaurant and his team are always on their toes to provide an excellent support and service in the restaurants. Darcia, greeted us with welcoming smile .
The wide choice and selection of menu was truly amazing.

There is a variety of food choice in restaurants for soup .
They have an amazing selection of salads and self mix up cut veggies as welli loved the beetroot salad .for maincourse as well international options catered to everyones delights.The cheese and veg spring rolls were loved by the kids.Lamb and beef options were also served.
All arabic salads..were of great treat.

Deserts were totally rellished by my kids.especialy the coconut cookies and chocolate pies.

Lastly and not to be forgotten is
Amit Arora the GM who truely deserves salutes for keeping standards of service so high and making our day so memorable.His teams, dedication and hard work in maintaining and achieving such extraordinary high-class facilities and levels of service must be commended and acknowledged. This is truly a luxury 5 star resort hotel in performance.

Great the banyan tree al wadi and this is not a five star hotal it is seaven star hotal

After they took over Banyaan Tree they did many improvement and new activity and the place is one of the most suggestive resort in.the UAE, star gazing area ideal for exclusive events

There should be a minus star option because this place was pure awfulness and even though we called just to make sure about certain things. Long and behold we went there and they wouldn't even accommodate although we did call about our requirements. Bad service each members says something. No respect for the guest and there excuse is due to current situation. Seriously you are bad service wise due to current issues? Please . I never felt insulted and I seriously would reconsider coming back.

The swimming pool is like what they said ... it was in the workers passing by the swimming pool who do not inform us before ... Some villas have a curtain on the pool Try to ask before you do not go

We had Tally Partner Event at this Excellent Venue w/ nice desert like ambiance, good food including ample desi options. Only flip side is..misplaced luggage for a few of us, staff might not be able to handle big gathering.

The food and drinks were excellent. However our night was made by Mohammed. He does the shisha for the restaurant. Very attentive. Always made sure we were happy and taken care of. Make sure to request him when visiting

One of best resort and my favorite one. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The villa was excellent with great views. Also, a lot of activity you can do with family. The restaurants was excellent and the best was the farm house restaurant.

After reading quite a few horrendous reviews on Tripadvisor and then hearing from the general manager of this property that while the hotel "recognizes" the Marriott Bonvoy status they refuse to offer complimentary room upgrades to customers to whom this benefit was promised by Marriott Bonvoy's TOS, customers who - year after year - spend big bucks with Marriott, we decided that we're not going to support tight-fistedness and unfair business practices.

When you first drive in you think it's going to be like a camping desert hotel but then you walk in and it's amazing!! you have your own private bungalow with your own private pool which makes it perfect for a nice romantic get away from the world. The bikes make it perfect for getting around and enjoying the beautiful desert night.

The Rain forest spa is also a must! It's very relaxing and a can't miss to enjoy the full effects for relaxation.

The maintenance is damaged and the air conditioners are not much better, but now there is a malfunction in everything, but they are treated well

The overall experience with Ritz Carlton was great! The staff are friendly and helpful . The customer service is indeed excellent! The location is perfect for someone who wants to be away from the city . The villa is big and clean. The bed is too soft (I m not a fan) and the chandelier on top makes me anxious to sleep (feels like it will fall on you). The activities are fun, mostly the biking trails!

Best stay of my life. Beautiful place, amazing staff.

The food was tasty but the portions were too small. The food took too long to get across. The AC units had failed and it was too hot. We had to move tables and even then the AC was insufficient. Would I come back ? In the winter maybe !!!!!

Stay at Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert was wonderful! Me and my wife were celebrating an anniversary. From the 1st day hotel staff made everething to make it special for us: sending delicious cake with wishes, roses on the bed. Villa, view, bed, bath, our own swimming pool were excellent.
Definitely our favourite part of the day was breakfast. Delicous food and most importanlty amazing staff: Jiya, Ginalina (who even got for us souvenire from Dubai!), Amandeep, Prabal, Neha (wrote for us lovely wishes on postcards), Shubham.
From the first day we loved shakshuka, which turned out that isn't served every day, however chef of kitchen made sure that every day shakshuka will be delivered to our table.
When it comes to dinner the best food was served in Moorish Restaurant. Being delighted with food on the first evening we let know the weitress that the food is great and we asked to send regards to chef. Then Arabic chef Hassan Lasri by himself came to us to share his gratitude and knowledge with some extra dishes, he thought we might like :) We loved food there so much that we were guests there every night.
Why then it's not a 5 star review? AC in our villa was very loud. Multiple times technicians came to fix it, even at 11 pm. Each time we took for granted that this time it will work fine. But after some time was the same. It was huge issue for us as we really wanted to sleep properly. And then, on check out when we expected some apologies, menager of the hotel told us, that's a pitty that we didn't tell them before... We found it a little bit offensive as we alarmed them about it many times.

Dissapointing, had to shorten my stay. Tired rooms that need a makeover. Also not the quality of customer service expected of a Ritz property. The food was average at best. Avoid.

Very charming resort in the desert, exquisite food across the restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice outdoor dining area under the stars.

The place is nice and peaceful with a private pool and nice staff but the tent that I've stayed in was horrible ,dusty wasn't cleaned from a long time ,insects everywhere and a wasps nest near the pool and when I've complained about it they've just sent me a bugs spray , really didn't enjoy my stay especially that I had my baby son with me

Wonder!!!! In the middle of nowhere in full desert with comfort and 5stars service. The only drawback is that you have to stuff the restaurant all the time at the hotel because nothing nearby.

The Ritz Carlton Al Wadi Desert is an exquisite venue and location. The staff is very friendly however it seems that they have not been provided with the RITZ's (or 5 STAR Resort rating they claim to have) training. This is my second time at the resort. I visited 8 years ago when it was still managed by Banyan Tree Management and back then the experience was out of this world.
It appears that since the change of management, things have changed for the worst. Bottom line, it sadness me to say that i will not visit this resort again as I have paid a great amount of money for a service that have not received. I recommend for those who want to stay there to take your own F&B and avoid interacting with their F&B premises.

If you are looking for a venue where you can enjoy the perfect staycation, not exactly in the middle of dessert but more of a oasis, this Ritz Carlton is the ideal destination for you. From Dubai, it will not take more than 2 hours to reach here. But you can still enjoy the sense of being away from the busy city. The room is pretty luxurious and we loved it!

A place we return to Year after year after we got engaged here. Love it

Had an awesome one night stay at this resort. Villas were so spacious with a private pool. We had dinner at the farmhouse (a la carte menu was great). We took the bikes to breakfast that was so yummy. We booked an archery course and took a hike and saw some pretty cool animals.

A must visit hotel.
If you want to have a feeling that you have travelled this would be the place.

Great hotel and attentive staff. The access with a pram is not easy as there are only very few ramps. The gym is also extremely basic for such a fancy hotel. But overall I had a great stay.

Even though we re in a middle of a pandemic, we had the opportunity to try a few activities around the resort safely, we also had our own private food, timing of food delivery was perfect. Also the bed is really comfy. Over all if was a good experience 88/100

Very nice resort, good services but not good prices, high for meals, and there is an advantage for my visitor. There are horse riding or beauty activities but not free. You can also book a romantic dinner at the valley tower, but for 2500 dirhams, this is an illogical price. From the ground when the shower was also booked through the hotel itself a week before arrival and when I arrived I did not like the villa sand that was proposed to I decided to change it to the villa tent and the price was very high above Bucking at 1000 dirhams almost asked them to reduce the price or cancel the reservation and Bucking was rejected and the price was reduced to almost 200 dirhams after negotiations .. I may return in the event of improved services and prices were more appropriate remains a beautiful place

Very calm quiet desert resort. Service is amazing. Ghazals and deer roaming around the resort. Great selection in breakfast buffet.

Beautiful Desert Hotel. We had a tent villa with large private pool. The wild animals come up to the terrace. The service is very good. We have never slept so well and so long as in this hotel! Perfectly.
