We had an amazing stay here, the villa is great with its stunning pool, the restaurant, the spa and the friendly staff.. if you're looking for a different way to relax within nature, try it here.

I booked the hotel for anniversary but unfortunately was not enjoyable, furniture was too old ,the amenities was missing even a single tissue box was not not placed in the villa, hotel facilities very poor ,disappointed from the birthday cake .big difference from the photos in the website and the reality.all in all very boring, at this room rate I could have better .

From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, the experience is like no other on this 6 Star secluded luxury desert resort.

We really wanted to experience a desert resort and The Ritz Carlton exceeded all our expectations.

The villa was stunning with a view of the desert for evening sunsets from the pool. You could not be disappointed with the size, there was times I thought my husband had gone missing! (Or maybe it was selective hearing !)

First night we dined in The Farmhouse and food and service were fabulous, my only qualm was the lighting could have been dimmed in the restaurant.

Next day we headed off to breakfast on our bicycles and then cycled around the resort, to then visit the stables and say hi to the beautiful horses, camels, Falcons and owls!

This enticed us to book in a morning desert horse ride, which I couldn t recommend highly enough, although you are riding Arabian race horses so best make sure you are an experienced rider. The view at the top was sensational!

We also experienced The Rainforest in the spa, this was a wonderful 1 hour of relaxation at our own pace, a series of showers & saunas to then spend time in the Vitality Pool!

We received a wonderful surprise for my 40th Birthday, where the lovely host Aquino organised to pick us up in a buggy and take us for photos around the resort, including the top of the tower and presented me with a birthday cake and wine to celebrate. It was so beautiful!! We were then dropped off to our room to enjoy the sunset, whilst Aquino edited our photos and created a wonderful video of all the moments he captured of my hubby and me for my birthday, it was a very special treat and we are so grateful to have this memento of our trip!

For anyone wanting to experience the desert in luxurious style, this is the place for you! I can not recommend it highly enough!

One of the most beautiful hotels in Ras Al Khaimah

We had a wonderful staycation with activities like the Rainforest Experience , Stargazing, Horse Riding and getting upclose with the birds in the Falcon Show.
The ambience is old world charm in the desert with modern and luxurious amenities.
Visits from the Oryx and Gazelle were amazing
The restaurants and food are very good but what has touched me the most and elevated our experiences is the personal touch added by the staff, from the buggy drivers to the housekeeping and the servers at the restaurants. A special mention for the drivers Amr, Gopal, Prasad. The housekeeping Aman, Wasi, Mekala and her team. The Servers Joan, Akou, Amandeep, Manisha. And a special thank you to Darren for setting things right

Excellent stay at the Ritz Carlton, chef prabal ensured our food was as per our diet requirements and delicious and karuna organised all our activities.

Tip: book your activities in advance so you don't miss out on them. The nature drive is highly recommended.

This hotel is really a perfect place to relax and to enjoy the sounds of nature. It s beautiful valley with a unique design and nice touches from the staff. Villa is sparkling clean, nice design and very comfortable mattress, the pool of villa is a good size. The staff is very friendly, I loved that everyone was interested to ask for my name and remember it during all my stay which was a very nice touch to me. I was lucky to celebrate my birthday with you and made it for me so special. The Farmhouse was an amazing experience, with a lovely staff who was taking care of us in every detail, a nice touch from them when they came to sing for me the song of Happy Birthday and offering a complimentary dessert for me. The Farmhouse was unique in a special way how they cook the meat, they hold a small smoker house and over there they were keeping the meat for 12 hours to be well smoked in slowly and the taste was so yummy. Definitely I will visit again this paradise.

Just visited RAK wadi desert resort during the corona pandemic for a retreat away from Dubai

It was just as amazing as our first visit
Lamya from reception was wonderful from personal greeting and smooth check in they kindly provided an upgrade to our room from al khaimah to sahar tent which was beautiful

The villa we stayed at was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and all the staff were extra vigilant with hygiene whilst there. Services are five star from restaurant, in villa dining and guest experiences.

Food beverage manager Arun was especially helpful personally ensuring all food experiences were 5* and arranging special arrangements for the children. The staff and the resort is very family friendly would recommended this for couples and families with small and older kids they have an array of experiences from horse/pony riding to wildlife trek with feeding animals visiting stables , onsite park, archery which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. We also had a private falconary tour with DAvis who was very enthusiastic and wonderful especially with the children. Ernest was our coach for archery who we also recommend he was excellent

Definitely a place to come to to relax as a couple it s very idyllic especially at night with the candle lit walkways and spa treatments or as a family we were given two bikes with seats and were able to take the kids cycling everywhere which we really enjoyed

Resort splendor in every sense of the word, a beautiful place and especially the tent is sweet with a private swimming pool in the second year and most importantly of all the privacy in the place means your family can swim in the swimming pool with all the profitability without going through any person before I recommend it and strongly and especially. The winter season and the atmosphere are gimmeil

This place is a scam. Don t waste your money on it. We rented one Al Rimal Pool Villa to celebrate my 40th birthday, with the naive expectation that it will be a life-time experience. But we were wrong. First of all, the moment you step into the resort, you barely see any desert. We were given a villa with zero view, completely blocked by trees. Not exactly what we were hoping for as we already have lots of trees in our garden. Talking to reception about it, the shuttle comes by to show us another option, it looked picture-perfect, and we obviously said yes (again, we were naive). Then the answer came: oh no sorry this villa isn t available because it s under maintenance. Why did you even show it to us in the first place? I really don t understand. What a ridiculous way to treat your guests by fooling them into showing the one Al Rimal villa that has a view similar to photos on your website. They then showed us another option which wasn t great to be honest, again many trees blocking the view and whatever isn t blocked isn t worth a single penny of what we have paid. Also the pool was partially visible from the pathway, but we succumbed to this reality to avoid any further drama. When booking for dinner they insisted to book us the shuttle way ahead of time, just to make sure you arrive to dinner on time they said, which didn t even happen and we had to call reception few times to get us the shuttle which was already quite late. One star goes to the common pool area and the friendly staff (including the pool bartenders). Overall the place doesn t live up to expectations in any way or form. Needless to say I would never consider this resort again, and wouldn t recommend it to anyone who is looking to invest some money into a special getaway/ staycation.

Went there summer last year and stayed over the weekend. It was nice and perfect for relaxing. The place is quiet and the food at Saffron is good! The people working there are nice as well. The spa experience is really cool, something out of the ordinary.

I particularly loved the cookies at the waiting area!!!

The concept is great. The tented villas are fabulous. The food options however, are very limited specially in summer. Over a three night period, we were constantly amazed at how helpful are attentive the staff were.

Short but thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful desert resort - all staff wonderful and look out for your comfort all times. Menu a little light on choice but just opening up again. Loved the outdoor rooftop moon bar. We will be back to spend more time and enjoy the resort!

I came as a day guest to the spa with a visitor from the US. The welcome was amazing and it seemed really nice. It was by far the worst spa experience I ve had and this is unfortunate and I do not like giving poor reviews. There is no spa experience as the buildings are disjointed and there is no private relaxation area. There are some couches by the reception area and we were served coffee by male staff. The coffee was covered in cling film and cold. I was in a robe and was given my clothes in a bin liner as there are no changing areas where you can leave your belongings whilst in between treatments or using the pool. The vitality pool was dirty and AC temp cold. (21) shower was blocked dirty and also cold. The supervisor did come to see us and explained their challenges as a spa. However when we continued to find the conditions in the spa so poor we complained to staff who just looked as it was another day of the week. When we went for lunch we were told we had 5 minutes. Beautiful location. Expensive and poor experience

Great hotel and attentive staff. The access with a pram is not easy as there are only very few ramps. The gym is also extremely basic for such a fancy hotel. But overall I had a great stay.

Very rude staff and unwelcoming. Unhelpful all activities were full when we arrived . We had to wait an hour for check in and another 45 minutes till the pool was sanitized in our villa. It was a rip off and a very unenjoyable trip. Definitely will not come here again!

I stayed in a desert resort hotel near Dubai, UAE
A full-scale luxury desert resort where villas with private pools are scattered in the vast desert where Orix and gazelle also live.
In addition to facilities such as restaurants, pools, gyms, and spas, we offer a variety of activities unique to this area, such as camel riding, dune driving, and astronomical observation.
A hotel with an environment where you can fully enjoy both relaxation and adventure.
There were some things that I found inconvenient in terms of equipment, such as the weakness around the water, but an entertainment called desert that I have never experienced before,
Delicious food and sophisticated performance and service of staff,
There were too many to supplement these. Desert resort is the best

Such a beautiful place leaded by poor service

First i wiuld like to thank the few people who tried to make our atay memorable. Feras eng who literraly saved our stay and could fix our speaker. Mostafa in the reataurant provided eztra effort and let us dine when they were about to close even chef emakor visited us and checked on us, which was amazing!
It was my birthday and my boyfriend wanted to surprised me so olga made the arrangement but she didnt even bother to welcome us and we asked for her and she did not come!
The main issue is that i needed eye drop for my lenses, when i called and i requested the same they said they do not have it, my bitfriend is a doctor, he said the eyedrop must be in the first aid kit and they said they do not have an aid kit.
We requested then a tazi to go to a live pharmacy, they said they do not have cars. It must be a joke. Ehat hotel doesnt have cars ?so my boyfriend had to go himself to thepharmacy
Ine more thing, no communication between the staff and they dont understand english very well, i have request to be transferred with concierge i was transferred to room dining
Wahab hsk and palab were super nice.
Finally we had a cake and wanted ro take it with us, olga is not answering our calls, we requested to many oeople a box, they keep on telling us we will check
Unni was very nice and prepared our bill quixkly as we just wanted to leave asap
