I m so pleased with the professionalism and courtesy Mr. David Lopez and other staff members as well have shown every time I m in! Mr. Lopez gets to us immediately and resolves any issues that have come to light. In and out for services as quickly and efficiently as possible. With such a friendly attitude too! Bannister is lucky to have such staff! Thank you!

I have dealt with Bannisters for several yers now with no complaints at all. The service has always been timely, polite, and bang on. There was one small glitch this time as I was scheduled in on the previous day and the wrong parts had been ordered in, however, they got me in the next day and the service was completed in what seemed to be record time with profuse apologies. I am completely satisfied as who of us has not screwed up at least once in our lifetimes? Kudos to Bannisters.

Jim in service is excellent. Straight shooter who kept me in the loop as my vehicle was being "diagnosed". No pressure approach and worked with me to find the best answer. Highly recommend!

Had some issues with servicing my dad's caddy. Took abit but it finally got worked out. He didn't buy the car there so I got the feeling you get better treatment when you buy a car from them, which shouldn't matter. Service is service. Car was cleaned and washed when it was ready for pick up. Not a total bad experience, but it almost was.

Ryan took care great care of my service issue. Would highly recommend going here. Prompt service and great customer care.

The service advisor was great the work was done well the only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because a 2 hour job took 4 1/2 hours to do front brakes.

Service appointment was handled expeditiously. Vehicle was ready for pickup as scheduled.

I purchased a new truck from Bannister Kelowna and my Salesman was Kyle Warsiamge. Kyle is by far the best salesman I have ever met and I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime. Kyle made my purchase an absolute breeze and fun as well. He is the type of person that goes way above and beyond, anybody that gets Kyle as there salesman will be blown away and happy with his knowledge of the vehicles and the great lengths he will go through to make his customers happy. Kyle and Bannister Kelowna were a real blessing to deal with. I highly recommend Bannister Kelowna and Kyle Warsiamge to purchase a vehicle from.

My last visit to the service department at Bannister Cadillac was for a recall on my 2016 CTS-V. Jesse, the service agent that I dealt with, was as usual, friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He explained what would be done and how long it would take. I will continue to use Bannister knowing the quality work that is completed there.

Always great service. If there s ever a problem, the service department ALWAYS keeps me in the loop. Won t go anywhere els to buy a truck.

I thought I would wait a month or two so I could give a fair rating for Bannister in Kelowna.

My rating is still one star. In 2017 we purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 base model as was our first luxury vehicle we have owned and was a great little vehicle. Our sales guy back then was Kyle and he was able to negotiate us a great deal and was a pleasure dealing with him. He has since moved on to better things and good for him. Since we enjoyed our XT5 so much
we thought we would upgrade to a Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury in 2018 and this is where all in the universe went wrong. We worked with two sales people (I will withhold the names). Sales person # 1 was, for lack of better words, an @%#. He proceeded to tell us our 1 year old XT5 with 9500 kms on it was sub par vehicle as was a base model and was worth next to nothing for a trade in on the Escalade . we asked for another sales person. Sales person # 2 was much better, over a month he worked with us to negotiate a price and trade in value however the sales managers in the back corner were less than helpful. At one point in the negotiations we were told the Escalade was out of our budget .. ouch! Long story short, we left the sales centre, started up the computer and found ourselves a Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury in the exact color and build we wanted at CMT in Calgary. In two days we left Kelowna to pick up our new Escalade at almost $30,000.00 less than Bannister s best price. So far the team in Service has been very helpful, fingers crossed.

I got an oil change and the service was awesome. Very, very friendly customer service and very quick. Would highly recommend!

I originally contacted Bannister because of an Internet used vehicle ad. Rudy was very attentive in responding to my query and got me as much info on the particular vehicle before passing my inquiry along to Alex, a very knowledgeable salesperson. He answered all my questions via email, phone, emailed me paperwork regarding the vehicle's service history and full list of options, as well as sending me a video of the vehicle. By the time we traveled to the dealership (6 hour drive) I felt comfortable with its condition. The whole experience, initially via long distance, was very well done. And, the 'bonus' after the sale was a nice gesture. The only thing that could be improved on would be a courtesy followup contact from the salesperson after the sale.

Overall, the work that I needed completed was a job mainly only done by a dealership... (active grille shutter replacement). So didn t really have any other choice but to get the work done here. During that appointment, I had them complete an out of province inspection as I had just moved from alberta, as well as an oil change. After the inspection had failed due to front brakes needing replacement... which they had quoted me between 1000-1100 for pads and rotors, I declined, paid my bill and went on my way. I had told them I had received a significantly lower prices for the brake job (660 bucks) at which point the service manager said he could match that price. I refused to give them my business after they re willing to charge so much more then necessary. Weeks later I received a call saying they didn t charge me the right amount and I owe them 140 dollars more. Absolutely not. I am not about to pay more money for a mistake they made. Terrible customer service at the service department. Definitely shop around for services as they are more then a little overpriced compared to competitors.

How dare your mechanics do a safety inspection on a used vehicle that your staff is selling pass with a good reviews and now is un fit to drive shame on you just shame

I give 1 star is because Dave and Jim are great. They tried there best and definitely deserve Management can t get there poop in a group. Actual gm head office are a bunch of jerks. I will never ever ever buy another gm product for my family kids or even grandchildren. Nor will I let my friends make this mistake. No one should have to go through the hassle I ve expierenced after buying a $90k lemon.

Had a great experience with Ryan Boyce when I came into the dealership to discuss trading in my truck. He was very transparent and open about the options I had. I appreciate his honesty and straight forward approach to the whole situation. BANNISTER GM GENERAL MANAGER BRIAN WESTWELL HAS TAKEN FULL RESONSIBILITY FOR OUR POOR SERVICE. HE IS PAYING THE WHOLE BILL INCLUDING THE OIL CHANGE AS WELL AS RE IMBURSING US FOR OUR RENTAL VEHICLE. VERY HAPPY WITH HIS RESULTS.

I recently moved to Kelowna from Edmonton and I needed to come to this dealership to get a front licence plate mount for my wife s Cadillac. Being that it was the first time coming to this dealership, I decided to ask the salesman that was outside for direction to the parts department. He directed me to park by the proper doors and proceeded to walk me right to the parts counter. This wasn t his job to do. The actions of this particular salesman literally made my day - The only downfall is that I wish I had written this review earlier for the simple fact that I would have remembered his name for this review! He was so easy to talk to and when my wife and I are ready to upgrade her vehicle, he will be getting our business!! It s the little things that count.
The parts department was great as well. Zero complaints here.

Bannister Cadillac treats me like part of the family, Love doing business with them.

We buy our vehicles here and always use their Service Department as they are knowledgeable, courteous and if we have any concerns...it is taken care of with the professionalism we have come to depend on. Having said the above, we don t see the Service Department very often, just when Service calls us to remind us to come in. GM has a great product! My experience with Bannister has always been extremely positive. They have gone out of their way to ensure my satisfaction from purchase to service. The service representatives are patient and willing to explain every detail. I am notified when it is time for a service and am accommodated with the appointment date I require and the transportation I need. I am from out of town so this is important to me. Friendly, efficient and respectable service seems their priorities.

Terrible service. Called for parts at 4:44 when all their signs on the doors and online say they are open until 5 or 6. The switch board lady put me on hold where I sat for 5 minutes before getting in my car and driving there. By the time I got there I had been on hold for 25 minutes. And the parts department was closed. The reason I needed to go there is because the parts person had sold me the wrong thermostat. The Duramax takes two different ones and he sold me two of the same. I'll be buying my oem parts online from now on.

The service department at Bannister GM (Brendon, Jim, Scott and Khan in particular) are great. They went above and beyond to help us with the problems with our truck. Honestly, can't thank them enough. Awesome customer service!

We just recently traded in our vehicle for a larger SUV to suit our growing family. We were so pleased with Steve and how he went above and beyond for us.
He made sure we had everything we needed and stayed late to work around our work schedules. I highly recommend Steve as he is easy going but works his butt off behind the scenes....we joked as we literally watched him running around when he was trying to hunt down keys. I never felt pressure and he addressed all my concerns. Thank you Steve !!!

the prepaid "service" was Ok but when I owned prior "makes" of cars that I took in for service, they gave the car a WASH while in their possession.'
CADILLAC doesn't do that :-(

My experience with Bannister Kelowna was a pleasant one.. Cory was very accommodating as were the rest of the sales and management staff. We were able to complete the sale of our 2019 Escalade Platinum without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend in need.

My first appointment at Bannister Kelowna was exceptional. My vehicle had a recall. I arrived early and the vehicle was taken right into the shop. I chose to wait there while the repair was being done - they estimated it would take up to 2 hours. Waiting room was clean and set up according to covid orders and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Thanks to all my vehicle was ready for me in an hour. I have dealt with Bannister for the last 7 years. They are amazing. Most recently I happen to hit my garage door and wreck my side mirror. Thank goodness for Dan M. He promptly found me a new one and helped me fix the one I had to use until the new one arrived. The service was stellar! Wow! A person spends $50,000 on a truck, and the dealership is too cheap to even give my truck a wash after the first oil change. I was told a multi point "inspection" and tire rotation would cost an extra $70 !

This was the first time we dealt with Bannister Kelowna and we were not disappointed. Cory was great to deal with - experienced, super knowledgeable and friendly; he is someone who demonstrates integrity. Buying a vehicle is a big decision and we appreciated being taken through the process in a highly professional manner. Financing was a breeze with no pressure to buy the additional services. I purchased my 2013 GMC 2500 HD in Alberta when I was living there but since I have moved back to Kelowna BC I have been bringing my truck to Bannister GMC to complete all service work. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle from them I feel like the service and treatment I get doesn't change and they continue to provide me with A+ service. Have a intermittent issue or a problem other shops can't figure out? No Problem for Bannister, their technicians, service advisers and management team are well trained and will make sure you and your vehicle is looked after time and time again. have purchase a lot of vehicles in my years but this purchase actually made me feel like spending the money with them was a pleasure -- got the price while talking to Tej on the phone and went over to see vehicle with just a little down payment to hold it until we could travel over and then cory the salesman showed us a few things on the vehicle so we could go for a drive and then we had a couple concerns which they addressed right away without question and we went back following weekend and picked up the car with the tires installed and the little scrape on back repaired along with clear bra on front and undercoating done have dealt there in previous years with our other cadillac so was familiar with the shop. excellent car dealership and great staff

My spouse and I were shopping for a vehicle and found a truck at Bannister that we loved. The sales associate helping us, Alvin, was wonderful, he was very patient and knowledgeable and while we were with him everything was great. Once we were passed off to the financing department however, the entire experience was ruined.

We were placed with Frank, who was quite arrogant from the start, but as soon as we made the decision to decline extended warranty he became extremely rude and condescending, implying that we weren't knowledgeable enough to make our own decision. We were so appalled at his belittling demeanor that we stood up and left the dealership immediately. He made no effort to even shake our hands, and once we started walking out he went to another employee and began visibly mocking us.

After sharing our experience with others we heard from quite a few people that they had similar rude encounters with Frank. Although our initial interaction with Alvin was great, because of the horrible service received later we will not be shopping at Bannister again.

Took vehicle in for an oil change and some other filter changes. Half way home I noticed the check engine light was on and the fan wasn t cycling, just staying on constantly.
I had to return to the dealer, after being unable to use the car for the weekend, and wait for a couple of hours for the tech to diagnose and repair the problem. Which turned out to be a mass air sensor disconnect while reassembling, apparently. So the technician had left my vehicle parked outside in unusable condition and I was sent on my way. Not an optimal experience
Not only that but I noticed a new scuff on the drivers door that I didn t remember.
Apparently the service advisor takes pictures upon check in, it would be interesting to take a look at those
