My first appointment at Bannister Kelowna was exceptional. My vehicle had a recall. I arrived early and the vehicle was taken right into the shop. I chose to wait there while the repair was being done - they estimated it would take up to 2 hours. Waiting room was clean and set up according to covid orders and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Thanks to all my vehicle was ready for me in an hour. I will be back if and when necessary and would recommend to friends. Thanks to all
