I have paid for my package to he delivered,they cannot deliver because they want to milk me dry,they still requesting for some stupid amounts not knowing what is it for,they are very rude to people.

The staff is doing just fine but the security was very unwell. She was busy on her cell phone when I arrived there. Then she came speaking in either Vhenda or Tsonga and I didn't understand the language and only managed by reading her body language and hands pointing at the office for me to get a gate pass. When I came back she was speaking fluently in Sesotho with a regular customer. Maybe it's a security culture to treat strangers badly because most of them are not ready to help when you visit their territory for the first time.

SAA in conjunction with SAA Cargo just caused me to miss my flight. Thanks guys. Will NEVER fly with you. I rather walk!!!

My parcel was opened at OR Tambo and was found and sent 18 hours later. It was late and the whole reason of using the service was to get the parcels to ELS same day. My parcel was late and never mind it to its destination because of the delay.
